顧客加單卻不結帳?SHOPLINE Live 推出「限制下單」功能,您可以限制過去曾棄單的顧客,不可再透過留言關鍵字將商品加入購物車,有效降低營運成本 🎉

如何啟用「限制下單」?

前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」點入直播中或已結束的直播間,接著點按顧客留言右側「⋮」圖示,即可針對該顧客啟用「限制下單」功能。

應用情境舉例:在直播結束後三天,針對「訂單未付款」顧客啟用「限制下單」功能。

🚫 限制範圍

被限制下單的顧客,無法執行以下操作:

  • 無法透過留言商品關鍵字將直播商品加入購物車
  • 無法透過留言活動關鍵字參與直播活動
  • 無法透過留言商品關鍵字將貼文銷售的商品加入購物車
  • 無法參與貼文抽獎活動

🛎 注意事項

  • 即便顧客已被限制下單,您仍可在直播或貼文銷售後台編輯該顧客的購物車,或為其建立訂單。

顧客滿心期待的點入商品頁卻顯示缺貨?此時「自動下架無庫存商品」正是您最需要的 App!協助商店聚焦其他主力品項,專注顧客購物體驗 🤩

🔧 兩種情境將自動下架無庫存商品:

➤ 顧客下單後,該商品售完且網店剩餘數量為 0。
➤ 您於後台 >「商品及分類 > 商品」更新商品數量為 0。

📲 如何安裝 App?

  • Step 1:至後台 >「擴充功能 > 擴充功能商店」頁面,下拉篩選功能表單,勾選「商店管理」。
  • Step 2:找到「自動下架無庫存商品」App,點選「立刻安裝」 🌟
  • Step 3:進行相關權限授權,點選「立刻安裝和授權」即完成。

❗️ 注意事項

  1. 此 App 安裝後將直接套用至所有商品,若不再使用,請直接移除 App。
  2. 補貨時,系統不會自動將已下架之商品上架,須手動更新商品狀態。

Ever clicked on a product only to find it out of stock? That's where the "Auto-unpublish Out-of-Stock Products" app comes in handy! It helps stores focus on other key items, enhancing the shopping experience for customers. 🤩

🔧 Products will be unpublished automatically when:

➤ The product is sold out & the remaining quantity is 0 after a customer places an order.

➤ Merchants update the quantity of the product to 0 in Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products].

📲 How to install this app?

  • Step 1: Go to Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store], open the "Filter" drop-down menu, and check "Store Management."
  • Step 2: Find "Auto-unpublish Out-of-Stock Products" and click Install Now 🌟
  • Step 3: Proceed with authorizing the necessary permissions, then click Install & authorize.

❗️ Remarks

  1. This feature applies to all products in the store. If you want to disable the feature, please remove the app directly.
  2. When restocking, the system will not automatically publish the products, you need to manually publish them.

🎁 How to start a Facebook Live Poll?

  • Go to SHOPLINE Live, and create a Facebook Page livestream. Then, click "Event" at the top left and select "Poll".
  • Upon completion, click "Connect to Facebook Live" and click the "GO" icon next to the poll event to begin 🚀

🔍 View Poll results

  • Once the event ends, if you have set the winner option, the system will select viewers from viewers whose comments meet the poll rules. The winner's comment will be labeled as the "Poll-winner".

⚠️ Remarks

  • This feature supports Facebook Page, Facebook Group, and Instagram livestreams. The above instructions and screenshots used Facebook Page Live as examples. For Facebook Group and Instagram Live poll-related information, please refer to Facebook Group Live Events and Instagram Live.

🎁 如何新增 FB「投票活動」?

  • 前往 SHOPLINE Live 頁面「新增直播」,並選擇「Facebook 粉專」直播管道,在直播設定頁面點按左上角的「活動」新增「投票活動」
  • 完成設定後「連接 Facebook 直播」,在活動欄位右側點按「GO」圖示即可開始活動 🚀

🔍 查看投票結果

  • 當活動結束時,若您有設定獲獎對象,系統將自動抓取符合投票規則的留言並抽出獲獎者,並於直播間公佈投票結果及活動結束訊息。

Seeking a streamlined approach to reach live customers across various platforms while effortlessly monitoring sales performance?

Try out SHOPLINE's "Multistream" feature! You can seamlessly connect your livestreams from Facebook, Instagram, and LINE to the backstage in Admin. Manage all messages and sales and interact with customers from multiple platforms right in one place!

🌟 How to start a multistream?

Step 1. Go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live], click "Create live stream", and select "Multistream".

Step 2. Complete the basic settings:

  • Stream Details.
  • Select channel (at least 2 channels).
  • Schedule.

Step 3. Complete the advanced settings:

📌 The livestream will be created when you click "Create". If the LINE channel is selected, additional setup will be required.

📍 One-stop management from Admin

You can create multiple livestreams with multiple devices through Facebook, Instagram, and LINE. Alternatively, you can stream simultaneously from one device using OBS software and manually connect each platform to the livestream backstage. Monitor your sales performance and live messages all in one place 😎

🛎 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for merchants with the "Advance Social Commerce" module.

  • 選擇管道:至少選擇 2 個直播管道。
  • 排程時間

Step 3:完成進階設定。

📍 於後台直播間進行統一管理
