利用 Shoplytics 的「通路與門市」,授權特定管理員對網店 / 實體店實體店下不同門市的數據進行查閱或匯出。通路管理、資安維護、業績提升三者兼顧!

💡 開啟權限

至「設定 > 管理員及安全設定 > 編輯 > Shoplytics 權限」勾選「授予全權」或「僅限查閱」。

管理員到「報表及分析 > Shoplytics 數據分析中心」,就能在各分頁內看見「通路頁籤」和(或)「門市(分店)選擇」兩項功能囉!

📣 注意事項

  • 同時有「網路開店」及「零售 POS」方案者,「通路與門市」才會顯示「網店」與「實體店」兩者。
  • 僅有「零售 POS」 方案者,「通路與門市」權限僅顯示「實體店」及各門市;僅有「網路開店」方案者,「通路與門市」權限將不顯示。

The "Auto-reply to General Comments" feature for livestream and Post Sales is now enhanced!

❗️Supports random auto-replies from your pre-set contents❗️

Enhance variety in your responses and minimize the risk of Facebook warnings for repetitive content. 🎉

*Currently, this feature is only available for Facebook Page Live & Post Sales.

📣 Add multiple auto-replies

Livestream

  1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and open the livestream setting.
  2. Select [Smart Assistant] > [Auto-reply] and add an auto-reply.
  3. Set up the trigger keywords and add multiple auto-reply contents.

Post Sales

  1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [Post Sales] and add a new sales event.
  2. Select [Settings] > [Comments and Message Setting] and click "Auto-reply settings".
  3. Set up the trigger keywords and add multiple auto-reply contents.

❗️現在支援新增多則回覆,由系統隨機選取發送 ❗️除了可降低因頻繁傳送重複性內容而觸發 Facebook 風險警告,在設定上也更加彈性 🎉

📣 如何設定多則自動回覆?

直播

  1. 前往「社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」點入直播間設定頁面。
  2. 點選「智慧助手 > 自動回覆」分頁並新增「新增自動回覆」。
  3. 設定觸發回覆的關鍵詞組後,即可在下方新增多則回覆內容!

貼文銷售

  1. 前往「社交電商 > 貼文銷售」頁面「新增貼文銷售」。
  2. 在設定區塊點按「留言和訊息設定 > 自動回覆設定」。
  3. 設定觸發回覆的關鍵詞組後,即可在下方新增多則回覆內容!

Retain Checkout Info for a Seamless Payment Reinitiation 🤩

Now, customers can retain the information they input on the checkout page when reinitiating payment. 🛍 This simplifies the checkout process, leading to an improved user experience and higher conversion rates. 🎉

⏰ Applicable scenarios

The input information will be retained after redirecting from the following pages:

  • Failed payment page.
  • Expired payment page.
  • Third-party payment page after cancelling the transaction (excluding clicking the go back button in the browser).

✅ Fields where input info will be retained

  • Customer Info: Information input by the customer in all fields, including custom ones.
  • Remarks for Shop.
  • Delivery Detail: Recipient Name, Recipient Contact Number, Address, and Pick Up Store.
  • Payment Detail: The selected payment method.
  • Customer receipt settings.
  • Opt-in consent for shop updates, promotions, and marketing information.

📢 Notes

  • The customer needs to re-select the delivery date and time.
  • The customer needs to re-enter their credit card number if they choose to pay by credit card.

讓 SHOPLINE 協助您優化顧客的消費體驗 🛍 當顧客返回結帳頁面時,會保留顧客原填寫之資料、提高訂單成交率 🎉

適用情境

  • 付款失敗
  • 超過付款時間
  • 顧客透過第三方的頁面取消交易返回到結帳頁面(不包含透過瀏覽器返回前一頁)

資訊保留欄位

  • 顧客資料:所有欄位都會保留,包含自訂欄位
  • 訂單備註
  • 送貨資料:會保留收件人名稱、電話號碼、地址、超商自取的門市
  • 付款資料:會保留原付款方式
  • 索取發票資訊
  • 最新消息、優惠及服務推廣相關資料:保留原本勾選的狀態

⚠️ 注意事項

  • 送貨資料需重選「指定到貨日期/時段」
  • 付款方式若為信用卡,顧客仍須重新輸入卡號。

The payment reminder feature in the Message Center has been upgraded! Let's see what it can do now 🌟

  • Diverse channels: Send reminders for social commerce & online store orders!
  • A timely reminder: Send a payment reminder on the day customers place the order to boost the conversion rate.

🛒 Set up a payment reminder

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Message Center]. On the left menu, select [Remarketing Assistant] > [Payment Reminder Settings].

Step 1. Select the recipient

  • Social Channel Customers: Customers who placed orders from the livestream, Message Center, or post sales.
  • Online Store Customers: Customers who placed orders from the online store.

Step 2. Set up the send time

  • After order is created: Select either today or after 1-7 days.
  • Send time: Select from 0:00-23:00.

Step 3. Switch on the toggles to send reminders across different social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp). Switch off the toggle for certain channels if you prefer not to send reminders through them.

📣 A little reminder:

If the recipient is an "Online Store Customer," the system will send a notification through the social channel they are connected to.

If the customer connects to more than one social account, the message will be sent via the social channel with the highest sorting order. You can click the "Sort" button on the right to change the sorting order.

  • 管道擴大:不只社群管道的訂單能收到提醒,官網訂單也一併囊括
  • 及時提醒:支援在顧客成立訂單「當天」發送付款提醒,加速收單!

🛒 一起設定付款提醒吧

前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」點按左側「導購再行銷助手 > 付款提醒設定」。

Step 1:選擇發送對象。

  • 社交平台顧客:透過「直播/訊息中心/貼文銷售」建立訂單的顧客。
  • 網店前台顧客:透過官網建立訂單的顧客。

Step 2:設定訊息發送時間。

  • 訂單建立後:支援選擇當天或 1-7 天。
  • 發送時間:支援選擇 0-23 點。

Step 3:針對不同社交管道(Facebook、Instagram、LINE、WhatsApp)個別開啟「發送訊息」開關按鈕,若關閉將不會自動發送付款提醒訊息。

📣 特別留意:若您選擇的發送對象為「網店前台顧客」,系統將抓取該顧客綁定的社群帳號傳送訊息。

若顧客綁定多個社群帳號,系統將依據設定頁面下方社交管道的排序,擇順位較靠前的管道傳送訊息。點按「編輯排序」按鈕可調整排序。

1️⃣ View conversion rates for store credits, points, and coupons

You can easily view data including the statuses of marketing campaigns and conversion rates to capitalize on store credit, point, and coupon marketing strategies.

2️⃣ “Sales Attributed to Marketing / Orders Attributed to Marketing” sections

These two new sections can help you evaluate marketing campaign success and develop more effective customer group segmentation strategies.

  • Sales Attributed to Marketing: The sales amount generated from customers who were reached through the activity created using the customer group list.
  • Orders Attributed to Marketing: The number of orders generated from customers who were reached through the activity created using the customer group list.

3️⃣ Custom analysis ranges + export ranges for performance reports

Understand your target audience better and gain more insights by customizing analysis ranges to create sales performance reports tailored to your needs!

🚨 Notes

  • To track conversion rates, make sure to check either the "Send Email" or "Send SMS" boxes when creating an activity. Additionally, credits, points, and coupons must be sent after 16 August 2023 to be tracked successfully.
  • Conversion data and customer group data are updated hourly.

Customer Data Security Levels Up: Enable Two-factor Authentication for Exporting Reports 🔐

SHOPLINE now enables 2FA for exporting reports & allows merchants to mask customers' personal info in reports for specific administrators and to set an anti-fraud warning in the store footer, safeguarding customer data security up to the hilt 👮🏻

🔀 Enable 2FA for exporting reports

Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Permission & Security], click the "Security Setting" tab, and switch on the toggle under "Report Exporting Management."

🔒 Mask personal info in reports

In [Permission & Security], choose an administrator, click "Edit," and switch on the "Mask personal information in reports" toggle to asterisk partial sensitive data.

📣 Add an anti-fraud warning page

Go to [Online Store Design] > [Pages] and click "Anti-Fraud Statement" to begin editing. If your store template supports SHOP Builder, you can directly enable the statement in the footer section 🙆🏻

🚨 Notes

  • Only "store owners" have permission to access the "Enable two-factor authentication for exporting reports" toggle.
  • Only administrators who can "Add/ Edit permissions" in "Permission & Security" are allowed to enable the "Mask personal information in reports" toggle.
