Smart OMO Upgraded! Customizable Attribution Duration for Recommended Products 😍

Smart OMO's product recommendation now allows merchants to customize the sales attribution duration (link duration) for flexible customer management. Sales attribution rules are also optimized for a clearer performance listing. Let's find out what's new 😌


📍 Customize link attribution duration

Go to Admin > [Retail Store] > [Smart OMO] > [Feature Settings]. In the "Recommended Products" section, set the attribution duration (defaulted as 24 hours).

Customizable Time range:

  • 1 to 23 hours
  • 1 to 60 days

💡 Remember to click Update to save the changes!


📍 Notes on the sales attribution rules

  • If a store/staff has been removed or has resigned, the sales will still be regarded as the store/staff performance.
  • The link has an expiration duration (i.e. attribution duration). Customers need to click the link, create an order, and check out within the duration for it to be regarded as a valid performance.

📍 如何自訂連結績效歸屬時效

前往「商店後台 > 實體店管理 > Smart OMO > 功能設定」,在「推薦商品」區塊設定時間。(預設為 24 小時)

可設定範圍為:

  • 1 ~ 23 小時
  • 1 ~ 60 天

💡 調整完後記得點按「更新」才會生效喔!


📍 績效歸屬規則注意事項

  • 若​門市/店員已移除或離職,績效仍然會認列至該銷售門市/店員。
  • 推薦商品連結有時效限制(即歸屬時效),顧客需在歸屬時效內點按連結、成立訂單、結帳,此筆訂單才會認列。

In addition to member registration via Facebook and LINE, customers can now register instantly with a single Google account authorization 🥰 Simplify the registration process and make shopping effortless for your customers 🤩

🙋 How to set up?

Step 1. Go to Google Cloud Console, create a project, and obtain the Client ID and Client secret.

Step 2. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Customer Settings] and enter the Client ID and Client secret to connect to the Google OAuth account.

➡️ Customers register and log in with Google account

Once the feature is enabled, the "Google" icon will appear on the registration and login page. Customers can click the icon to register and log in with their Google accounts 👍

🙋 如何設定?

Want more customers to join your livestreams? 🎉 With SHOPLINE Live's new "Cross-Channel Broadcast" feature, notifying your audience has never been easier. Go live on Facebook, and your customers will instantly receive LINE, Instagram, and WhatsApp notifications—keeping them in the loop and boosting your reach!

🚀 3 steps to set up

Step 1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a Facebook livestream. Then, select the "Broadcast" menu on the left.

Step 2. Select the "LINE" tab and click Add broadcast.

📣 You can send Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or LINE broadcasts.

Step 3. Set up the target population, broadcast content, and send time.

⏰ You can also send the broadcast at the scheduled time ⏰

📌 Remarks

  • As the content format and target audience vary across different broadcasting channels, you must set up each broadcast separately when creating a new one.
  • If the livestream channel is different from the broadcast channel, you won’t be able to select "Commenting customers" as your target audience. For example, if you create an Instagram broadcast from a Facebook livestream, you won’t be able to choose "All customers who commented" or "Filter customers who commented" as the target audience.
  • Currently, the following message types cannot be displayed at the same time in the Message Center conversation window:
    ⭢ Facebook Broadcast: Text + button, image, notification request.
    ⭢ Instagram Broadcast: Text + button.

如果您在 Facebook 開直播,顧客能透過 LINE、Instagram、WhatsApp 同步收到開播通知!

🚀 3 步驟立即設定

Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」進入 Facebook 直播間,點按左側「廣播」圖示。

Step 2:點選「LINE」分頁,接著點按「新增廣播」。

📣 可選擇發送 Facebook、Instagram、WhatsApp 或是 LINE 廣播!

Step 3:設定發送對象、內容、時間後,即可跨管道向顧客傳送廣播!

⏰ 您可以設定在指定時間發送廣播 ⏰

📌 注意事項

  • 由於各管道廣播的內容格式、發送對象不相同,新增廣播時須分別設定。
  • 若直播管道與廣播管道不同,將不支援選擇「留言顧客」作為發送對象。例如:透過 Facebook 直播間建立 Instagram 廣播,由於沒有在 Instagram 開播,便無法抓取其「全部留言顧客、篩選留言顧客」作為發送對象。
  • 目前暫不支援同步顯示以下廣播訊息於「訊息中心對話框」內:

New Year's coming. What's your marketing plan? The One-Page Store's newest feature, "One-Page Checkout" might be worthwhile! With the shopping steps simplified, it will be easier to seize the biz opportunity of the spring Festival 🛒


📍 One-Page Store 101

  1. Go to Admin > Online Store Design > One-Page Store > Add Store
  2. Customize the Bulletin Board and other widgets in SHOP Builder.
  3. Obtain the link and start your group buying at once!

📍 One-Page Checkout unlocked

When customers finish adding products to their carts, they can start checking out at the bottom of the page. One-Page Checkout removes a few steps from the regular checkout procedure, allowing customers to complete checkout instantly on the same page.

📍 Remarks

  • Every One-Page Store uses an individual shopping cart, and the products in the cart are not synced to other One-Page Stores or Online Store. In other words, different stores use separate shopping carts, and they do not share a cart with the Online Store.
  • Logging in/out of a member account on the One-Page Store will not be supported. If customers wish to use member discounts, store credits, or points, they need to log in to their account on the online store and then access the One-Page Store via the provided link.
  • This feature can be enabled simultaneously with the "Multi-Attribute Products Order Checkout" function. However, products with different attributes cannot be checked out together and must be checked out separately. The system will determine based on the attribute of the first item in the cart.

📍 團購賣場速成班

  1. 後台 > 網店設計 > 獨立分潤賣場 > 新增賣場。
  2. 跳轉 SHOP Builder 設計賣場公告欄元件等。
  3. 取得賣場連結就可以開始揪團購物啦!

📍 升級一頁式結帳

當顧客選購完成,下拉至頁面底部即可開始結帳;一頁式結帳與一般結帳流程無異,只是精簡結帳步驟,使其呈現在同一頁面供快速操作。

  • 每個獨立分潤賣場皆為獨立購物車,購物車內的商品不會同步至其他賣場/網店;即不同賣場使用不同購物車,亦不會與網店購物車共用。
  • 暫不支援於獨立分潤賣場頁面登入/登出會員帳號;若顧客想使用會員優惠、商店購物金或點數等,請先前往網店登入會員,再透過連結進入獨立分潤賣場選購。
  • 此功能與「商品屬性分層結帳」可同時啟用,但不同屬性的商品無法合併結帳,需分次下單;系統以購物車內的第一件商品屬性作為判斷基準。
