✅ 如何啟用「限制下單」?
前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」點入直播中或已結束的直播間,接著點按顧客留言右側「⋮」圖示,即可針對該顧客啟用「限制下單」功能。
應用情境舉例:在直播結束後三天,針對「訂單未付款」顧客啟用「限制下單」功能。

被限制下單的顧客,無法執行以下操作:

顧客滿心期待的點入商品頁卻顯示缺貨?此時「自動下架無庫存商品」正是您最需要的 App!協助商店聚焦其他主力品項,專注顧客購物體驗 🤩
🔧 兩種情境將自動下架無庫存商品:
➤ 顧客下單後,該商品售完且網店剩餘數量為 0。
➤ 您於後台 >「商品及分類 > 商品」更新商品數量為 0。

🔧 Products will be unpublished automatically when:
➤ The product is sold out & the remaining quantity is 0 after a customer places an order.
➤ Merchants update the quantity of the product to 0 in Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products].

Try out SHOPLINE's "Multistream" feature! You can seamlessly connect your livestreams from Facebook, Instagram, and LINE to the backstage in Admin. Manage all messages and sales and interact with customers from multiple platforms right in one place!
🌟 How to start a multistream?
Step 1. Go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live], click "Create live stream", and select "Multistream".
Step 2. Complete the basic settings:

📌 The livestream will be created when you click "Create". If the LINE channel is selected, additional setup will be required.

You can create multiple livestreams with multiple devices through Facebook, Instagram, and LINE.
