To prevent multiple staff members from replying to the same customer at the same time, Message Center has introduced two new features: Viewing and Typing Indicators for Staff Members. These features reduce redundancy and ensure efficient use of team resources 🔥
📍 This feature is available for conversations in "Shop Message" and "Instant Message".
The system will detect "multiple staff members currently viewing the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:
➡️ An indicator will then appear on the top right of the conversation box, showing the number of staff members viewing the conversation.

The system will detect "multiple staff members currently typing in the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:
➡️ A name indicator will then appear above the conversation box, displaying the names of staff members typing the message.

The "Customize Order Invoice" app allows you to customize order invoices for various scenarios. Easily create exclusive picking lists, order invoices, packing slips, and more.
No complex coding is required—everything can be managed effortlessly in the admin 🧚🏻♀️
📍 Install the app
Go to [Apps] > [Apps Store], find "Customize Order Invoice" and click Install Now.

✏️ Set up the template
Customize the header and the footer, upload your unique logo, and select from 50+ detail options!

📮 Download the invoice
Go to the order page, select the orders you wish to export, and click Bulk Actions > Customize Order Invoice to download them via your email ✅

Step 1. Go to POS app > [Inventory Count]. Click on the "+" button in the upper left corner.
Step 2. Select "Partial" for Count Method and "Product" for Select product.
