Breaking News! SHOPLINE supports Facebook's Offline Conversions API!


You can integrate POS data and online store data with the Offline Conversions API, simultaneously optimizing ad performance, precision, and efficiency 🎯

💡 How Offline CAPI works?
Merchants can send purchase events, customer data, and physical store addresses to Facebook for analysis to push ads for physical stores near the customers' location.

With the Offline Conversions API, you can easily achieve the following effects 👇


Online/offline data integration

Merchants with online and offline stores can better understand customer profiles.

✅ Precise ad targeting

By capturing customer purchase records and physical store addresses, Facebook can recommend the nearest physical store to customers.

Remarketing or increased exposure

Maintain the momentum after offline sales by reaching customers who have visited physical stores online, achieving effective remarketing.


⚙️ Let's learn how to set it up

Step 1. Go to [Admin] > [Channel Integration] > [Facebook], and find the "Conversions API" section within the "Ads Marketing" tab.

Step 2. Click Update CAPI and select the customer data delivery rules for Facebook. Then, click Confirm.

🔔 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for merchants with the " Retail POS" system.

Save Your Operation Cost with Scheduled Sending for Credits & Points 📤

SHOPLINE's Customer Group now offers scheduled sending for credits & points. Send it immediately or schedule it any hour on the hour starting 2 hours later. Enjoy improved efficiency and reduced manpower with this feature 😉

  • Step 1. Go to Customer Group, click [View List] > [Actions], and select Add Credits / Add Points.
  • Step 2. In the "Estimated Sending Time", set the time to at least 2 hours later on the hour, or check "Send Immediately".
Ex. If you are adding credits/points at 6 pm:
・Scheduled sending: Earliest at 8 pm the same day.
・Send immediately: Send right away after creation.

🔔 Remarks

  • To view the sending status of credits/points, you can go to [Customer Management] > [Customer Group] > [View List] > [View] > [Activity List].
  • You cannot cancel sending credits/points within 2 hours before the scheduled sending time.
  • Only supports scheduling for the next 2 hours on the hourr; otherwise, an error prompt will appear, and you will be unable to click "Create".
  • If the list within the customer group has been created for more than 1 year, exporting the customer report will be unavailable. You can still view the related statistics.

開源固然重要,節流也必不可少!SHOPLINE 顧客分群支援排程發送購物金 / 點數,可於操作當下直接發送,或排程預約 2 小時後的任一整點,提高作業效率、減少人力消耗 😉

  • 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐎𝐧𝐞:前往顧客分群列表「檢視名單 > 建立活動」下拉選單,選擇「增加購物金 / 增加點數」。
  • 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐓𝐰𝐨:找到「預計發送時間」欄位,排程預約 2 小時後的任一整點發送,或勾選「直接發送」即可;詳請參考下方範例說明。
若增加購物金/點數操作時間為 18:00
・預約排程:「最早」可設定當天 20:00
・直接發送:即成功建立活動後馬上發送

🔔 注意事項

  • 若您想了解發送購物金 / 點數狀態,可前往「顧客管理 > 顧客分群 > 分群名單 > 查看活動列表」,找到「活動狀態」欄位。​
  • 購物金 / 點數發送前 2 小時將無法取消。
  • 僅支援排程操作當下起算的 2 小時後任一整點發送;如不符條件,系統將彈出錯誤提示且無法點選「建立」。
  • 若分群名單建立超過 1 年,系統將不支援匯出顧客報表,但仍可查看相關數據。

SHOPLINE 為提供更清晰簡潔的報表介面,針對訂單報表中的「組合商品」格式進行優化,支援個別條列顯示子商品資訊,一起來認識新版訂單報表 🙌

❶ 組合商品名稱顯示於「商品名稱」欄位,子商品名稱顯示於「選項」欄位;「商品類型」亦有標明組合商品與子商品可供識別。

組合商品無商品貨號及儲位編號,若子商品有設定,則會個別條列顯示於對應的子商品欄位。

子商品數量依據組合商品數量而有所不同,以上圖中的「舒眠精油組」舉例說明:

一組舒眠精油組的子商品數量原為:
• 薰衣草精油 ☓1
• 生薑精油 ☓2
• 杜松精油(大)☓1
• 杜松精油(中) ☓1

因組合商品數量為三組,故子商品數量乘三,變成:
• 薰衣草精油 ☓3
• 生薑精油 ☓6
• 杜松精油(大)☓3
• 杜松精油(中) ☓3

*備註:點選即可放大查看圖片。

Brainstorming a new marketing idea? Try our latest feature - Multi-Level Store Credits! With up to 5 levels of redemption combos, customers can enjoy a wide variety of discount sets. They buy more, you earn more 🤑

📣 Multi-level store credits settings

  1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Customer Management] > [Store Credits] > {Online Store Credit Redemption}. Select condition types and details for the redemption.
  2. Set an integer value greater than 0 and higher than the previous level. You can add at most 5 levels.
    Ex: if the 1st level is: "Total Order over $100, apply up to $50 credits," then, the 2nd level should be greater than $100 and $50.

👉 Remarks

  • This feature is only supported for merchants using the "e-Commerce" system and the "CRM/CRM - Credits" module. It's currently not available for "Social Commerce" or "Retail POS" systems.
  • If the discount combo reaches the 5-level limit or is set as "No Condition", the button will be grayed out and no new conditions can be added.

正在構思下一檔促銷活動嗎?快來解鎖「多層級購物金」功能!最多可設定 5 層折抵組合自由混搭折抵條件、內容,買越多折越多的誘惑誰能抵擋 🤑

📣 多層級購物金設定方法?

  1. 前往 SHOPLINE 後台「顧客管理 > 商店購物金 > 網店購物金折抵」,選擇折抵條件與內容。
  2. 設定數值 > 0 的整數,且大於上一層級,最多可新增五層折抵組合。
    例如:第一層設定為「當訂單達到 $ 100,最高可折抵 $50 購物金」,則第二層設定的訂單門檻需為 $100 以上折抵上限需為 $50 以上,不可輸入 99、49 等。

👉 注意事項

  • 此功能僅支援同時擁有「網路開店系統 + CRM 會員行銷模組 / 熟客回饋與集客優惠」的店家使用;暫不支援社群購物、零售 POS 系統。
  • 如折抵組合達 5 層上限,或將折抵購物金設定為「無限制」時,按鈕將反灰無法點選新增。

🛎 Important Notice 🛎 New Facebook Group Integration – Former Method Discontinued ⏱

Following recent updates from Facebook, SHOPLINE has removed the Facebook Group integration from [Channel Integration] > [Facebook]. For future integrations, please use the Group post link to connect to the livestream and Social Post Selling feature. 🧚

🧑‍💻 How to connect to Group Live?

First, complete the livestream setup and start the livestream on Facebook Group. Then, return to Admin and click "Connect to Group Live".

  1. Select the Facebook Page that starts the Group Live.
  2. Paste the link to the Group Live post and ensure all prerequisites are met.
  3. Click "Connect" to complete.

Upon completion, customers can comment product keywords to add products to the cart.

🛒 How to connect to Social Post Selling?

Complete the setup for Social Post Selling, scroll down to the Connect post section, and click "Connect post".

  1. Select a Facebook Page.
  2. Paste the link to the Group post and ensure all prerequisites are met. (Note: The Group post should be posted by the Facebook Page selected in Step 1).
  3. Click "Connect" to complete.

Upon completion, customers can comment product keywords to add products to the cart.

📍 Remarks

  • Private groups are not supported.
  • After the Facebook update on April 22, 2024, Social Post Selling created before this date may become invalid.

🧑‍💻 如何串接社團直播?

完成直播間設定並於 Facebook 社團開播後,回到商店直播間後台,點按「連接社團直播」。

  1. 選擇剛才已在社團開播的粉專。
  2. 先貼入剛才已在社團開播的直播貼文連結,接著確認並勾選下方區塊內條列的注意事項。
  3. 點按「連接」就完成啦!

連接成功後,顧客即可留言商品關鍵字將商品加入購物車。

🛒 如何串接貼文銷售?

完成貼文銷售相關設定後,向上滑動頁面至「連接貼文」區塊,點按「連接貼文」。

  1. 選擇一個粉專。
  2. 先貼入社團貼文連結,接著確認並勾選下方區塊內條列的注意事項。(請特別留意:這則貼文需由粉專發佈,且該粉專為您在步驟一選擇的粉專。)
  3. 點按「連接」就完成啦!

連接成功後,顧客即可留言商品關鍵字將商品加入購物車。

📍 注意事項

  • 此功能不支援私密社團。
  • 2024 年 4 月 22 日 Facebook 版本更新後,您過去建立的貼文銷售可能無法使用。
