操作超直覺!

在「商店後台 > 庫存管理 > 庫存」,在庫存管理頁點按「匯出庫存報表」即可匯出線上線下整合的完整庫存報表。

篩選更細緻!

您可以套用多種篩選條件,匯出您最目前最需要關注的資料。也可以關鍵字搜尋商品呦 🤩

  1. 商品種類:全部、商品、加購品、贈品
  2. 倉庫:所有倉庫或個別倉庫
  3. 可接單庫存 ≤:可接單庫存小於特定數字的商品。也可選擇缺貨中或無限庫存。
  4. 其他篩選條件

資料更全面!

新版庫存報表除了統整線上線下資料外,更新增超實用的預購上限待出貨數量欄位,方便您確認最低應進貨量🤘

  1. 預購上限:該商品預購上限數量。
  2. 待出貨數量:該商品已確認而尚未出貨的數量,目前僅計算網店訂單。

🔔 ​注意事項

  • 若員工無法查閱、匯出報表,須請店長先在後台的管理後台權限中為員工開啟權限。詳細步驟可參考 FAQ。
  • 既有的「商品庫存紀錄」及「庫存總表」(POS) 仍可下載,功能可使用至 2027/01/02。

商店工作流程再優化!基本資料新增「Merchant ID、物流撥款帳戶資料」欄位,增加「企業檔案」頁,有效降低查詢時間、減少溝通阻礙 🗣️


📍 商店

於商店後台「設定 > 基本資料 > 商店 > 商店基本資料」,新增下列欄位。

  • Merchant ID:當您需要與線上顧問溝通時,可使用此 ID 供其查詢,加快作業效率。
  • 物流撥款帳戶資料:於物流服務開通後 30 個工作天內顯示;若戶名包含特殊字元 / 生僻字,將拆解文字顯示。

📍 企業檔案

於商店後台「設定 > 基本資料」,新增「企業檔案 > 商業簽約資料」。商業簽約資料分為締約主體、營運主體兩區塊,下圖以個人戶示意包含欄位:

  • 商戶類型
  • 國家地區
  • 身分證字號
  • 自然人姓名
  • 身分登記住址

🚨 注意事項

  • 擁有「基本及網址設定」權限的管理員,方可查看企業檔案頁面;若您想了解權限資訊,請參考:管理員設定
  • 如上述欄位資訊有誤 / 需異動,請向線上顧問提出修改需求。

📣 Due to updates in Facebook policies, the steps to subscribe to Facebook promotion/ order notifications have been adjusted!

Let's walk through the new steps using the example of "Customers subscribing to Facebook promotion notifications" 🏃

1. Customers click the "Subscribe" button next to Facebook in the Member Center, read the subscription notification pop-up, and then click Subscribe now.

2. Complete the following steps based on the login status and previous interactions:

  • If customers are logged into Messenger: Click "Subscribe now" and a Messenger conversation with the store will be opened in a new tab.
  • If customers are not logged into Messenger: Click "Subscribe now" and customers will be directed to the Messenger login page.

Once customers start a conversation in Messenger:

  • If customers have not messaged the Page before: They must click the "Get started" button.
  • If customers have previously messaged the Page: The conversation with the Page will appear, and no additional button click is needed.

3. Upon completion, close Messenger and return to the Member Center. The button will be automatically updated to "Subscribed" and a "Subscribed successfully" notification will appear.

📣 因應 Facebook 政策調整,顧客訂閱 Facebook 優惠宣傳及訂單通知的流程有些微調整!

以「顧客於會員中心訂閱 Facebook 優惠宣傳」為例,快速為您簡介 GO~~

1. 顧客於會員中心點按 Facebook 右側「訂閱」按鈕後,請先詳閱彈出式視窗內訂閱流程說明,接著點按右下方「前往訂閱」按鈕。

2. 依據不同的狀態,執行相應操作:

  • 若顧客已登入 Messenger:點按「前往訂閱」後,將以另開分頁的形式自動開啟該顧客與您粉專的 Messenger 對話。
  • 若顧客尚未登入 Messenger:點按「前往訂閱」後,須先登入才會開啟對話視窗。

開啟 Messenger 對話後:

  • 若顧客未曾與粉專對話:點按對話中「立即開始」按鈕。
  • 若顧客曾與粉專對話:則無須點按任何按鈕,有開啟對話即可。

3. 完成上述操作後,關閉 Messenger 回到會員中心頁面,按鈕會自動轉為「已訂閱」,並提示訂閱成功。

You can view the long-term tendency via line charts, or compare growth between months via pillar charts. Use data-driven graphics to fine-tune your sales strategies💡


🏅 Feature Highlights 🏅

Go to Shoplytics > [Customers] > [Customer Overview]. Scroll down to find the "Member Tier Growth" section.

📈 Accumulated (line chart)

  • Visualizing the growth trends of all membership tiers in the selected time frames.
  • Hover the cursor over the chart to display a tooltip showing the latest increase/decrease in the number and proportion of the membership tier for the selected month.

📊 Monthly changes (pillar chart)

  • Displaying the monthly increase/decrease for the selected membership tier (you can switch between different tiers).
  • Hover the cursor over a month to show the total changes of members for the selected month.

🏅 Bonus Optimization 🏅

Multiple new metrics for Member Tier Summary!

There are four new metrics added in the Membership Tier Summary:

  • Total Spend
  • Total Number of Purchases
  • Avg. Number of Purchases
  • Time Between Orders

  • The start date of "Member Tier Growth" is 1 January 2017. If there are earlier membership records, all data prior to this date are recorded as of 1 January 2017.

Got a big sale coming up? Looking to schedule your promo at just the right time? Now you can set the "Preset Product Available Time" down to the minute! Hit those prime sales times and boost your numbers 📈

🔧 How to set up?

Step 1. Go to [Product & Categories] > [Products], and click Edit > Settings.

Step 2. Enable the "Preset Product Available Time" feature 💬

Step 3. Use the calendar to select available start / end dates. You can set times down to the minute ✨

Step 4. Click Update to save your settings.

📣 Remarks

  • For products with preset available times, they must be published to show on the storefront.
  • Preset available time is based on the store's local time zone. Cross-border merchants should be mindful of the time difference with customers.
  • The time displayed on the product page will be adjusted according to the customer's browser time zone.

  • 前台商品頁顯示的時間會按照顧客的瀏覽器時區做轉換。

💡 What's new?

  • A fresh interface designed for easier and faster setup 🆙
  • Set up keywords for individual product variants with more flexibility and fewer limitations 🚫

🎉 New "Add Product" interface

💬 The instructions are illustrated using the Livestream feature 💬

When adding a product with multiple variants to the livestream, simply enter a uniform prefix in the "Custom prefix" field. The system will then automatically apply the variant name as the keyword suffix.

*If the prices or quantities of all variants are similar, you can enter the details in the "Same price" or "Same quantity" field for a quick input.

🌟 Fresh "Edit Keyword" interface

When editing existing product keywords for the livestream, you can use the "Custom prefix" field to enter a uniform keyword prefix. Or, you can also customize keywords individually for each variant.

*Note: The system will automatically apply the keyword only for that specific product. You will need to set up the keywords for other products individually.
