前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」左側欄位分別為:

  1. 官網訊息
  2. 社群訊息
  3. 貼文留言
  4. 社群分眾廣播:可透過 WhatsApp 及 LINE 向顧客發送廣播訊息。
  5. 智慧客服助手:包含「機器人自動回覆、智慧聊天建議、Facebook / Instagram 破冰問題、LINE 通知型訊息」等多元功能。
  6. 全通路 CRM 助手:可為顧客「自動新增標籤」。

🅠:Apple Pay 優點有哪些❓

  • 顧客可綁定多張簽帳金融卡 / 信用卡付款。
  • Face ID / Touch ID 付款授權快速又安全。
  • 利於攏絡廣大的 iPhone 使用者立即消費。

🅠:如何設定 Apple Pay❓

  1. 前往「SHOPLINE 商店後台 > 設定 > 付款設定」點按「增加」按鈕。
  2. 付款方法欄位選擇「SHOPLINE Payments > Apple Pay」。
  3. 前往「SHOPLINE Payments > 帳戶設定 > 域名設定」中完成網域驗證即可!

📌 注意:請先確認網域驗證成功再將 Apple Pay 顯示於網店前台,驗證未完成可能導致顧客付款失敗。

注意事項 📣

  • 若您的 SHOPLINE Payments 帳戶尚未驗證完成,請參考:SHOPLINE Payments(台灣)/ SHOPLINE Payments(香港)
  • 台灣地區使用國內外信用卡綁定 Apple Pay 付款費率皆為 2.2 %(含稅)
  • 此功能僅支援於 Apple 裝置上付款,且限於使用 Safari 瀏覽器。
  • Apple Pay 的交易逾時時間為 6 小時,若超時仍未付款,系統將取消訂單。

Simpler Facebook Group Authorization Process 🔥

SHOPLINE has optimized the Facebook group authorization process to elevate the success rate for customer authorization and provide a smoother shopping experience. 🎉

❗️Reminder: The authorization link generated before 13 April 2023 has expired. Please remember to update the authorization link.

New authorization process

Step 1: Click the authorization link and select "Facebook authorization."

Step 2: Copy the verification information and message the Page on Messenger.

Then, invite customers to send the verification. The authorization is now complete!

📌 Remarks

  • Each Page has its own authorization link, and customers must complete Page authorization individually. Customers only need to authorize once for groups connected to the same Page in the SHOPLINE Admin.
  • Customers who have completed the authorization with the old authorization link no longer need to reauthorize unless the group changes the connected Page.
  • Completing the authorization from within the Messenger app is not supported.

想讓顧客趕快下單?那就把授權流程變簡單!SHOPLINE 優化社團授權流程,致力為顧客打造更順暢的購物體驗、提升授權成功率 🎉

❗️提醒您:2023/4/13 前產生的舊授權連結已失效,請您務必更換成新授權連結。

全新授權流程登場

第一步:開啟授權連結,點選「Facebook 授權」。

第二步:複製驗證資料後前往粉絲專頁對話。

最後請顧客將驗證資料貼上並發送,就大功告成啦!

📌 注意事項

  • 每個粉專皆需獨立授權,不同粉專對應不同的授權連結;若不同社團在 SHOPLINE 後台連接的是同一個粉專,則顧客僅需授權一次。
  • 使用舊授權連結已成功授權的顧客,若社團無更換連接的粉專,不需要重新授權。
  • 不支援顧客於 Facebook Messenger App 內進行授權流程。

Sharpen your data analysis skills with Shoplytics! Customize the performance analysis period for your online store by enabling the "Comparison Range" feature. The flexible and diverse data options help you quickly grasp the store's performance.

Customize your analysis range with just one click⚡

Step ➊ : In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Shoplytics] and set up the analysis range.

Step ➋: Switch on the toggle for “Comparison Range” to select between compare to the previous period, compare to the previous year, and custom range.

*Note: The supported analysis range varies by your subscription plans/modules. Please refer to "Different Subscription Plan Version" for details.

Some tips for using 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 💖

  • If you have customized the analysis range, the system will save this setting for 14 days, and it will be automatically applied the next time you operate with the same browser.
  • If the analysis range overlaps with the comparison range, the range will be displayed in dark blue; if they do not overlap, the ranges will be displayed in light blue.
  • No fuss when setting up the date range. The system automatically identifies the start and end dates, setting the earlier date as the start date and the later date as the end date.

第 ➊ 步:前往「SHOPLINE 商店後台 > 報表及分析 > Shoplytics 數據分析中心」,點按設定時間。

第 ➋ 步:開啟「比較區間」按鈕,即可選擇上一個時段、去年同時段、自訂區間 3 種網店成效比較方式。

*注意:此功能會依照商店計畫支援不同區間,詳細資訊請參考計畫 / 方案支援版本

  • 若您曾自訂分析範圍區間,系統將保留此設定 14 天,並於您下次使用相同瀏覽器操作時自動套用
  • 分析區間和比較區間若有日期重疊,日曆會以深藍色呈現;未重疊則顯示為淺藍色。
  • 系統自動識別起始 / 結束日,將兩者間較早的日期設為起始日期、較晚的設為結束日期;反之亦然,再忙碌也不怕手誤。

SHOPLINE Payments 個人戶店家也可以為消費者開啟「信用卡分期付款」選項囉!

開啟分期付款選項不僅為消費者多提供一種交易選項,也能幫助消費者更彈性運用資金,提高消費意願及結帳金額!現在就到後台開啟功能,讓結帳率和業績都 up up!

✅ 分期付款適用銀行與期數

  • 支援的銀行:中信、國泰、玉山、台新、永豐、聯邦、凱基
  • 支援的期數:3、6、9、12、18、24 期

✅ 如何開通信用卡分期付款

  1. 前往「SHOPLINE 後台 > 付款設定」,點按「增加」。
  2. 付款方法選擇「SHOPLINE Payments」、「信用卡」後,打開「啟用分期付款」開關即可勾選分期期數(可複選),並可設定結帳金額條件。 最後點按「增加」即大功告成!

💡小提醒:結帳頁面的付款資料會顯示支援的銀行和可支援的期數喔!

⚠️ 注意事項

  • 若您的商店有販售「預付型商品」,則無法開通信用卡分期付款功能。

🅠 Benefits of using Apple Pay❓

  • Customers can link multiple credit and debit cards for payment.
  • Quick and secure card number-free payment authorization with Face ID or Touch ID.
  • Instant access to a large base of iPhone users for instant transactions.

🅠 How to set up Apple Pay❓

  1. Go to your SHOPLINE Admin Panel > [Settings] > [Payment Options]. Click the "Add" button to add the payment option.
  2. Select "SHOPLINE Payments" > "Apple Pay" for the SHOPLINE Payments method.
  3. Complete domain verification in [SHOPLINE Payments] > [Account Settings] > [Domain Setting].

📌 Note: Please confirm that the domain verification is successful before showing "Apple Pay" on the storefront. Incomplete verification will cause payment failure.

Remarks 📣

  • If your SHOPLINE Payments account is not yet verified, please refer to this article for instruction.
  • [TW stores only] The payment rate for Apple Pay with domestic and foreign credit cards is 2.2% (tax included).
  • This feature only supports payments on Apple devices and is limited to the Safari browser.
  • The timeout for Apple Pay transactions is 6 hours. The order will be cancelled by the system if the payment is not made within the time limit.

如何開啟 LINE 通知型訊息?

申請且開通此功能後,前往訊息中心 > LINE 通知型訊息設定頁面,開啟「LINE 通知型訊息」功能開關。

您可勾選在哪些訂單狀態、訂單付款狀態、訂單送貨狀態要發送此通知訊息。

顧客接收的 LINE 通知型訊息

注意事項 ⚠️

  • 若顧客是首次接收 LINE 通知型訊息,需先認證電話號碼,後續不論是否同一商店發送 LINE 通知型訊息皆無需再次驗證。
  • 若您已開啟「訂單狀態通知」及「LINE 通知型訊息」兩個功能,且該筆訂單同時符合這兩個功能的發送條件,則系統僅會透過 LINE 官方帳號發送訂單狀態通知。
