Precise Remarketing with Customers' All-inclusive Social Account Info🏄‍♂️

Upgrade highlights:

  1. Enhanced social account sign-up, binding, and subscription process ➔ When creating or binding a social account, the system will perform various checks on the customer's LINE ID, email, and phone number!
  2. Updated "Social information" sections in storefront and Admin.

🎯 Upgrade benefits

✔ Avoid multiple account creation from the same customer for better customer management.
✔ Clear overview of binding status between store customers and their social accounts.
✔ Precise social information for enhanced marketing and remarketing.

Improved Customer Details page in Admin

Go to [Customer Management] > [Customers], and you will see the following information about a customer:

  1. Facebook/LINE registered account: Displays the Facebook / LINE info used to sign up as a member.
  2. Subscription status: Displays the subscription status to receive Promotion and Order notifications.
  3. Bound social accounts (Facebook, LINE, Instagram, WhatsApp): Displays the social accounts bound to the store customer from the Message Center.

👑 New filter conditions and report fields

  1. Customer Group: Added two new filter conditions, "Facebook-registered ID" and "LINE-registered ID".
  2. Customer/Customer Group report: Added two new fields, "Facebook-registered ID" and "LINE-registered ID".

👤 Optimized Member Page in the storefront

Customers can go to [Member Center] > [Profile] > [Subscription] to modify the subscription status for Promotion and Order notifications.

🛎 Remarks

  • When deleting the customer profile, the bound social accounts will also be disconnected.
  • To streamline the checkout process, the original "Order Status Update" section on the checkout page will be moved to the "Order Confirmation" page. Customers can subscribe to notifications on this page.

此次優化主要包含兩個部分:

  1. 完善「社群管道註冊、綁定、訂閱的流程」➔ 建立、綁定社群帳號時,系統將多方檢查、比對顧客 LINE ID、電郵、手機號碼!
  2. 升級前後台與「顧客社群資訊」相關的介面

🎯 此次優化帶來的好處有∙∙∙

✔ 避免同一網店顧客建立多組帳號,提升會員經營成效。
✔ 一手掌握網店顧客與各社群帳號的綁定關係。
✔ 利用準確的社群資料進一步精準導購、再行銷。

升級後台顧客資訊欄位

前往「顧客管理 > 顧客」查閱任一顧客,可獲取以下資訊:

  1. Facebook / LINE 註冊帳號:顯示顧客使用 Facebook / LINE 註冊網店的社群資料。
  2. 訂閱狀態:分別顯示各第三方平台「優惠宣傳通知」及「訂單通知」的訂閱狀態。
  3. 綁定社群用戶(Facebook / LINE / Instagram / Whatsapp):您於訊息中心將社群用戶綁定網店顧客後,即可於此查看綁定關係。

👑 新增社群資料篩選條件、報表欄位

  1. 顧客分群:新增兩個篩選條件「是否有 Facebook 註冊 ID」、「是否有 LINE 註冊 ID」
  2. 匯出顧客報表 / 匯出顧客分群報表:新增 2 個欄位「Facebook 註冊 ID」& 「LINE 註冊 ID」

👤 優化前台會員中心個人資訊

顧客可在「會員中心 > 個人資訊 > 訂閱」區塊,選擇是否接受各管道「優惠宣傳」及「訂單通知」。

🛎 注意事項

  • 刪除顧客時,會一併刪除綁定社群用戶的關係。
  • 為了精簡結帳流程,原本於結帳頁面顯示的「訂單狀態通知」欄位將統一移至訂單完成頁面,顧客可於此頁面訂閱通知。

On May 9, 2024, Facebook's Chat Plugin will no longer be available. If your store has been using this feature, don't worry! SHOPLINE has prepared a new customer interaction tool for you! 😎

📍 How will this affect your store?

SHOPLINE will simultaneously remove the "Customer negotiation plug-in" feature under [Channel Integration] > [Facebook] > [Online Store Application], as well as the Messenger chat window on the storefront.

If your store has purchased the "Social Commerce" plan, you can use the "Chat Widget" extension from SHOPLINE! Customers can interact with you in real-time through various social channels ✨

⛔️ Remarks

  • If you embed third-party chat plugins via Google Tag Manager, it may affect the functionality of the website, potentially causing slower page loading speeds.

  2. 靜待審核通過,開通後顧問會協助設定送貨方式,並於線上通知。
  3. 於後台「設定 > 送貨設定 > 顯示」送貨及付款方式即可使用。

📌 注意事項

  • 如因未取貨、收件地址有誤等因素導致包裹退回,店家除需支付既有的送貨費用外,還需負擔退貨費用;退貨費用可於月結帳單時一併支付,不需當下立即付款。

Customize "Member Profile Completion Reward" to choose whether to send email/SMS notifications when rewarding. Attract customers now to boost orders! 📣

Step 1:Select reward type & enter the number 💬

Go to [Settings] > [Customer Settings]. Under the "Member Profile Completion Reward" section, find "Reward Type". You can choose Credits, Member Points, Coupons, or multiple options!

Step 2:Check whether to send notifications ✅

Email/SMS options can be selected separately. Click Preview to customize message content!

📌 Notes

  • Options to send email or SMS notifications are enabled by default.
  • If you select to send SMS notifications to customers, SHOPLINE will charge you a monthly fee.

「會員資料獎賞」現在可以分別設定,在發送獎賞的同時,是否要同步傳送電郵 / 簡訊通知顧客 📣 即刻吸引顧客查看獎賞優惠,提高下單意願!

Step1:選擇獎賞類型,輸入獎賞內容 💬

在「設定 > 顧客設定 > 會員資料獎賞 > 獎賞類型」中,有購物金會員點數優惠券三種選項,可複選!

Step2:選擇是否同步發送通知給顧客 ✅

電郵 / 簡訊可分別勾選,點選「預覽」自訂通知訊息內容!

📌 注意事項

  • 同步發送電郵或簡訊通知的選項預設為開啟。
  • 若您選擇同步發送簡訊通知顧客,SHOPLINE 將每月向您收取簡訊費用。

Message Center is now equipped with "AI Chat Summary", revolutionizing your customer message management 😎

💡 Feature highlights

✔️ Fast conversation overview: Streamlined info syncing across agents.

✔️ Grasp customer inquiries at a glance, even amidst a sea of messages.

☀️ How to use AI Chat Summary?

Step 1. In Message Center, select the "Shop Message" or "Instant Message" tab. Open a conversation with the customer and click the AI Assistant button on the right to display the "AI Chat Summary" section.

Step 2. Select the summary scope.

  • Latest conversation: The AI will determine the latest conversation based on the conversation time, analyze the context, and provide a summary of the conversation.
  • Select conversation scope: The AI will analyze the context of the selected conversation scope, and provide a summary of the conversation.

📍 Please note that the AI can only summarize text conversations (including emojis). Images and files are currently not supported.

The summary is now ready for use!

You can also add remarks to the summary for future reference.

☀️ 如何使用 AI 智慧摘要?

Step 1:於訊息中心點選「官網訊息或社群訊息」分頁。先開啟要摘錄重點的對話框,接著點按右側「AI 助手」將顯示「AI 智慧摘要」區塊。

Step 2:選擇「摘要範圍」。

  • 最近一次對話:根據訊息的發送時間識別哪些對話是最近一次產生,並針對這些對話進行語意理解後總結對話核心內容。
  • 手動選擇對話:針對您自行選擇的對話進行語意理解後總結對話核心內容。

📍 請留意:AI 只會摘錄對話內的文字內容(包含 emoji),圖片、檔案等非文字訊息暫不支援。

設定完成後,即可成功生成對話摘要!

還可以加入補充說明、將其新增至對話摘要,利於後續查看。

Shoutout to the "Keyboard Shortcut" feature in Message Center 🎉 Customize your keyboard shortcuts for "Sending a message" and "Creating a new line" based on your preferences. Replying to customer messages has never been more effortless!🧚

Set up your "Keyboard Shortcut"

Step 1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Message Center], and select [More Settings] > [General Settings].

Step 2. Select the "Keyboard Shortcut" tab to customize the shortcut keys for "Send a message" and "New line".

📍 Remarks

  • You cannot assign the same shortcut to two actions. For example, if you have set "Enter" for sending a message, and try to set it again for creating a new line, the system will automatically switch the shortcut for sending a message to "Shift + Enter". (It will switch to the shortcut option with the highest order in the drop-down menu.)
  • Keyboard shortcut settings are unique to each administrator and can be customized individually.
