Livestream and Post Sales Now Support Keyword Auto-Reply 🤩

Responding to a flood of comments can be quite challenging during a livestream or Post Sales event. But worry not! Our latest feature now enables the system to automatically reply to every customer's comments that include the trigger keywords 🤩.

  • Flexible reply methods → By comment and/or private message.
  • Automated responses to common questions → Use the basic and advanced modes to cover various trigger scenarios.
  • Supports Facebook Page livestream.

How to add auto-reply

*The following is the instruction for livestream auto-reply (the setup for Post Sales is generally the same)

Step 1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a livestream page. Click the "Settings" icon on the lower left and select [Smart Assistant] > [Auto-reply].

Step 2. In the pop-up window, enter the auto-reply name, mode, trigger keywords, and reply content.

Step 3. Upon completion, remember to enable the auto-reply.

Auto-reply triggered 💬

When a customer leaves a comment containing the keywords (e.g., What is the shipping fee?) and the "Auto-reply" is enabled, the system will respond with the corresponding reply content.
