預購產品暢銷卻擔心超賣?現在加購「進階預購功能」模組或訂閱「OMO 全方位電商」以上方案,即可為商品設定「預購上限」,輕鬆管控商品正、負庫存,缺貨也能安心接單!

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 ☝️ 開啟「預購功能」:

前往網店後台 > 商品及分類 > 商品 > 編輯 / 增加,分為無商品規格 / 有商品規格兩種開啟路徑。

  • 無商品規格:點選「數量和價格 > 預購功能」。
  • 有商品規格:點選「商品規格 > 預購功能」。

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 ✌️ 設定「預購上限」:

分為預購商品可無限供貨 / 預購商品不可無限供貨,網店庫存 + 預購上限(負數庫存最大值) = 網店可銷售數量。

  • 無商品規格:於「預購商品不可無限供貨」旁的空格輸入預購上限。
  • 有商品規格:於「款式列表 > 預購上限」輸入各款式的預購上限。

🚨 注意事項

  • 此功能僅支援擁有「進階預購功能」模組,或 2024/4 月後訂閱「OMO 全方位電商」及其以上方案的香港店家
  • 啟用此功能時,系統將自動進行以下調整:

"Accept Orders When Out of Stock" unlocks negative inventory and allows customers to place orders when product inventory is ≤0. Let's manage restocking more accurately. 💪🏻

📍 How to set up?

Step 1. Go to Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click Edit on the right of the product.

Step 2. Go to the Quantity and Pricing tab and enable the feature in the "Quantity" section.

If the product has multiple variations, go to the Variations tab and enable the feature in the "Available Stock" section.

Step 3. Click Update to save. ✅

🛍️ How to filter out-of-stock products?

Go to [Inventory Management] > [Inventory]. Fill in the "Available Stock ≤" field with 0 and click Apply. The system will filter out the out-of-stock products, making restocking super convenient!

🔔 Remarks

  • When the feature is on, the low inventory reminder will not show, and the checkout process will remain unchanged.
  • We recommend using Inventory Out-of-Stock Reminders alongside this feature for optimal order management efficiency.

開啟「缺貨時可接單」功能,在商品庫存 ≤0 時,顧客仍可以下單購物!庫存將繼續扣減至負數,而您也可以更精準的管理商品進貨量 💪🏻

📍 如何設定

Step 1:前往「商品及分類 > 商品」,點選商品右方「編輯」按鈕。

Step 2:至「數量和價格」頁面,在「數量」區塊開啟功能;若商品有多規格,至「商品規格」頁面,在「可接單庫存」區塊開啟功能。

Step 3:點選「更新」儲存設定 ✅

🛍️ 如何快速篩選缺貨商品

前往「庫存管理 > 庫存」,在「可接單庫存 ≤」欄位填寫 0,系統將自動篩選出缺貨商品,補貨超方便!

🔔 注意事項

  • 此功能開啟時,將不會在前台顯示低庫存提示,顧客結帳流程與一般商品無異。
  • 建議搭配「商品缺貨提醒報表」使用,才能在接下缺貨訂單時,有效處理進貨與訂單調配。

SHOPLINE has improved the operation process for Facebook Group sales, providing seamless operation to make your sales more efficient 💖

Improvement 1: Simplified Process

Customers do not need authorization. They simply need to comment with the product (event) keywords in Facebook Group Live or Social Post Selling to add products to their cart or participate in the event. Simpler process to boost customers' willingness to purchase 🛒

🎯 Improvement 2: Break the Limit

  1. Customers can now receive event winning messages for Group Live and Social Post Selling through private messages, even if they haven't messaged the Page within the last 24 hours.
  2. Supports sending welcome messages for Group Live and out-of-stock notifications for Group Live and Social Post Selling through private messages.

📍 Remarks

  • In the Comment Management page for Group Live and Social Post Selling, messages can only be sent to customers who have messaged the Page within the last 7 days.
  • The livestream admin will not display the following comment on the Facebook Page livestream:
    1. Event messages (e.g., event start/end messages).
    2. Product recommendation messages.
    3. Comments sent from the message box in the livestream backstage.
    4. Comments sent via the Facebook Page (the one starting the livestream) in the livestream.

    2. 商品推薦訊息

Ready to tap into the group buying trend? You can find everything you need with SHOPLINE's "One-Page Store" feature. Seamlessly collaborate with internet celebrities and partners to maximize the group buying opportunity 🤩

🚩 Step 1

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [One-Page Store], and click "Add Store".

🚩 Step 2

Set up the Store Name, Sales Period, Commission Settings, and SEO Settings. Then, click "Save".

🚩 Step 3

You will be directed to SHOP Builder to set up products and edit page layout.

📣 Remarks

  • This feature only supports Hong Kong / Taiwan merchants that use SHOP Builder.
  • Merchants with the "KOL Group Buying" and "Advance Store Management Tools" modules can create up to 1,000 One-Page Stores. Merchants without the modules can create up to 10 One-Page Stores.
  • If you switch your theme template to a theme other than Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, or Philia, your One-Page Store will be unavailable for displaying and editing content.
  • This feature does not support: Product set, Fast Checkout, and Buy Online, Pick Up In-store.

🚩 開團第 1 步:

前往 SHOPLINE 商店後台「網店設計 > 獨立分潤賣場」,點選「新增賣場」。

🚩 開團第 2 步:

完成「賣場名稱、銷售時間、分潤設定、SEO 設定」四項欄位設定,並點選「儲存」。

🚩 開團第 3 步:

系統跳轉至 SHOP Builder 後,即可開始設定「商品與賣場樣式」,打造您的獨立分潤賣場。

📣 注意事項

  • 僅支援「台灣 / 香港」使用 SHOP Builder 新版頁面編輯器的店家。
  • 擁有「網紅團購模組 / 進階商店與訂單管理模組」的店家,最多支援建立 1,000 個獨立分潤賣場;沒有上述模組的店家,支援建立 10 個獨立分潤賣場。

Do you want to create exclusive discounts for your VIP members? Then you can't miss the "Display Promotion Page" feature. Switch it on/off to decide whether your promo is visible to all customers. Build a special promo with just one click! 🔐

📌 Promotions/ Free Shipping/ Bundle Promotions

Go to [Promotions & Reward] > [Promotions] / [Free Shipping] / [Bundle Promotions] > [Page & SEO]. Find "Display Promotion Page" to switch the toggle on/off.

📌 Reward Campaign

Go to [Promotions & Reward] > [Reward Campaign] and click the "Add Campaign" button. When you set the purchase condition to "Selected Products over..." or "Selected Categories over...", you can switch on/off the promotion page in the "Page & SEO Setting" section.

🗣️ Remarks

  • The promotion page is switched on by default. You need to manually switch it off.
  • For promotional campaigns of Promotions/ Free Shipping/ Bundle Promotions, you need to add a campaign first. Then, click Edit to find the "Display Promotion Page" feature.
  • If you switch off "Display Promotion Page", the system will delete the page. Your customers will also be unable to find it through search engines.
