Customize "Member Profile Completion Reward" to choose whether to send email/SMS notifications when rewarding. Attract customers now to boost orders! 📣
Step 1:Select reward type & enter the number 💬
Go to [Settings] > [Customer Settings]. Under the "Member Profile Completion Reward" section, find "Reward Type". You can choose Credits, Member Points, Coupons, or multiple options!
Step 2:Check whether to send notifications ✅
Email/SMS options can be selected separately. Click Preview to customize message content!

☀️ How to use AI Chat Summary?
Step 1. In Message Center, select the "Shop Message" or "Instant Message" tab. Open a conversation with the customer and click the AI Assistant button on the right to display the "AI Chat Summary" section.
Step 2. Select the summary scope.
📍 Please note that the AI can only summarize text conversations (including emojis). Images and files are currently not supported.
The summary is now ready for use!
You can also add remarks to the summary for future reference.

☀️ 如何使用 AI 智慧摘要?
Step 1:於訊息中心點選「官網訊息或社群訊息」分頁。先開啟要摘錄重點的對話框,接著點按右側「AI 助手」將顯示「AI 智慧摘要」區塊。
Step 2:選擇「摘要範圍」。
📍 請留意:AI 只會摘錄對話內的文字內容(包含 emoji),圖片、檔案等非文字訊息暫不支援。
設定完成後,即可成功生成對話摘要!
還可以加入補充說明、將其新增至對話摘要,利於後續查看。

Step 1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Message Center], and select [More Settings] > [General Settings].
