The "Edit Child Order" feature is now available for Product Subscription! You can modify the "Payment and delivery" fields in the order information and view the edit history in the "Activity logs".

Three quick steps to get started:

𝟮: Click to enter the subscription information page.
𝟯: Edit and save the "Payment and delivery" section.

🧐 Remarks

• Only the store owner and staff with "Order Management > Edit" permission can make changes. Related options include updating the next order creation date, payment and delivery information, pause/resume, and clear subscriptions.

• The Product Subscription is available only to stores with the specified modules/apps. For more details, please refer to the FAQ or contact the Online Merchant Success team.

✴️ 3 Steps: Copy, Save, and Publish

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [One-Page Store]. Find the title of the One-Page Store you want to duplicate and click Copy.

2. After configuring the Sales Period and Commission Setting, click Save and the system will redirect you to the SHOP Builder page.
   ​
3. Confirm the duplicated store layout, and click Publish to add the new One-Page Store.

💥 Remarks

• The copy feature will be unavailable when the number of One-Page Stores exceeds the upper limit.
• Merchants with "KOL Group Buying" and "Advance Store Management Tools" modules can create up to 1,000 One-Page Stores while those without the modules are limited to 10 One-Page Stores.

💡 Select "Online Store" as target store

Step 1

Go to Admin > [Inventory Management] > [Purchase Order], and create a new purchase order.

Step 2

In the "Purchase Store" section, select the name of your online store, and it will become the target store of this purchase order!

Step 3

Proceed to select personnel, delivery date, and purchase items. Once everything is set up, simply click Create purchase order, and you're all done! 🤘

To address the regulatory differences in various countries/regions, SHOPLINE introduces "Auto-check account creation and marketing consent options at checkout", allowing merchants to run their stores with greater flexibility and better operation.

🕹️ How to set up?

• Step 1. Go to [Settings] > [Checkout Settings].
• Step 2. Switch on/off the two toggles for the "Auto-check account creation and marketing consent options at checkout". Then, click Update.

Toggle ON: Option checked by default
Toggle OFF: Option not checked by default

🚨 Remarks

• Merchants will be held accountable for any regulatory issues involving personal data or privacy. Please review carefully before setting the checkboxes.
• Starting 17 October 2024, when customers place orders in Hong Kong stores, the toggles for account creation and marketing consent options will no longer be checked by default. If you'd like to adjust the setting, please take a look at the steps above or FAQ.

Go to Admin > [Inventory Management] > [Inventory]. Click "Export inventory report" to export the Inventory Report that covers data from on/offline stores.

You can apply multiple filters to export the data you want to focus on. You can also search for products using keywords 🤩

1. Product type: All, Product, Add-on Item, and Free Gift.
2. Warehouse: All or individual warehouses.
3. Available Stock ≤: Product with available stock less than a certain number. "Out of Stock" and "Unlimited Quantity" are also selectable.
4. Other filters.

✨ Comprehensive data coverage

The new Inventory Report adds two highly useful fields -- "Preorder limits" and "Pending delivery quantity", making it easier for you to confirm the minimum restock quantity 🤘

1. Preorder limit: Preorder limit of the product.
2. Pending delivery quantity: Quantity of the product that has been confirmed but not yet delivered. Currently, it is calculated based on online store orders only.

• If a staff member cannot view or export the report, the store owner can grant permissions for them in the Admin. Please refer to the FAQ for detailed information.
