Good news! FPS now supports online refunds by merchants via the admin. No need for offline back-and-forths! Say hi to faster operations and better shopping experiences powered by SHOPLINE 😎

🚀 Publishing FPS

Merchants with SHOPLINE Payments can go to [Settings] > [Payment Settings], and click "Add". Select FPS as the payment method and publish at once!

🚀 2 steps for online refund

Step 1

Go to Admin > [Order Management] > [Orders] and enter to order to be refunded.

Step 2

Find the "Payment details" section and click "Refund" to initiate a refund 💰

📣 Remarks

• FPS only supports returns in full. A transaction fee of $3.5 HKD will be charged for each refund (The original transaction fee is not refundable).
• Refunds are only supported for FPS orders placed on or after 2 July 2025, with a return period of 180 days.
