匯出報表啟動雙重驗證 🔐 打造高效顧客個資管理,資安更添保障!

SHOPLINE 推出「匯出報表啟用雙重驗證」功能,並允許商家設定針對單一管理員下載報表所顯示的顧客個資。此外,可於商店頁尾設定「反詐騙提醒標語」,大幅提升全店資安管理層級 👮🏻

🔀 開啟「匯出報表啟用雙重驗證」

至後台 >「設定 > 管理員及安全設定」,點選「安全設定」頁籤後,開啟「匯出報表啟用雙重驗證」。

🔒 設定「隱藏報表部分個資」

至「設定 > 管理員及安全設定」,選定特定管理員,點擊「編輯」並開啟「隱藏報表部分個資」開關,將部分敏感個資設為隱碼(如:h***@gmail.com)。

📣 新增「防詐騙宣導」預設分頁

至「網店設計 > 網店分頁 > 防詐騙宣導」編輯警語內容。若您的商店版型支援 SHOP Builder,可於頁尾直接開啟「反詐騙提醒標語」🙆🏻

🚨 注意事項

  • 僅「店長」有「匯出報表啟用雙重驗證」開關之權限。
  • 僅擁有管理員及安全設定中「新增 / 編輯權限」者,方能開啟「隱藏報表部分個資」開關。

❓ How to use

(This feature is available on WhatsApp / LINE broadcasts and WhatsApp message templates.)

  1. When creating a WhatsApp broadcast in [Message Center] > [Social Segment Broadcasting], you can click on the "AI Smart Content" button below the text message fields.
  2. Upon completion, the system will generate content based on your settings, and you can apply it to the input box.

💡 Boost reply efficiency with "AI Database"

Once the AI Assistant learns from the data uploaded to the AI Database, it will instantly provide answers to customers' questions.

  • Time-saving ➔ Boost your reply speed.
  • Manpower saving ➔ Save on the customer service training cost.
  • High efficiency ➔ Apply the answer to the conversation in just one click.

❓ How to use

Go to [Message Center] > [Smart Assistant] > [AI Database], and click "Add file(s)". Once completed, you can ask AI Assistant questions on this page or in the conversation window.

Diversified Birthday Format for Customer Privacy & Profile Completion 📆

To assist you in effectively collecting members' birthday details, SHOPLINE has introduced 3 birthday formats to encourage profile completion and increase customer engagement.

🔸 3 Birthday Formats 🔸

Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Customer Settings] > [Preset Fields] to adjust the birthday format of your online store, including:

  1. YYYY / MM / DD(e.g. 2000 / 01 / 01)
  2. YYYY / MM(e.g. 2000 / 01)
  3. MM / DD(e.g. 01 / 01)

*Notes:

  • The age limit is 13 by default. If you wish to adjust the "age limit," please enter a number in the box and update.
  • If you set the Birthday Format as MM / DD, Shoplytics will not be able to capture the age info of new customers.

🔸 Birthday Credits Issuance 🔸

In light of the varied birthday formats, we have also adjusted the birthday credit sending date.

Go to Admin > [Customer Management] > [Store Credits] > [Birthday Credits] to set the Birthday Credit sending date, including:

  1. Send on the birthday date
  2. Send on the 1st of birthday month

發送生日購物金作為禮物,拉近與會員間的距離,是極佳的行銷方式之一;為助您有效搜集會員生日資料,SHOPLINE 推出「三種生日格式」,提高顧客填寫意願、增加互動機會。

🔸 三種生日格式 🔸

前往 SHOPLINE 後台「設定 > 顧客設定 > 基本欄位」,可調整網店生日格式,分為:

  1. 年 / 月 / 日(例如:2000 / 01 / 01)
  2. 年 / 月(例如:2000 / 01)
  3. 月 / 日(例如:01 / 01)

*注意:

  • 系統預設年齡限制為 13 歲,若您想調整「年齡限制」歲數,請於方框內輸入數字並更新。
  • 若您設定格式為月 / 日,Shoplytics 數據分析中心將無法搜集新顧客年齡資訊

🔸 發送生日購物金 🔸

因應生日格式多樣化,生日購物金發送日也有所調整。

前往 SHOPLINE 後台「顧客管理 > 商店購物金 > 生日購物金」,可調整生日購物金發送日,分為:

  1. 於「生日當天」發送
  2. 於「生日當月 1 日」發送

Livestream Made Easier With "Live Dashboard" 😎

Tracking livestream information is now easier with SHOPLINE's "Live Dashboard" feature. 🎉

Live Dashboard, what is it?

Live Dashboard allows you to access all crucial livestream information (Live Overview, Event, Assistant Cue Card, Comments, etc.) from a single page. Enhance your livestream experience by viewing it on a larger screen or projecting it on a wall. 🤩

👀 What's inside "Live Dashboard"

First, go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a livestream. Once your livestream begins, you'll see the "Live Dashboard" button in the top right corner. There, you can view:

  • Live Overview
  • Livestream Display
  • Recommend Product
  • Event
  • Assistant Cue Card: The assistant can insert a cue in the [Live Dashboard] > "Cue card" section, and the reminder will be shown to the livestreamer right away.

💡 快速導覽「主播總覽模式」!

前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」頁面,進入直播間。開始直播後,在直播間右上方將顯示「主播總覽模式」按鈕,點按即可開啟該介面。總共包含 6 大區塊:

  • 整體成效
  • 直播畫面
  • 推薦商品
  • 活動資訊
  • 小助手提詞:小助手在直播間「主播總覽模式 > 提詞器」內輸入文字並發送,主播即可在此區塊查看提詞。

"Customer Group" introduces up to 12 new filters to help further segment your customers and betters 6 existing filters, bringing nearly 20 updates at once. To know precisely what each customer group prefers, the “Customer Group” feature is just the ticket!

🆕 Added 12 filter conditions

  • Profile 👤
    Added "Has Birthday, Mobile Number Country Calling Code, Customer Delivery Address, Customer's Unused Coupon, Last Upgrade Membership Tier Date, Last Extend Membership Tier Date, Referral Store, and Store Referral Staff."
  • Purchase Behavior 💰
    Added "Total Spent by Selected Channel, Number of Orders by Selected Channel, Order Amount by Selected Channel, and Apply to Promotion."

🆕 新增 12 項篩選條件:

  • 基本資料
    是否有生日、手機號碼國碼、顧客送貨地址、顧客未使用的優惠券、最近升級日、最近續會日、門市推薦人門市、門市推薦人店員。
  • 消費行為
    指定通路累積消費金額、指定通路累積消費次數、指定通路單次消費金額、套用過優惠活動。

🆙 6 項既有條件優化:

  • 基本資料
    註冊來源及加入來源新增 Smart OMO、Shopper App 選項。
  • 商品偏好

Shopper App has undergone an upgrade, introducing optimized pages, a user-friendly "add to Cart" button, rewards for product reviews, a dynamic "Price Range" feature, and a "Smart Link" that seamlessly guides customers to your store. Explore them now! 🔭

📲 What's New?

  • Optimized "Product details, View history & Wishlist" pages
    The product details page features "Share/ Wishlist/ Cart" at the top and "Customer service/ Buy now" at the bottom; the "Me" page now includes "Wishlist" and "View history."
  • "Add to cart/ wishlist" available on the product list page
    "Add to cart" and "Wishlist" are now available on various product list pages!
  • "Product review reward" supported in My Orders
    The "Write a review" button has been added to “My Orders,” which encourages customer reviews and buying intent, creating a virtuous cycle 🔄
  • Smart Link Settings rolled out
