追蹤流量,用「工作階段」才夠看!Shoplytics 數據分析中心的「網店瀏覽量」將由「工作階段」取代,幫助店家更輕鬆追蹤顧客的互動程度。
工作階段是一個訪客在特定時間內與網站互動的過程,開始於訪客首次進入網站,並在超過 30 分鐘無活動後結束。
舉例:顧客造訪您的網店持續瀏覽了一小時後,關閉網頁,此為一個工作階段。
隔了 3 小時後,顧客又再進站時,即視為另一個新的工作階段。
✨ 排除短時間內大量重複瀏覽的行為,工作階段更能反映網頁互動量以及吸引顧客的能力!✨
以下商店頁面皆可看到總工作階段數、裝置工作階段數等相關數據。

The system will automatically import the social channel account integrated via Admin > [Channel Integration].
Or, you can also manually enter the relevant information to enable the social channel:

但若您尚未串接,也可直接輸入相關資訊,以啟用該管道:

點按右上方「編輯排序」按鈕,即可調整順序。

When you go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Order Management] > [Orders], and select More Actions > Create Order, you will be directed to the [Manual Order] page.

Don't forget to enable at least one of the following permissions for your staff to create an order manually in the Admin:
1. The "Create Order" permission in [Settings] > [Permission & Security] > Admin Access Rights.

📍View coupon records
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Promotions & Reward] > [Promotions / Free Shipping / Bundle Promotions]. Find the campaign you want to view and click Redemption/Usage Record.
🧐 Data for reference
1. Overview: An overview of "Redemption times" and "Usage times" is displayed at the top of the page. You can easily track the usage status of your coupons.
2. Redemption Record: The "Redemption Record" tab lists the customers who have redeemed the coupon. You can also view the coupon code, redemption time, and redemption status here.
3. Usage Record: The "Usage Record" tab lists the orders completed using the coupon. You can also view the order number, date, and order status.
4. External Usage Record: The "External Usage Record" tab lists the coupon usage records from external systems or Smart OMO, including the usage date and coupon code.

📍 如何查看優惠券紀錄?
前往 SHOPLINE 後台「促銷及分潤 > 滿額滿件優惠/免運費/任選優惠」,找到您想查看的活動,點選「領取/使用紀錄」。
🧐 有哪些數據可以參考?
1. 數據總覽:頁面最上方顯示「領取次數/使用次數」總覽,爲您統計優惠券的領取/使用數據。
2. 領取紀錄:顯示已領取此優惠券的顧客名單、優惠代碼、領取時間及使用狀態。
3. 使用紀錄:顯示使用此優惠券完成下單的訂單資訊,包含訂單號碼、訂單日期、訂單狀態等。
4. 外部使用紀錄:即透過外部系統或 Smart OMO 使用優惠券的紀錄,顯示該優惠券使用日期和代碼。
Want to boost sales without overselling? Merchants using the "Advanced Pre-Order" Module or "All-in-one OMO" Plan can set the "Preorder Limit" for all products! Manage restocking flexibly and accept orders even with negative inventories!

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products], and click Edit or Add. Products with/without variations have respective routes to enable the feature.

You can choose unlimited supply or limited supply for the preorder limit. Please note the Online Store available inventory = Online Store inventory + Preorder limit quantity (Max negative inventory)
