⚠️ Reminder: Your YouTube channel must meet the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) requirements to be eligible to use the YouTube Shopping feature.
✅ Try it out now!
Step 1. In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Apps] > [Apps Store] and install the "YouTube Shopping Account Linking" application.
Step 2. Connect to Google Merchant Center account and Content API. (*You must own the "Marketplace (New)" or "Marketplace" module to use the Content API feature.)
Step 3. Share the connection link with the YouTube channel owner you're collaborating with (If you are the owner of the YouTube channel, you can complete Step. 4 directly on your own.)
Step 4. Open the link and log in to the channel owner's Google account to complete the connection.
Voilà ✨ Once you’ve completed the steps above, your YouTube channel will be connected to your store, and the channel owner can start uploading store products to YouTube 🔥
😉 Start selling hidden products on livestreams
You can go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and click Create livestream. Then, add the hidden products to the livestream and set the scheduled livestream time. These products will be available on both your YouTube Studio and the platform at the scheduled time.
*You must own the "Social Commerce" system and the "Marketplace (New)" or "Marketplace" module to create a YouTube livestream in SHOPLINE Admin.

To prevent multiple staff members from replying to the same customer at the same time, Message Center has introduced two new features: Viewing and Typing Indicators for Staff Members. These features reduce redundancy and ensure efficient use of team resources 🔥
📍 This feature is available for conversations in "Shop Message" and "Instant Message".
The system will detect "multiple staff members currently viewing the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:
➡️ An indicator will then appear on the top right of the conversation box, showing the number of staff members viewing the conversation.
The system will detect "multiple staff members currently typing in the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:
➡️ A name indicator will then appear above the conversation box, displaying the names of staff members typing the message.
