Longing for more efficient ways of managing credits or member points? SHOPLINE has simplified the sending rules! Credits and member points will be assigned only when the order status changes to "Completed." Experience faster, more organized management now!

📍Changes at Storefront & Admin

  • Storefront - displays the reminder of "Credits earned after completed"
  • Admin - displays the reminder of "Credits earned after completed"
  • Cancels "Points Assign Day" setting for member points

💡Bonus💡 Custom notifications for credits and member points have also been optimized to be sent when the order is completed. 🥰

📣 Notes

  • Please note that this change is only available for merchants with e-Commerce/ Social Commerce/ Retail POS plan.
  • Credits of existing orders: Orders whose credits have NOT been assigned: credits will be assigned when the order status changes to "Completed." Orders whose credits have already been assigned: when the order status changes to "Completed," credits will NOT be assigned again.
  • Member points of existing ordersIf the delivery status is "Arrived/Collected" and the order status changes to "Completed" before the original points assign day, the member points will be assigned in advance.
