The segment adjustments are as follows:

  • Added "Inactive Top Shopper" segment
  • Redefined "Top Shopper" as "Core Top Shopper"
  • Redefined "Active Shopper", "Ready-to-Repurchase Shopper", and "Sleeping Shopper"
  • Removed "Loyal Customers" segment

📈 New comparison mode

Integrate YouTube Shopping Now to Leverage Traffic and Boost Sales 🔥

Exciting news! SHOPLINE is now an official global partner of YouTube 🎉🎉🎉 With an easier integration process, you can seamlessly tag and showcase your store products in YouTube videos or livestreams 🧚‍♀️

⚠️ Reminder: Your YouTube channel must meet the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) requirements to be eligible to use the YouTube Shopping feature.

Try it out now!

Step 1. In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Apps] > [Apps Store] and install the "YouTube Shopping Account Linking" application.

Step 2. Connect to Google Merchant Center account and Content API. (*You must own the "Marketplace (New)" or "Marketplace" module to use the Content API feature.)

Step 3. Share the connection link with the YouTube channel owner you're collaborating with (If you are the owner of the YouTube channel, you can complete Step. 4 directly on your own.)

Step 4. Open the link and log in to the channel owner's Google account to complete the connection.

Voilà ✨ Once you’ve completed the steps above, your YouTube channel will be connected to your store, and the channel owner can start uploading store products to YouTube 🔥

😉 Start selling hidden products on livestreams

You can go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and click Create livestream. Then, add the hidden products to the livestream and set the scheduled livestream time. These products will be available on both your YouTube Studio and the platform at the scheduled time.

*You must own the "Social Commerce" system and the "Marketplace (New)" or "Marketplace" module to create a YouTube livestream in SHOPLINE Admin.

Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 擴充功能 > 擴充功能商店」頁面,安裝「YouTube Shopping 頻道串接」功能 App。

可前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」頁面新增 YouTube 直播間,並將該隱藏商品加入直播間+設定預計直播時間,則商品會在您設定的時間顯示於 YouTube 前後台!

*您需擁有「社交電商」系統及「第三方平台整合」或「第三方平台串接」模組才可於商店後台建立 YouTube 直播間。

Collecting data is key to effective member management. Enable "Mandatory Member Profile Completion" now to optimize your member database, gaining insights into needs and precise marketing.

1. [Settings] > [Customer Settings] > [Sign up method]

2. Enable Mandatory member profile completion

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update"

❎ Before enabling the feature (left image below)

  • During login, existing members can click "Skip" without completing their profile.
  • Merchants cannot collect complete data on their members.

✅ After enabling the feature (right image below)

  • During login, existing members won't see the button.
  • Merchants can collect complete data on their members.

1. 設定 > 顧客設定 > 顧客註冊方式

3. 下拉至頁面底部點選「更新」儲存

❎ 啟用功能前(下圖左)

  • 既有會員登入時,可點選「略過」補填步驟。
  • 無法搜集完整的網店會員資料。

訊息整合中心全新推出「顯示客服查看&輸入狀態」2 功能,助您有效解決此問題,效率爆棚 🔥

📍 此功能適用於訊息中心「官網訊息」及「社群訊息」的對話框。

👥 顯示查看對話人數

若對話框同時滿足以下兩個條件,則會被系統判定為「多位客服共同查看同一則對話」:

  • 多位客服在訊息中心點入同一則對話
  • 且停留在開啟此對話視窗的瀏覽器頁面

➡️ 在輸入框右上方將顯示有多少位客服正在查看目前對話。

💬 顯示訊息輸入狀態

若對話同時滿足以下兩個條件,則會被系統判定為「多位客服正在同時輸入訊息」:

  • 多位客服在同一則對話的輸入框內有「文字」訊息
  • 且游標停留於框內(閃爍線存在)

➡️ 在輸入框左上方將顯示哪位客服正在輸入。

Streamlined Staff Management With 2 New Message Center Features 😎

To prevent multiple staff members from replying to the same customer at the same time, Message Center has introduced two new features: Viewing and Typing Indicators for Staff Members. These features reduce redundancy and ensure efficient use of team resources 🔥

📍 This feature is available for conversations in "Shop Message" and "Instant Message".

👥 Displays the number of viewers

The system will detect "multiple staff members currently viewing the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:

  • More than one staff member clicks on the same conversation in the Message Center.
  • Staff members remain active on the browser where the conversation is open.

➡️ An indicator will then appear on the top right of the conversation box, showing the number of staff members viewing the conversation.

💬 Displays typing indicator

The system will detect "multiple staff members currently typing in the conversation" when both of the following conditions are met:

  • More than one staff member is typing in the conversation box.
  • The text cursor is active (blinking) in the conversation box.

➡️ A name indicator will then appear above the conversation box, displaying the names of staff members typing the message.

The "Customize Order Invoice" app allows you to customize order invoices for various scenarios. Easily create exclusive picking lists, order invoices, packing slips, and more.

No complex coding is required—everything can be managed effortlessly in the admin 🧚🏻‍♀️

📍 Install the app

Go to [Apps] > [Apps Store], find "Customize Order Invoice" and click Install Now.

✏️ Set up the template

Customize the header and the footer, upload your unique logo, and select from 50+ detail options!

📮 Download the invoice

Go to the order page, select the orders you wish to export, and click Bulk Actions > Customize Order Invoice to download them via your email ✅

⚠️ Remarks

  • This app only supports configuring a single custom order invoice template.
  • The email delivery may take some time. Please be patient or check your Spam folder.
