拒絕擾人清夢、凌晨通知 𝗢𝗨𝗧 ⛔ 生日購物金 / 會員升降級通知訊息調整為每日上午 𝟬𝟵:𝟬𝟬(𝗨𝗧𝗖+𝟴)發送囉!

  • 前往後台「設定 > 自訂訊息內容 > 會員 > 編輯」可自訂通知訊息內容、選擇訊息發送形式(電郵 / 簡訊)。
  • 首次啟用會員升降級機制時,系統將於當下發送通知;日後則每天上午 𝟬𝟵:𝟬𝟬(𝗨𝗧𝗖+𝟴)發送 。
  • 若選擇以簡訊形式發送,每月將產生相應費用,詳請參考:簡訊服務費用

With the arrival of the Christmas season, SmartPush has two thoughtful gifts ready! "Pop-up forms" and "Automation" enable you to market smartly. Let's embrace the last shopping peak of 2023 with joy 🥳

  • Pop-up forms: Easily garners new customer info to expand customer base, making EDM marketing more effective & boosting sales.
  • Automation: Captures customers' in-store real-time behaviors and triggers automation accordingly to efficiently complete repetitive sending tasks, thereby increasing order placement & revisit rates.

Gift 1️⃣: Pop-up Forms

  • Step 1. Go to SmartPush Admin > [Popups & Forms], and click Create form
  • Step 2. In the "Form Template Library," set the target, type, style, and theme for your pop-up, choose a template, and click Select

Gift 2️⃣: Marketing Automation

  • Step 1. Go to SmartPush Admin > [Automation] > [Automation templates]
  • Step 2. Choose one of the six tasks - "Welcome, Welcome to membership, Order confirmation, Similar product recommendations, Review invitation, or Customer reactivation" - and click Create automation
  • Step 3. Click the Start block > Choose one of the four triggers - "Order creation, Completed orders, Customer subscription, or Member registration" > Complete advanced settings > The system automatically filters users who meet the conditions and executes the corresponding tasks

  • 自動化行銷:即時獲取顧客於店內瀏覽、加購、下單等行為,於行為產生時觸發自動化流程,高效完成重複性發送任務,拉高下單回訪率

禮物 1️⃣:彈窗表單

  • 步驟一:至 SmartPush 後台 > 左方儀表板「彈窗表單」> 點擊新增表單活動
  • 步驟二:於「表單模板庫」頁左方設定彈窗表單的「目標、類型、模式、主題」,並於篩選結果中擇一點擊使用模板

禮物 2️⃣:自動化行銷

  • 步驟一: 至 SmartPush 後台 > 左方儀表板點開「自動化」下拉選單 > 自動化模板
  • 步驟二:於「歡迎訂閱、歡迎加入會員、訂單成立通知、相似商品推薦、邀請評價、不活躍顧客召回」六項任務中擇一點擊創建自動化按鈕

Order Management Updates! Product Details & Custom Messages All in One View 🤩

End-of-year shopping seasons come one after another, so operational efficiency mustn't be compromised! Check below to learn more about the order management optimization info:

Order Total & Allocated Discount

Go to Admin > [Order Management] > [Orders] > Product Details.

  • "Order Total" has been moved to the top, making it more convenient to compare amounts with product details and more intuitive to view.
  • Hover the cursor over the blue "Allocated discount" text to easily check the discount breakdown and product details for that product.

📩 Return Method & Refund Method

Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Custom Notification] > [Order] > [Return Status (Method) Update Notification].

  • Field "Refund method" added. For example: credit cards, provide refund accounts, etc.
  • Field "Return method" added. For example: home delivery, custom returns, etc.

🔔 Boost Subscriber Count with "Email/SMS Subscription Prompt"

SHOPLINE has added the "Email/SMS Subscription Prompt" feature to facilitate member info collection and ensure the uniqueness of mobile numbers, boosting subscriptions & enhancing the effectiveness of your push notifications!

🎅🏻 How to trigger this feature

Members go to [Member Center] > [Profile] > "Edit Member Profile." If they check Send via Email/SMS without filling the corresponding fields, a prompt will remind them to complete the info.

  • Email prompt: To subscribe to Email, please enter an email address and try again.
  • SMS prompt: To subscribe to SMS, please enter a mobile phone (no.) and try again.

🎄 Notes

  • For members who have "subscribed to Email/SMS," a prompt will always pop up when updating personal details in the profile.
  • When sending SMS messages via Broadcast Center, if the "Mobile Number" field is empty, it will be sent to the "Contact Phone (Optional)" number.
  • Go to [Settings] > [Customer Settings] for Email/SMS verification.

🎅🏻 觸發「訂閱電郵 / SMS 提示」的情境?

會員於網店前台「會員中心 > 個人資訊」勾選「訂閱電郵 / SMS」時,若未填寫對應的資料欄位,系統將彈出提示引導補填以完成訂閱。

  • 電郵提示:若要訂閱 Email ,請先輸入電郵再訂閱。
  • SMS 提示:若要訂閱 SMS ,請先輸入手機號碼再訂閱。

🎄 更多「暖心設計」看這裡!

  • 曾勾選「訂閱電郵 / SMS」的會員,更新個人資訊任一欄位時,系統皆會彈出補填提示。
  • 透過廣播中心發送 SMS 時,若「手機號碼」欄位為空,將發送至「聯絡電話(選填)」。
  • 若您想驗證電郵 / SMS,請前往後台「設定 > 顧客設定」啟用。

現在推出全新的訊息模板樣式&支援發送「會員註冊成功通知」!快來使用看看吧 🚀

如何開啟功能?

Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」點選「智慧客服助手 > LINE 通知型訊息」分頁,開啟「LINE 通知型訊息」功能開關。

Step 2:勾選在哪些狀態下要發送此通知訊息,例如:在訂單成立時,或會員註冊成功時發送。

Step 3:點按「更新」儲存設定,就 OK 啦!

❗️ 注意事項

  • 若 LINE 通知型訊息未送達(例如:顧客電話號碼未註冊 LINE、顧客關閉「接受 LINE 通知型訊息」),或顧客未將您的 LINE 官方帳號加入好友,該訊息將不會顯示在訊息中心,也不會有任何提示。
  • 目前暫不支援自訂 LINE 通知型訊息的模板。
  • 由於 LINE 的規範,若顧客未將您的 LINE 官方帳號加入好友,則將無法發送除 LINE 通知型訊息以外的私訊。

年末大檔接二連三,作業效率不能落漆!下滑了解更多全新推出的訂單管理優化資訊:

訂單合計欄位上移、折扣分攤清晰明瞭

前往商店後台「訂單管理 > 訂單 > 商品詳情」。

  • 訂單合計欄位移至最上方,讓金額明細與商品對照更便利、整體閱覽順序更直覺。
  • 點選 折扣分攤 藍色文字,一秒查閱該商品的優惠攤提金額、細項,方便又快速!

📩 自訂訊息加入退貨、退款方式

前往商店後台「設定 > 自訂訊息內容 > 訂單 > 退貨狀態(方式)更新通知」。

  • 新增「退款方式」通知欄位,例如:信用卡刷退、提供退款帳號等。
  • 新增「退貨方式」通知欄位,例如:宅配、自訂退貨等。

Allow access to view/export data from online/retail stores or store branches using the "Channels & Stores" feature. Boost channel management, cybersecurity, and sales all in one 😎

🔐 Permission setup

Go to [Settings] > [Permission & Security], select the Shoplytics Access Rights tab, and check Give Full Permission or View Only.

🎥 Feature display

Authorized staff can visit [Report & Analytics] > [Shoplytics] and see the channel split tabs and (or) the store selector on different pages!

📣 Notes

  • For merchants using both e-Commerce and Retail POS plans, "Channels & Stores" will display "Online Store" & "Retail Store" options.
  • For merchants using only the Retail POS plan, "Channels & Stores" will only display "Retail Store" and its branches.
  • For merchants using only the e-Commerce plan, "Channels & Stores" won't be displayed.
