Go to Admin > [Order Management] > [Orders] > Product Details.

Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Custom Notification] > [Order] > [Return Status (Method) Update Notification].

SHOPLINE has added the "Email/SMS Subscription Prompt" feature to facilitate member info collection and ensure the uniqueness of mobile numbers, boosting subscriptions & enhancing the effectiveness of your push notifications!
Members go to [Member Center] > [Profile] > "Edit Member Profile." If they check Send via Email/SMS without filling the corresponding fields, a prompt will remind them to complete the info.

會員於網店前台「會員中心 > 個人資訊」勾選「訂閱電郵 / SMS」時,若未填寫對應的資料欄位,系統將彈出提示引導補填以完成訂閱。

✅ 如何開啟功能?
Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」點選「智慧客服助手 > LINE 通知型訊息」分頁,開啟「LINE 通知型訊息」功能開關。
Step 2:勾選在哪些狀態下要發送此通知訊息,例如:在訂單成立時,或會員註冊成功時發送。
Step 3:點按「更新」儲存設定,就 OK 啦!

❗️ 注意事項
年末大檔接二連三,作業效率不能落漆!下滑了解更多全新推出的訂單管理優化資訊:
✅ 訂單合計欄位上移、折扣分攤清晰明瞭
前往商店後台「訂單管理 > 訂單 > 商品詳情」。

📩 自訂訊息加入退貨、退款方式
前往商店後台「設定 > 自訂訊息內容 > 訂單 > 退貨狀態(方式)更新通知」。
