Optimized Birthday Credit Sending Date for Leap & Regular Years 🎂

To handle differences between regular and leap years, SHOPLINE now adjusts birthday credit sending for members born on February 29:

  • Send on the birthday date
    If selected, credits for members born on February 29 are sent early on February 28 in regular years.
  • Send on the 1st of the birthday month
    If selected, credits for members born on February 29 are sent on February 1, leap year or not.

Each member can receive birthday credits only once a year. If you modify the birthday credit sending date:

  • From "Birthday date" → "1st of birthday month"
    The system calculates based on the last redemption date + 12 months (adjusted for time zone). The resulting month must be on or before the current month.
  • From "1st of birthday month" → "Birthday date"
    The system calculates based on the last redemption date + 12 months (adjusted for time zone). The resulting date must be on or before the current date.

為因應平年、閏年天數差異,SHOPLINE 針對 2/29 日進行生日購物金發送邏輯優化:

  • 於「生日當天」發送
    若您選擇此設定項,遇平年時,系統將於 2/28 提早發送購物金予 2/29 生日的會員。
  • 於「生日當月 1 日」發送
    若您選擇此設定項,無論平/潤年,系統皆於 2/1 發送購物金予 2/29 生日的會員。

系統限制每位會員一年僅可領取一次生日購物金,若您變更生日購物金發送日:

  • 由「當天」變更至「當月 1 日」
    系統判斷依據為上次領取時間 + 12 個月(轉換時區後再加),計算出來的月份需 ≤ 現在月份。
  • 由「當月 1 日」變更至「當天」
    系統判斷依據為上次領取時間 + 12 個月(轉換時區後再加),計算出來的日期需 ≤ 當天日期。

To reduce your order management costs, SHOPLINE Broadcast Center introduces the "Order Broadcast" feature. This update enables you to efficiently send bulk messages to selected orders, ensuring fast and accurate customer communication!

📍 Step 1. Create a new order broadcast message from either Broadcast Center or Message Center.

  • Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Broadcast Center].
  • Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Message Center].

📍 Step 2. After selecting the orders, click the "More Actions" drop-down menu and select Create Order Broadcast Message.

You can use the search or filter features to select multiple orders or all orders across pages.

📍 Step 3. Confirm the Broadcast message information and fill in the Message content, then click Save to send the broadcast message.

  • Broadcast message title (required): For internal management only. Up to 30 characters.
  • Message content (required): The content you want to broadcast to customers. Up to 1000 characters.
  • Image (optional): Supports uploading one image within 5 MB in JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.

⚠️ Remarks

  • Sending order broadcast messages does not require authorization from customers. However, please make sure the message is order-related rather than promotional to avoid any regulatory violations.

為協助您降低訂單管理成本,SHOPLINE 廣播中心推出「訂單廣播」功能,針對目標訂單批量發送訊息,能快速、準確地與顧客溝通!

📍 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙊𝙣𝙚. 透過廣播中心/訊息中心兩種路徑,前往新增訂單訊息廣播。

  • 商店後台 > 顧客管理 > 廣播中心
  • 商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心

📍 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙏𝙬𝙤. 選擇目標訂單後,點選「更多動作 > 新增訂單訊息廣播」。

您可以使用搜尋/篩選功能,批量勾選或跨頁全選目標訂單。

📍 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙚. 確認廣播資訊並填寫訊息內容,完成即可「儲存」發送。

  • 廣播名稱(必填):
    僅作為後台管理使用,字數上限 30 字。
  • 訊息內容(必填):
    即本次發送給顧客的訊息內容,字數上限 1000 字。
  • 圖片(選填):
    支援上傳 1 張格式為 JPG/JPEG/PNG 且大小不超過 5 MB 的圖片。

⚠️ 注意事項

  • 訂單訊息廣播無需顧客訂閱授權,請務必確認訊息內容非行銷資訊,避免違反法規。

SmartPush x Meta 🔥 Sync Segments to Custom Audiences!

Are you up to speed with the latest SmartPush x Meta update? In addition to "Lead Ads", you can now sync segments to "Custom Audiences" to boost targeting precision and campaign performance ⚡️

⚙️ Step 1

In the SmartPush Admin, go to [Apps] > [Integrations]. Click Authorize in the Meta Ads list.
If you have already authorized and linked your Meta account, click the "⋯" icon and select Set up.

⚙️ Step 2

In the "Select the data to sync" step, select the "Custom Audience" block, and click Next step.

⚙️ Step 3

Select an "Ad account" and click Add connection. In the pop-up window, select a SmartPush customer segment and a Meta custom audience to connect. Then, click Add to complete 😉

⚡️ Tip: Combine automation, segment filters, and customer lifecycle to create segments, then sync them to Meta with ease!

📣 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for merchants on paid SmartPush plans.
  • SmartPush can only be linked to one Meta account, but it can connect to multiple audiences within that account, with up to 50 connections allowed.
  • The number of contacts in a SmartPush segment must be greater than 100 and less than 500,000.
  • SmartPush only syncs valid contacts to Meta. A valid contact refers to a contact who has subscribed to receive promotion notifications (via email or SMS).

SmartPush's Spin Wheel Pop-up now supports custom prizes 💎 Surprise your customers with physical rewards, go beyond coupons, and drive more engagement immediately!

⚙️ Step 1

Go to [Pop-ups & Forms] > [Template Library]. Select "Drive repeat purchases" under the "Goal" section, and choose the "Spin wheel (Pro)" template.

⚙️ Step 2

Click the "Wheel of Fortune" block to open the tab. In this tab, click Prize settings to set the prize title, prize type, winning probability, and prize image for each result.

⚙️ Step 3

You can click the "Result page" drop-down menu to customize three views: "Won (Discount code)", "Won (Other)", and "Not won".

📣 Remarks

  • The "Spin wheel (Pro)" template is only available for stores on the paid plan.
  • This feature is only available for the "Spin wheel (Pro)" template. Other "prize wheel" templates are not supported.
  • For the "Won (Other)" result page, the image block will automatically display the prize image you set. You'll need to replace the {Prize Name} placeholder to update the default text.
