利用 Shoplytics 的「通路與門市」,授權特定管理員對網店 / 實體店或實體店下不同門市的數據進行查閱或匯出。通路管理、資安維護、業績提升三者兼顧!
至「設定 > 管理員及安全設定 > 編輯 > Shoplytics 權限」勾選「授予全權」或「僅限查閱」。

管理員到「報表及分析 > Shoplytics 數據分析中心」,就能在各分頁內看見「通路頁籤」和(或)「門市(分店)選擇」兩項功能囉!

The payment reminder feature in the Message Center has been upgraded! Let's see what it can do now 🌟
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Message Center]. On the left menu, select [Remarketing Assistant] > [Payment Reminder Settings].
Step 1. Select the recipient
Step 2. Set up the send time
Step 3. Switch on the toggles to send reminders across different social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp). Switch off the toggle for certain channels if you prefer not to send reminders through them.

📣 A little reminder:
If the recipient is an "Online Store Customer," the system will send a notification through the social channel they are connected to.
If the customer connects to more than one social account, the message will be sent via the social channel with the highest sorting order. You can click the "Sort" button on the right to change the sorting order.

前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」點按左側「導購再行銷助手 > 付款提醒設定」。
Step 1:選擇發送對象。
Step 2:設定訊息發送時間。
Step 3:針對不同社交管道(Facebook、Instagram、LINE、WhatsApp)個別開啟「發送訊息」開關按鈕,若關閉將不會自動發送付款提醒訊息。

📣 特別留意:若您選擇的發送對象為「網店前台顧客」,系統將抓取該顧客綁定的社群帳號傳送訊息。
若顧客綁定多個社群帳號,系統將依據設定頁面下方社交管道的排序,擇順位較靠前的管道傳送訊息。點按「編輯排序」按鈕可調整排序。

SHOPLINE now enables 2FA for exporting reports & allows merchants to mask customers' personal info in reports for specific administrators and to set an anti-fraud warning in the store footer, safeguarding customer data security up to the hilt 👮🏻
Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Permission & Security], click the "Security Setting" tab, and switch on the toggle under "Report Exporting Management."

In [Permission & Security], choose an administrator, click "Edit," and switch on the "Mask personal information in reports" toggle to asterisk partial sensitive data.

Go to [Online Store Design] > [Pages] and click "Anti-Fraud Statement" to begin editing. If your store template supports SHOP Builder, you can directly enable the statement in the footer section 🙆🏻
