Step1:前往擴充功能商店,找到「商店密碼保護」,點選「免費試用」。

Step2:前往「擴充功能 > 我的擴充功能」,進入 App 設定頁面,啟用 App 腳本 ✅

開啟商店密碼保護 App,設定密碼、有效期間以及套用頁面,儲存啟用後即完成。

⚠️ 注意事項
Managing messages just got easier with the Message Center! The new "Delete Message" feature lets you effortlessly remove sensitive customer data or unnecessary messages, keeping your conversation records organized. 😎
✅ How to delete messages in Message Center?
Step 1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Message Center] and click the "Shop Message" or "Instant Message" tab.
Step 2. Enter the customer's conversation and hover your cursor over the message you want to delete. A "trash bin" icon will appear.
Step 3. Click on the icon, and a confirmation message will appear. Once deleted, the message will no longer be visible in the conversation.

✅ 如何於訊息中心刪除訊息?
Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」點按「官網訊息」或「社群訊息」頁面。
Step 2:點入顧客對話,將游標移至要刪除的訊息旁,會顯示「垃圾桶」圖示。
Step 3:點按圖示,會再次向您確認是否刪除訊息。刪除後訊息將不再顯示於對話框內。

Go to Admin > [Retail Store] > [Smart OMO] > [Feature Settings]. In the "Recommended Products" section, set the attribution duration (defaulted as 24 hours).

🙋 How to set up?
Step 1. Go to Google Cloud Console, create a project, and obtain the Client ID and Client secret.
Step 2. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Customer Settings] and enter the Client ID and Client secret to connect to the Google OAuth account.

Once the feature is enabled, the "Google" icon will appear on the registration and login page. Customers can click the icon to register and log in with their Google accounts 👍
