To prevent multiple staff members from replying to the same customer at the same time, Message Center has introduced two new features: Viewing and Typing Indicators for Staff Members. These features reduce redundancy and ensure efficient use of team resources 🔥

📍 This feature is available for conversations in "Shop Message" and "Instant Message".

👥 Displays the number of viewers

The system will detect "multiple staff members currently viewing the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:

• More than one staff member clicks on the same conversation in the Message Center.
• Staff members remain active on the browser where the conversation is open.

➡️ An indicator will then appear on the top right of the conversation box, showing the number of staff members viewing the conversation.

💬 Displays typing indicator

The system will detect "multiple staff members currently typing in the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:

• More than one staff member is typing in the conversation box.
• The text cursor is active (blinking) in the conversation box.

➡️ A name indicator will then appear above the conversation box, displaying the names of staff members typing the message.

The "Customize Order Invoice" app allows you to customize order invoices for various scenarios. Easily create exclusive picking lists, order invoices, packing slips, and more.

No complex coding is required—everything can be managed effortlessly in the admin 🧚🏻‍♀️

📍 Install the app

Go to [Apps] > [Apps Store], find "Customize Order Invoice" and click Install Now.

✏️ Set up the template

Customize the header and the footer, upload your unique logo, and select from 50+ detail options!

📮 Download the invoice

Go to the order page, select the orders you wish to export, and click Bulk Actions > Customize Order Invoice to download them via your email ✅

⚠️ Remarks

• This app only supports configuring a single custom order invoice template.
• The email delivery may take some time. Please be patient or check your Spam folder.

☝️ How to add blog category?

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [Blog]. Click "Manage category" > "Add category", and complete the category and SEO settings.

✌️ How to categorize blog articles?

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [Blog]. Click "Add Article" or "Edit" and click open the Category drop-down menu.

📌 Keyword search & filter

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [Blog]. To locate a certain blog article, you can search by entering keywords in the search bar or filter with the drop-down menu.

📣 Remarks

• For merchants who use the layout engine, please refer to Blog Restructure (in Chinese) to adjust your codes.
• Adding/editing/deleting an article category will be updated within 24 hours after such change is saved.
• Each store can add up to 10 article categories.
• The Sangria theme template currently doesn't support Blog Category.

前往商店後台「網店設計 > 部落格 > 分類管理」，點選「新增分類」並完成分類內容、SEO 設定。

前往商店後台「網店設計 > 部落格 > 新增文章／編輯」，下拉「管理 > 分類」表單。

📌 關鍵字搜尋與篩選

前往商店後台「網店設計 > 部落格」，可輸入文章標題關鍵字搜尋，亦可搭配下拉表單篩選分類。

📣 注意事項

• 若您的商店有開啟 Layout engine 編輯器，請先參考部落格重構文件調整代碼。
• 新增／編輯／刪除文章分類時，系統將於儲存設定後的 24 小時內更新。
• 每間商店最多可新增 10 個文章分類。
• Sangria 版型暫不支援顯示文章分類。

🌼 Create inventory count with specified products

Step 1. Go to POS app > [Inventory Count]. Click on the "+" button in the upper left corner.

​Step 2. Select "Partial" for Count Method and "Product" for Select product.

Step 3. Choose all the products you want to stocktake, and tap Add to complete.

• The upper limit for product selection is 100.
• If you use a scanner to search for products, please remember to manually select the scanned product.
