Chatbot Upgraded 🚀 3 Additional Auto-Reply Formats To Send!

The Message Center's Chatbot now supports 3 new auto-reply formats: Image, Card, and Product Messages! You can also send a combination of 3 replies at a time to make your auto-reply content more appealing and refreshing! 🤩

💡 How to set up reply content for the Chatbot?

Go to the Message Center > [Smart Assistant] > [Chatbot], and click the top right "Manage content library" button.

You can create reply content for each social channel on the content library page.

  • Auto-reply with image, card, and product messages is currently only available for Facebook Messenger.
