Display Product Reviews on Listing Pages to Attract More Buyers! ✨

Got plenty of goodies in your store? Want to highlight your top-rated products? Show Product Reviews on the product listing page and scale your sales 🎉

📣 Display previews on the product listing page

Step 1. Go to Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Product Reviews]. Click "Product Review Setting".

Step 2. Once you have enabled the "Product Review" feature in the store, reviews will appear on the "Product Detail Page" (this cannot be unchecked). You can choose whether to display the reviews on the "Product Listing Page".

Step 3. Afterwards, you can continue to set "Auto Hide Review", "Publish Product Review Media", and "Product Review Reward". Once everything is set, click Update to save the changes.

📍 Remarks

  • The product listing page includes all product pages, product category pages, search result pages, and promotion pages.
  • If the product label displayed on the product detail is sourced externally, this feature is not supported.
  • To display product reviews on the product listing page, please change your store template to one of the following theme templates: Philia, Varm, Kingsman, Ultra Chic, Sangria, or Bianco.

網店商品玲琅滿目,要如何吸引顧客點進超多好評的商品?快將「商品評價」顯示於「商品列表頁」,一舉衝高業績 🎉

📣 如何將「商品評價」顯示於「商品列表頁」?

Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 商品及分類 > 商品評價」頁面,點按「商品評價設定」按鈕。

Step 2:在前台啟用「商品評價」功能開啟後,系統預設將評價顯示於「商品詳情頁面」,且無法取消勾選;您可以自訂是否顯示於「商品列表頁面」。

Step 3:後續可再設定自動隱藏評價、顯示評價圖片,及發送評價獎賞。上述設定完成後,點按右下方「更新」儲存設定!

📍 注意事項

  • 商品列表頁面包含所有商品頁、商品分類頁、搜尋結果頁及優惠活動頁。
  • 若商店與外部廠商串接商品標籤於搜尋結果頁,則不支援此功能。
  • 如欲將評價顯示於商品列表頁面,請調整為 Philia、Varm、Kingsman、Ultra Chic、Sangria、Bianco 商店版型。

Want to boost sales? Switching up your promotions is a must!

Now, reward campaigns support not only store credits but also member points! You can set up a promotion of "Spend $1000 and earn 100 member points." Give it a try today and you won't regret it 🎉

⚠️ This feature is only available to merchants using the "CRM" or "CRM-Credits" module.

🗣 How to create point reward campaigns?

  1. Go to Admin > [Promotions & Reward] > [Reward Campaign]. Then, click "Add Campaign".
  2. Set the Campaign Name, Valid Period, Available Channel, Available Group, and Purchase Condition.
  3. Select "Give Points" for Reward and Condition. You can choose to reward by a discount amount or by a percentage.
  4. Then, set the Reward Limit and Validity Period, and Campaign Restrictions. Once done, click "Save" at the upper right to create this point reward campaign.

📍 Remarks

  1. When you choose to give rewards by "Percentage %", the reward percentage for member points can be up to 10,000%.
  2. The Reward Campaign doesn't support imported orders, sub orders of split orders (excluding stores that have enabled the "Multi-Attribute Products" feature), and manual orders in the Admin.

想刺激消費,適時變換優惠玩法絕對是必要的!

現在,回饋活動不僅支援購物金回饋方式,還可以發送會員點數!🎉 也就是說,您可以設定會員消費滿 1000 元,即贈 100 點會員點數。事不宜遲一起動手試試吧~

⚠️ 此功能僅適用擁有「CRM 會員行銷」或「熟客回饋與集客優惠」模組的店家。

🗣 如何建立點數回饋活動?

  1. 前往「商店後台 > 促銷及分潤 > 回饋活動」,點選「新增活動」。
  2. 設定回饋活動的名稱、時間、適用通路、適用對象,及生效條件。
  3. 回饋方式點選「給予點數」,並選擇以「固定金額」或「百分比」的形式進行回饋。
  4. 接著可以再設定回饋上限、使用期限及活動限制。上述步驟皆完成,點按右上方「儲存」即可建立點數回饋活動!

📍 注意事項

  1. 若選擇以「百分比」的形式進行回饋,點數百分比最高可設定至 10000 %。
  2. 回饋活動不支援匯入訂單、拆單後的子單(已啟用商品屬性分層結帳功能的商店不在此限)、於網店後台手動建立的訂單。

Why choose between promotions and profits when you can have both? With the "Online Store Credit Redemption" toggle, you can still run exciting promotions while disabling credit redemptions to keep your profits at their peak 🤭


𝟭. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Store Credits], enable the "Store Credits Toggle", and begin configuring the rules for applying store credits.

𝟮. The "Online Store Credit Redemption" toggle is enabled by default, allowing credits to be applied during checkout. You can also further configure:

Get started now and make the most of this new feature to maximize your event sales! 🤑

⚠️ This feature is available for merchants who use the "Social Commerce" system and own the "Store Management" or "Advance Store Management Tools" module.

🗣 Where can you select a product set?

You can select "Product Set" when editing a customer's cart or manually creating an order in the following:

  • Shop Message tab in Message Center
  • Instant Message tab in Message Center
  • Comment Management tab in SHOPLINE Live
  • Message Management tab in Social Post Selling

How to add product set to the livestream

⚠️ Currently, the product set is only supported in Facebook Live and SHOPLINE Live synced to Facebook Page.

  1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a Facebook Live backstage.
  2. Click Add live products and select "Select Live Product Set".
  3. Add the product set.
  4. Set the keywords for the product set.

Customers can leave a keyword on the livestream and the respective product set will be added to their carts.

Set keywords for product set

  1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Product keywords].
  2. Click Add > Select Product Set.
  3. Add the product set.
  4. Set the keywords for the product set.

Once you set a keyword for a product set, the system will automatically apply it to that product set for future livestreams, so you won't have to set it up again.

透過以下管道編輯顧客購物車,或為顧客建立訂單時,可選擇「組合商品」。

  • 貼文銷售留言管理

如何將組合商品加入直播間

⚠️ 目前僅支援「Facebook 直播」及「SHOPLINE 獨立直播間同步 Facebook 粉專開播」銷售組合商品。

  1. 前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」點入 Facebook 直播間。
  2. 點按「添加直播商品」按鈕,選擇直播組合商品。
  3. 加入組合商品。
  4. 設定組合商品關鍵字。

顧客於直播間傳送關鍵字,即可將對應的組合商品加入購物車!

如何設定組合商品關鍵字

  1. 前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 商品關鍵字」頁面。
  2. 點按「新增 > 選擇組合商品」按鈕。
  3. 加入組合商品。
  4. 設定組合商品關鍵字。

成功建立關鍵字資料後,往後開播,便無須再次設定該組合商品的關鍵字,系統將自動套用您建立的資料。
