Upscaled Remarketing with Payment Reminder 2.0 in Message Center 😎

The payment reminder feature in the Message Center has been upgraded! Let's see what it can do now 🌟

  • Diverse channels: Send reminders for social commerce & online store orders!
  • A timely reminder: Send a payment reminder on the day customers place the order to boost the conversion rate.

πŸ›’ Set up a payment reminder

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Message Center]. On the left menu, select [Remarketing Assistant] > [Payment Reminder Settings].

Step 1. Select the recipient

  • Social Channel Customers:Β Customers who placed orders from the livestream, Message Center, or post sales.
  • Online Store Customers: Customers who placed orders from the online store.

Step 2. Set up the send time

  • After order is created: Select either today or after 1-7 days.
  • Send time: Select from 0:00-23:00.

Step 3. Switch on the toggles to send reminders across different social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp). Switch off the toggle for certain channels if you prefer not to send reminders through them.

πŸ“£ A little reminder:

If the recipient is an "Online Store Customer," the system will send a notification through the social channel they are connected to.

If the customer connects to more than one social account, the message will be sent via the social channel with the highest sorting order. You can click the "Sort" button on the right to change the sorting order.
