SHOPLINE's new "Advanced Menu" feature is here! With versatile layouts and flexible multi-level settings, you can now create customized quick navigation. Build a more intuitive and eye-catching storefront experience in just a few clicks!

🎨 Step 1. Create or apply advanced menu

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [Menu Navigation], and click Create advanced menu. Once created, you can "Apply" or "Edit" the menu design.

🎨 Step 2. Select a layout in Menu Builder

Click Edit to enter the Menu Builder. You can choose from 4 advanced menu layouts based on your store's needs:

• Expand hierarchically - Image with Text List
• Expand all - Text-Only List
• Expand all - Image with Text List
• Expand all - Text-Only & Image with Text List

🎨 Step 3. Edit menu settings and save the design

Hover the cursor over an L1 menu to find the "Edit", "Add Submenu", and "Delete" icons. Click the "+" icon to add L2 and L3 submenus accordingly.

Ensure you save all the settings for each menu. Then, click Preview Page > Publish.

🚨 Remarks

• Menu level limits: You can add up to 8 L1 menus, 12 L2 menus, and 10 L3 menus.
• This feature is only supported for Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, and Philia store themes. Each store can create up to one advanced menu.
• If you enable "Display image on desktop/mobile" but do not upload any images, the system will display a default image.

SHOPLINE 全新「進階目錄」功能正式登場！透過多樣的目錄版型與細緻的分層設定，您可以自由組合商店專屬的快捷索引，一鍵打造更直覺、更吸睛的網店導覽！

🎨 步驟一：新增／套用進階目錄

前往商店後台「網店設計 > 網店目錄」，點選「新增進階目錄」。新增後，則可「套用」或「編輯」設計。

🎨 步驟二：於 Menu Builder 選擇佈局樣式

點選「編輯」進入 Menu Builder ，可依照網店需求選擇欲新增的進階目錄佈局樣式，共分為四種：

• 逐層展開 - 圖文清單
• 全層展開 - 純文字清單
• 全層展開 - 圖文清單
• 全層展開 - 純文字 + 圖文清單

🎨 步驟三：編輯各層目錄設定並儲存設計

將游標移至 L1 目錄元件上方，即可進行「編輯／新增子目錄／刪除」；點選「 + 」圖示可依序新增 L2 與 L3 子目錄。

確認所有樣式設定皆已「儲存」後，即可點選「預覽商店 > 發佈」。

🚨 注意事項

• 目錄層級數量上限：L1 最多新增 8 個、L2 最多 新增 12 個、L3 最多新增 10 個。
• 僅支援 Ultra Chic / Kingsman / Varm / Philia 商店版型，且每間商店最多新增 1 個進階目錄。
• 若您有開啟「於桌機／手機顯示圖片」按鈕但未上傳圖片，系統將顯示預設圖片。

您在 SHOPLINE Live 新增的直播或重播影片，現在可以直接展示在 Shopper App，讓顧客用手機／平板輕鬆觀看！有效曝光直播商品，抓住每一次銷售機會 👏🏻

📺 SHOPLINE Live 設定步驟

1 .前往「社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」新增直播。

2. 選擇「SHOPLINE」直播渠道，完成相關設定。

3. 開始直播後，點選「Shopper App 直播」按鈕，開啟「將直播展示在 Shopper App」功能 ✅

📱Shopper App 設定步驟

1. 前往「Shopper App 管理 > App 設計 > Simple 版型」，進入 App 頁面編輯器。

2. 點選左側元件庫的「直播懸浮元件」進行設定。

⚠️ 注意事項

• Shopper App 平台版本須更新至 v1.16 及以上才可使用此功能。
• 「直播懸浮元件」及「懸浮元件」不可同時開啟。
• 僅「SHOPLINE」直播渠道支援同步展示至 Shopper App。

📺 SHOPLINE Live setup

1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] to create a livestream.

2. Select the "SHOPLINE" broadcast channel and complete the required setup.

3. Once the livestream starts, click Shopper App Live and enable the "Display the livestream on your Shopper App" toggle ✅

📱Shopper App setup

1. Go to [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Simple Template] and click Set up to enter the app page editor.

2. Click Live Floating Action Button in the left panel to set up.

⚠️ Remarks

• The Shopper App platform version must be updated to v1.16 or above to use this feature.
• "Live Floating Action Button" and "Floating Action Button" cannot be enabled at the same time.
• This feature is only available for the "SHOPLINE" broadcast channel.

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click the "Import" drop-down menu and select Bulk create products. Please refer to the FAQ for detailed steps.

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click Export and select the export range. Please refer to the FAQ for detailed steps.

🙋 Upload Updated Files

2. Upload the updated .xls / .xlsx files and click Import.
