Make Collecting Your Email Promotions Easy with a Pop-up 🏃🏻‍♂️

SmartPush New Feature Alert: "Discount Pop-up" 📣

When customers enter your website from an email, a pop-up window will display the discount code, driving them to place an order 🙌

⚡️ Set up a discount pop-up

Go to SmartPush Admin > [Solutions] > [Discount Campaign], then click:

  1. Quick setup: Activate the pop-up instantly with the default template, or
  2. Edit campaign: Customize the pop-up design, then click Activate to launch it.

⚡️⚡️ Send out the email offer

Add a "Discount" block in the email campaign editor, and enter your discount code. Make sure the associated discount campaign shows "Pop-up activated."

⚡️⚡️⚡️ Your pop-up is now live

When customers click the discount button in the email, they will be directed to your website, and the discount offer will reappear inside the pop-up.

📣 Remark

  • This feature is only available for trial and paid plan stores.

Simplify Reporting! View Multi-Store Data in One Report 🚀

Shoplytics "Product Sales Analysis" just got even better! Now, you can export reports with store-level breakdowns to view data from multiple stores in a single report. Analyze your sales faster than ever!

📍 How to set it up

Step 1️⃣

In the Shoplytics Admin, go to [Product] > [Product Sales Analysis]. In the "Retail Store" tab, select "All Stores", and click Export after selecting report types.

Step 2️⃣

In the pop-up window, select "Display by store", and then click Export.

The report will include the "Store" column and display data separately for each store.

👀 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for stores with the "Shoplytics (Pro)" module.
  • The pop-up window is only displayed if the selected report type is "Product Performance" or "Product Variant Performance".
  • The pop-up window is only displayed if the operator has access to two or more stores.
  • The "Gross Profit Margin" metric may differ between the report and the Admin, as the "Display by Store" report calculates an average for each store.

Shoplytics 「商品銷售分析」全新優化,支援將資料依各分店展列,在同一份報表中一次查看多家分店的資料,洞察整體數據,分析輕鬆搞定 👩🏻‍💻

📍 如何操作

步驟 1️⃣

前往 Shoplytics 後台「 商品 > 商品銷售分析」,在「實體店」頁籤選擇「全部分店」,選擇報表類型後點選「匯出」。

步驟 2️⃣

於彈窗中選擇「依分店展列」,再點選「匯出」。

報表將呈現「分店名稱」欄位,依分店個別展列資料,如下:

👀 注意事項

  • 本功能僅支援擁有「數據分析中心(Pro)」模組的店家使用。
  • 當選擇報表類型為「商品銷售分析」或「商品款式銷售分析」,才會顯示彈窗可供選擇。
  • 當操作人員具備 2 間以上分店權限,才會顯示彈窗可供選擇。
  • 「毛利率」指標在報表與後台數值可能不同,因「依分店展列」報表將以各分店計算平均值。

Shoplytics「商品銷售分析」篩選範圍擴大至子分類及第三層分類!不論分類邏輯是活動檔期、品牌聯名,或是商品層級的分類,都能彈性篩選並分析各項表現,應用更靈活 🎉

1️⃣ 商品分析

選擇「商品分析」後,增加「分類」篩選條件,支援選擇多個「主分類、子分類或第三層分類」。

2️⃣ 分類分析

在「分類分析」模式中,主分類、子分類及第三層分類數據自動展開呈現,精準查看商品表現!

📣 注意事項

  • 本功能僅支援擁有「數據分析中心(Pro)」模組的店家使用。
  • 若一項商品分類在主分類,未被分類至子分類,其數據將歸類為「其他主分類商品」;若一項商品分類在主分類及子分類,未被分類至第三層分類,其數據將歸類為「其他子分類商品」。

Product Sales Analysis now allows you to filter by subcategories and third-layer categories. Whether your categories are organized by campaigns, co-branding, or product types, you can analyze performance with flexibility 🎉

1️⃣ Product analysis

After selecting "Product Analysis," you can add a category filter and select multiple main, sub, or third-layer categories.

2️⃣ Category analysis

After selecting "Category Analysis," data from main category to sub and third-layer categories will be automatically displayed.

📣 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for stores with the "Shoplytics (Pro)" module.
  • If a product belongs to a main category but its subcategory isn’t selected, it will be grouped under "Others of Main Category." If the subcategory is selected but the third-layer category isn’t, it will be grouped under "Others of Sub Category."

"Google Authenticator" Verification Report for Duty 🚨

To protect your store from evolving cyber crimes, SHOPLINE introduces the "Google Authenticator" 2FA feature! Try it today to optimize your cybersecurity further!


1️⃣ App installation

Open the App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone, search for Google Authenticator, and install it.

2️⃣ Account linkage

Go to Google Authenticator. Select "Scan a QR code" or "Enter a setup key" to obtain the authentication code.

3️⃣ Authentication completion

Enter the 6-digit verification code from Google Authenticator, and click CONFIRM BINDING.


📍 Remarks

  • If you manage multiple stores, the system will use the highest-security verification method for your login authentication.
    Security levels from highest to lowest: Google Authenticator verification > Email verification > No verification.
  • If a staff member has enabled Google Authenticator yet needs to unbind it, please contact the store owner. If the store owner needs to unbind Google Authenticator, please contact our Online Merchant Sucess Team.

1️⃣ 安裝應用程式

開啟手機內的 App Store 或 Google Play,搜尋並安裝 Google Authenticator 應用程式。

2️⃣ 連結帳號

進入 Google Authenticator 應用程式,選擇「掃描 QR Code/輸入設定金鑰」取得驗證碼。

3️⃣ 完成驗證

輸入 Google Authenticator 應用程式內顯示的 6 位數驗證碼,並「確認綁定」即可。

📍 注意事項

  • 若您擁有 1 間以上的商店管理員身份,系統將選擇安全性權重最高的驗證機制作為您的登入驗證方式;安全性權重由高至低依序為:
    Google Authenticator > 信箱 > 無需驗證。
  • 如商店管理員已啟用 Google Authenticator 但需解除綁定,請與店長聯絡;
    店長已啟用 Google Authenticator 但需解除綁定,請與線上顧問聯絡。

Displaying only 1 product variation is never enough. Say hi to the "Product List Page Displays Variations" app! It supports showing multiple variations while prioritizing the first variation. Try it for free today and boost brand visibility and conversion rates


1. Install the app

Go to Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store], find "Product List Page Displays Variations," and click "Free trial".

2. Edit product variation

Go to [Products], click Add/ Edit, and select "Variations" > "Edit Image Selector". Then, save the changes.

3. Individually display the variation images

In the SHOP Builder, go to [Store Settings] > [Product]. Locate the drop-down menu under the "Product Variation Display Style" section, check "Individually display variation images", and save the changes.

⚠️ Remarks

  • Do not set "Shop All" as the default homepage, or it may lead to the malfunction of features.
  • Currently, only the Ultra Chic theme template is supported.
  • The pages in the following table do not support displaying individual variations.
