SmartPush x Meta Integration: Sync Lead Ad Contacts Automatically 💫

SmartPush now integrates with Meta! Seamlessly sync contacts collected from Meta lead ads to SmartPush and trigger automated emails 📩 Boost engagement, strengthen customer connections, and get more out of every ad 💥

1️⃣ Connect your Meta account

In the SmartPush Admin, go to [Apps] > [Integrations]. Click Authorize in the Meta Ads list, then follow the instructions to complete the connection.

2️⃣ Connect Meta lead ads

After connecting your account, select the lead ad you want to link and assign a custom tag and subscription status for the contacts collected from that ad.

3️⃣ Set Up Automation

In your automation task, choose the trigger "Sync leads collected from Meta Lead Ads". Whenever a new user fills out the ad form and subscribes, they’ll automatically enter the flow and receive an email or SMS 💌

📍 Remarks

  • Automation task is only available for stores on the free trial or a paid plan.
  • To avoid being marked as spam and to protect your domain reputation, please ensure that all collected leads have consented to receive marketing messages. Only send emails or SMS to customers who have subscribed.

SmartPush 支援串接 Meta 啦!將 Meta 名單型廣告收集的聯絡人同步到 SmartPush,自動發送郵件 📩 有效深化顧客關係,大幅提升廣告效益 💥

1️⃣ 連接 Meta 帳號

前往 SmartPush 後台「應用程式 > 應用程式整合」,於「Meta 廣告」列表中點選「授權」,依系統提示逐步連接。

2️⃣ 連接廣告

連接完成帳號後,選擇欲連接的廣告,並為該廣告收集到的聯絡人設定專屬分群標籤、訂閱狀態。

3️⃣ 設定自動化

在自動化任務中選擇觸發器「同步 Meta 名單型廣告收集的名單」,每當有新的用戶填寫廣告表單、訂閱進入名單,即自動進入流程,發送郵件或簡訊給該用戶 💌

📍 注意事項

  • 自動化任務僅限免費試用版及付費版店家使用。
  • 為避免被回報為垃圾郵件並保障域名信譽,請確認收集到的聯絡人名單皆同意收到行銷訊息,並只向「已訂閱」的顧客發送郵件或簡訊。

The update includes more related products and a new performance page to help boost your sales! Check out the setup guide & new features below 🕺🏻

⚙️ How to enable Smart Product Recommendation?

Go to the products list, click Edit next to the product, then select "Smart Product Recommendation" in the [Info] > [Related Products] section ✅

✨ Highlight 1. Display more related products

The number of related products has increased from 4 to 20, boosting product exposure and capturing every conversion chance.

✨ Highlight 2. All-new performance page

You can view the past 30-day performance data to better understand how Smart Product Recommendations are contributing to your sales!

✨ Highlight 3. One-click reset for non-smart recommended products

The system will automatically organize products that are not using Smart Product Recommendation. You can edit them individually or update all at once 🪄

🌹 Remarks

  • If there are not enough products in your store, the recommendation results may be fewer than 20.
  • Smart Product Recommendation performance data is updated daily.
  • Product resets may take up to 48 hours to take effect.
  • If you have custom CSS code to adjust product-related layouts, it may affect the display of this feature. Please regularly check the storefront to avoid unexpected display issues.

⚙️ 如何設定智慧商品推薦?

相關商品數量由 4 件增加至 20 件,有效提升商品曝光率,搶下每一次轉單的機會。

Improved Webpage Performance Using System Fonts for Storefront 🆙

To optimize site performance and minimize customer wait times, the storefront supports system default fonts, accelerating page loading and enhancing the overall user experience ⚡


Go to Admin > [Online Store Design]. Click Add Page/ Edit for an advanced page.

Go to "Store Setting". Click "Font" > "Change".

Fonts are categorized into system fonts and other fonts. Hover the cursor over the font to view supported languages and systems.

  • System fonts
    Offers better loading performance. However, system default fonts may vary across different devices.
  • Other fonts (third-party fonts)
    Must be first downloaded to the user's device and may affect loading performance.

⚠️ Remarks

  • Only supports theme templates applicable for SHOP Builder, including Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, and Philia.
  • The system default fonts may vary across different devices.

為優化購物體驗、減少顧客等待時間,商店前台支援選擇系統預設字體,加快網站載入速度,整體效能最佳化 ⚡


前往商店後台「網店設計 > 網店分頁」,點選「新增分頁/編輯」進階分頁

進入「店面級別設定」頁面,點選「文字 > 變更」。

分為系統字體與其他字體;將滑鼠游標移動至字體上方,可查看支援語系/系統。

  • 系統字體
    享有較優異的載入速度,唯不同裝置的系統預設字體有所差異。
  • 其他字體(第三方字體)
    需額外載入使用者裝置,可能造成頁面顯示延遲。

⚠️ 注意事項

  • 僅支援適用新版頁面編輯器 SHOP Builder 的店面版型,即 Ultra Chic、Kingsman、Varm、Philia 版型。
  • 系統預設字體可能因為裝置不同而產生顯示差異。

Simplify Your Shipping — Merge Multiple Orders with Order Merger 🧚

Ever had a customer place several orders in a short time? Managing separate shipments can drive up costs and complicate your workflow 😣

Now with SHOPLINE's "Order Merger" feature, you can combine multiple orders in one click—saving on shipping and streamlining your operations 🌟

⚠️ Please follow the instructions below and in the Admin to install and purchase the feature.

📍 Step 1. Install Order Merger

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store] to install the "Order Merger" feature.

📍 Step 2. Pairing rules for merging orders

Go to [Order Management] > [Merge orders], click Advanced Rule Settings, and select the pairing rules for merging orders.

  • Merge orders with the same recipient address and delivery method (default): Orders with the same purchaser, recipient address, and delivery method can be merged.
  • Merge orders with different recipient addresses: Orders with different recipient addresses but the same purchaser and delivery method can be merged.
  • Merge orders with different delivery methods: Orders with different delivery methods but the same purchaser and recipient address can be merged.
  • Merge orders with different delivery methods and recipient addresses: Orders with different recipient addresses and delivery methods but the same purchaser can be merged.

📍 Step 3. Merge order

Go to [Order Management] > [Orders], and check the orders you want to merge. Then, click the "Bulk Actions" drop-down list and select Merge orders. The system will then automatically pair the orders based on the pairing rules.

Upon completion, orders with the same delivery methods and recipient addresses are ready to be merged. Otherwise, you will need to confirm them in advance before merging.

📣 Remarks

  • Orders with different payment methods, such as "COD" and "Non-COD" (e.g., bank transfer), cannot be merged, even if the purchaser, delivery method, and recipient address are the same.
  • You need to issue invoices for merged orders manually. Automatic invoice issuance is currently not supported.
  • If you enable the "Multi-Attribute Products Order Checkout" feature, a new cart number will be generated upon merging.
  • For more details on the traffic maintenance fee applied to each order transaction, please refer to this FAQ.

現在,SHOPLINE 推出「合併訂單」功能!一鍵合併多筆訂單,節省成本之餘,也大大提升作業效率 🌟

⚠️ 請先向線上顧問諮詢開通功能。

📍 第一步:安裝擴充功能

成功開通後,前往「商店後台 > 擴充功能 > 擴充功能商店」安裝「合併訂單」擴充功能。

📍 第二步:設定合併訂單配對規則

前往「訂單管理 > 合併訂單」點按「進階規則配置」,選擇配對歸則。

  • 收件地址和送貨方式相同可合併(預設規則):訂購人、收件地址及送貨方式皆相同,方可配對成功並進行合併。
  • 收件地址不同可合併:訂購人及送貨方式相同,但收件地址不同也可配對成功。
  • 送貨方式不同可合併:訂購人及收件地址相同,但送貨方式不同也可配對成功。
  • 送貨方式不同收件地址不同可合併:訂購人相同,但收件地址及送貨方式皆不同也可配對成功。

📍 第三步:完成合併

前往「訂單管理 > 訂單」勾選您想合併的訂單,接著點按「批次動作 > 合併訂單」系統會依據您設定的規則自動配對訂單。

配對後,若送貨方式及收件地址皆相同,可直接合併訂單;若不同,須先確認送貨方式及地址,才能執行合併操作。

📣 注意事項

  • 若欲合併訂單的付款方式分別為「貨到付款」及「非貨到付款的其他方法(例如轉帳)」,即便其訂購人、送貨方式及收件地址皆相同,也無法合併。
  • 合併訂單後需手動開立發票,目前暫不支援自動開立發票功能。
  • 若您有使用商品屬性分層結帳功能,合併訂單後會產生新的購物車編號。
