Simplify Your Shipping — Merge Multiple Orders with Order Merger 🧚

Ever had a customer place several orders in a short time? Managing separate shipments can drive up costs and complicate your workflow 😣

Now with SHOPLINE's "Order Merger" feature, you can combine multiple orders in one click—saving on shipping and streamlining your operations 🌟

⚠️ Please follow the instructions below and in the Admin to install and purchase the feature.

📍 Step 1. Install Order Merger

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store] to install the "Order Merger" feature.

📍 Step 2. Pairing rules for merging orders

Go to [Order Management] > [Merge orders], click Advanced Rule Settings, and select the pairing rules for merging orders.

  • Merge orders with the same recipient address and delivery method (default): Orders with the same purchaser, recipient address, and delivery method can be merged.
  • Merge orders with different recipient addresses: Orders with different recipient addresses but the same purchaser and delivery method can be merged.
  • Merge orders with different delivery methods: Orders with different delivery methods but the same purchaser and recipient address can be merged.
  • Merge orders with different delivery methods and recipient addresses: Orders with different recipient addresses and delivery methods but the same purchaser can be merged.

📍 Step 3. Merge order

Go to [Order Management] > [Orders], and check the orders you want to merge. Then, click the "Bulk Actions" drop-down list and select Merge orders. The system will then automatically pair the orders based on the pairing rules.

Upon completion, orders with the same delivery methods and recipient addresses are ready to be merged. Otherwise, you will need to confirm them in advance before merging.

📣 Remarks

  • Orders with different payment methods, such as "COD" and "Non-COD" (e.g., bank transfer), cannot be merged, even if the purchaser, delivery method, and recipient address are the same.
  • You need to issue invoices for merged orders manually. Automatic invoice issuance is currently not supported.
  • If you enable the "Multi-Attribute Products Order Checkout" feature, a new cart number will be generated upon merging.

現在,SHOPLINE 推出「合併訂單」功能!一鍵合併多筆訂單,節省成本之餘,也大大提升作業效率 🌟

⚠️ 請先向線上顧問諮詢開通功能。

📍 第一步:安裝擴充功能

成功開通後,前往「商店後台 > 擴充功能 > 擴充功能商店」安裝「合併訂單」擴充功能。

📍 第二步:設定合併訂單配對規則

前往「訂單管理 > 合併訂單」點按「進階規則配置」,選擇配對歸則。

  • 收件地址和送貨方式相同可合併(預設規則):訂購人、收件地址及送貨方式皆相同,方可配對成功並進行合併。
  • 收件地址不同可合併:訂購人及送貨方式相同,但收件地址不同也可配對成功。
  • 送貨方式不同可合併:訂購人及收件地址相同,但送貨方式不同也可配對成功。
  • 送貨方式不同收件地址不同可合併:訂購人相同,但收件地址及送貨方式皆不同也可配對成功。

📍 第三步:完成合併

前往「訂單管理 > 訂單」勾選您想合併的訂單,接著點按「批次動作 > 合併訂單」系統會依據您設定的規則自動配對訂單。

配對後,若送貨方式及收件地址皆相同,可直接合併訂單;若不同,須先確認送貨方式及地址,才能執行合併操作。

📣 注意事項

  • 若欲合併訂單的付款方式分別為「貨到付款」及「非貨到付款的其他方法(例如轉帳)」,即便其訂購人、送貨方式及收件地址皆相同,也無法合併。
  • 合併訂單後需手動開立發票,目前暫不支援自動開立發票功能。
  • 若您有使用商品屬性分層結帳功能,合併訂單後會產生新的購物車編號。

Shoplytics homepage is now fully upgraded 📣 The new interface features the "Insights" section that highlights key metric changes, along with in-depth "Causes and Solutions" analysis to guide your strategic decisions.

🔮 "Insights" section

Select the "Omni-Channels," "Online Store," or "Retail Store" tab, then adjust the analysis and comparison range to track changes in key metrics.

🧬 Causes and solutions

In the "Online Store" or "Retail Store" insights section, hover over the "Causes and Solutions" icon to quickly understand the key reasons behind metric changes and suggested actions 🔎

🎨 Interface Upgrade
Click View Chart to expand detailed graphs. Key metrics are now clearly prioritized, making it easier to understand insights at a glance!

📌 Remarks

  • The "Online Store" and "Retail Store" tabs are only available with stores using the e-Commerce or Retail POS systems.
  • Growth rate refers to the relative change in the metric instead of the absolute change. Growth rate = [(Analysis Value − Comparison Value) ÷ Comparison Value] × 100%

🚀 Publishing FPS

Merchants with SHOPLINE Payments can go to [Settings] > [Payment Settings], and click "Add". Select FPS as the payment method and publish at once!

🔔 Haven't got SHOPLINE Payments, the ultimate one-stop payment service?
Go to [Settings] > [Payment Settings] and apply NOW! Activate FPS, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, and more payment methods. Boost your checkout conversions substantially!

🚀 2 steps for online refund

Step 1

Go to Admin > [Order Management] > [Orders] and enter to order to be refunded.

Step 2

Find the "Payment details" section and click "Refund" to initiate a refund 💰


📣 Remarks

  • FPS only supports returns in full. A transaction fee of $3.5 HKD will be charged for each refund (The original transaction fee is not refundable).
  • Refunds are only supported for FPS orders placed on or after 2 July 2025, with a return period of 180 days.

  • 轉數快(FPS)僅支援全額退款,每筆退款收取 3.5 HKD(原交易手續費不退回)。
  • 僅支援 2025 年 7 月 2 日後成立之訂單線上退款,並請注意退款期限為 180 天。

👨‍⚕️ Steps for cybersecurity check

  1. Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Permission & Security].
  2. Find the "Security Assessment" section.
  3. Click the "Security Center" hyperlink, or the "Go to Security Center" button at the top right corner.

🚥 Cybersecurity status

There are three cybersecurity statuses: weak, moderate, and strong.

The system evaluates your cybersecurity status based on the following four categories. A check mark indicates completion.

🏅 SHOPLINE cybersecurity qualification

SHOPLINE has obtained multiple cybersecurity qualifications and has enabled multiple cybersecurity protection specifications, ensuring the benefits of merchants and customers.
