🙌 簡單 2 步驟馬上體驗!

Step 1:前往「促銷及分潤 > 滿額滿件優惠」點按「增加」促銷活動。

Step 2:點選開啟「自動累計優惠」按鈕。

開啟此按鈕,即系統自動累計優惠,符合條件者將無上限適用該優惠;關閉此按鈕,即優惠不可自動累計,符合條件者僅限適用優惠乙次。

😍 自動累計優惠,促銷範例報你知!

  • 雙十一滿 1,111 現折 111、滿 2,222 現折 222,優惠無上限越買越划算!
  • 全店消費滿 1,000 即贈品牌專屬禮盒,滿 2,000 送 2 個,買越多送越多!

📣 注意事項

  • SHOPLINE 後台「促銷及分潤 > 滿額滿件優惠」暫不支援滿件自動累計。
  • 優惠金額不可超過結帳總額,即折扣後不可為負數;例如:折扣 500 元、結帳總額 350 元,整筆訂單最多折 350 元。
  • 使用此功能前,請先確認您的商店是否擁有「優惠與促銷活動」模組。

Responding to a flood of comments can be quite challenging during a livestream or Post Sales event. But worry not! Our latest feature now enables the system to automatically reply to every customer's comments that include the trigger keywords 🤩.

Feature highlights 💡

  • Flexible reply methods → By comment and/or private message.
  • Automated responses to common questions → Use the basic and advanced modes to cover various trigger scenarios.
  • Supports Facebook Page livestream.

How to add auto-reply

*The following is the instruction for livestream auto-reply (the setup for Post Sales is generally the same)

Step 1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a livestream page. Click the "Settings" icon on the lower left and select [Smart Assistant] > [Auto-reply].

Step 2. In the pop-up window, enter the auto-reply name, mode, trigger keywords, and reply content.

Step 3. Upon completion, remember to enable the auto-reply.

Auto-reply triggered 💬

When a customer leaves a comment containing the keywords (e.g., What is the shipping fee?) and the "Auto-reply" is enabled, the system will respond with the corresponding reply content.

如何新增自動回覆

*以下說明以直播自動回覆為例,貼文銷售的設定方式大致相同*

Step 1:前往「社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」開啟直播間,先點按左下角「設定」圖示,接著點選「智慧助手 > 自動回覆」分頁。

Step 2:於彈出式視窗設定名稱、模式、觸發回覆的關鍵詞及回覆方式。

Step 3:設定完成後,記得「啟用」該回覆!

💬 顧客留言系統自動回覆

當顧客於直播間發送包含關鍵詞的留言(如:請問運費多少),且「自動回覆」為啟用狀態,系統將自動回覆對應的內容。

優惠折扣開關 + 3!多種全店 / 會員優惠、購物金 / 點數折現組合任您搭配,例如:不套用會員優惠、但可使用點數折現等;使您的網店活動設計更豐富且高彈性,顧客買得盡興、您賺得開心 😆

📌「不適用折扣商品」應用範例:

  • 特價品不想被套用優惠折扣,但仍可折抵購物金 / 點數折現。
  • 以商店購物金當作現金退款,因此全店商品皆可使用購物金折現。

📌 個別排除「不適用折扣商品」:

前往網店後台「商品及分類 > 商品 > 編輯 > 設定」中,開啟「不適用折扣商品」按鈕。

📌 排除優惠 / 購物金 / 點數相關設定:

分別在優惠相關設定、商店購物金、會員點數三處設定是否排除「不適用折扣商品」。

✋ 注意事項

  • 開啟「不適用折扣商品」按鈕後,仍需完成後續排除設定步驟,方可排除全店折扣優惠 / 會員等級默認優惠 / 折抵購物金 / 點數折現。
  • 優惠相關設定、商店購物金、會員點數三處按鈕皆預設為開啟,即不可被套用優惠 / 折現;若將按鈕關閉,則可被套用優惠 / 折扣。

3 more promotion toggles are out now - Order-level discounts/ Membership offers and store credits/ Member points redemption, which you can mix and match to create various combos of promotions as desired. Enrich your store promotions and ensure your customers fully enjoy the shopping 😍

📌 Use cases:

  • Make special offers inapplicable for discounts but applicable for store credit/ member point redemption
  • Use store credits as refunds, making store-wide products eligible for store credit redemption

📌 Route:

Go to Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products] > [Edit] > [Settings] to switch on the "Product not applicable to discount" toggle.

📌 Setup:

Set whether to exclude "Product not applicable to discount" in Promotion Setting, Store Credits Setting, and Member Points Setting respectively.

✋ Notes:

  • Upon switching on the toggle, you must complete the subsequent exclusion setup to exclude order-level discounts, membership offers, store credit redemption, and Points Redemption.
  • The toggles in Promotion, Store Credits, and Member Points Settings are all switched on by default, which means discounts/ redemptions do not apply. You can switch off the toggles to apply the discounts/ redemptions.

🏃 Let’s dive into the “SC Overall Statistics”

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SC Overall Statistics]. On this page, you can freely switch between performance data and set different analysis periods to gain sales insights and foresee social commerce trends.

  1. Engagement Performance: New Interactors, Total Conversations, Total Messages.
  2. Channel Performance: Sales Amount, Net Payment, No. of Orders.
  3. Staff Performance: Assigned Interactors, Sales Amount, Net Payment, No. of Orders.
  4. Customer Service Quality: Average Handling Time, Average First Response Time, Conversation Completion Rate.

💡 如何新增 LINE 邊看邊買直播

在「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」點按「新增直播」按鈕,選擇「LINE」直播管道及「邊看邊買」直播模式,並完成相關設定即可。

您可以透過後台直播間設定:在 LINE 直播畫面下方要以固定還是輪播的方式展示直播商品。

❗️注意事項

  • 目前尚未支援在後台直播間查看顧客留言、發送留言,需在 LINE Live Commerce CMS 頁面(LINE 後台)執行此操作。

Rejected by Google Merchant Center due to your products’ pre-order status? Spent hours or even days fixing it? No worries. 😉 Apply for a trial with us now and the "pre-order availability date" will be automatically added to your product feeds!

🌟 If you have set up Google Remarketing Tag

If you have Google Remarketing Tag all set and have previously filled out the pre-order availability date form, your product feed data will be automatically updated. No further setup is required!

🌟 If you haven't set up Google Remarketing Tag

Go to Admin > [Marketing & Tracker] > [Tracker Settings], click on Google Remarketing Tag, and enter your Google Remarketing Tag ID.

⚠️ Notes

  • If you haven't set up Google Remarketing Tag in Admin, the pre-order availability days will be 30 days by default.
