不可能不知道直播廣播功能有多好用吧!現在「LINE 直播」也支援發送「廣播」啦 🎉

不論是直播預告,或是直播後的結帳提醒,通通輕鬆搞定 👍 廣播發下去,互動零距離!

📮 如何新增並發送 LINE 直播廣播?

  1. 前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」點選任一 LINE 直播,並點按左側的「廣播」圖示。
  2. 進入廣播頁面後,點選「新增廣播」。
  3. 設定發送對象、內容,及時間,最後點按「發送」按鈕就完成啦!

📍 注意:您的 LINE 帳號需為藍盾或綠盾認證,才可選擇「全部 LINE 聯絡人」作為發送對象。

LINE livestream now welcomes the powerful "Broadcast" feature, making it easier than ever to engage with your audience 🎉

Effortlessly send livestream previews or post-livestream checkout reminders to boost engagement and drive conversions 👍

📮 How to create and send a LINE broadcast?

  1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a LINE livestream. Then, select the "Broadcast" icon on the left menu.
  2. Click Add broadcast.
  3. Set up the target population, content, and send time. Upon completion, click Send.

📍Note: You must have a verified or premium LINE Official Account to select "All LINE contacts" as the target population.

👤 Customer receives LINE broadcast

The customer will then receive the LINE broadcast as illustrated below:

The "Pick-up" delivery method is now available when manually creating orders from the Admin 🎉 Delight your customers with diverse delivery methods tailored to their needs 😉

📍 Please note that the "Pick-up" delivery method is now only available for Hong Kong merchants.

🏄‍♂️ Let's try it out

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Manual Order]. Enter the customer's info and add products. Then, select "Pick-up" delivery method, e.g., S.F. Express - S.F. - Business Station.

✨ Orders you created for customers through Message Center, Livestream, and Social Post Selling also support this delivery method ✨

還記得超好用的互動神器「聊天小工具」嗎?

⏰ 聊天小工具功能複習時間:
顧客瀏覽官網時,可選擇透過 Facebook、Instagram 等社交管道即時與您展開對話!

現在,不一定要透過社交管道,顧客可直接開啟「線上對話」視窗傳送訊息!互動管道再加一,任君挑選好便利 😎

📣 如何開啟「線上對話」互動管道?

Step 1:前往「訊息中心 > 客服助手 > 官網聊天小工具」頁面。

Step 2:點選「對話管道」區塊,開啟「線上對話」右側按鈕,顧客即可透過此管道與您互動!

📍還可以選擇是否啟用線上對話的「歡迎訊息」並自訂內容。若啟用,顧客每次透過聊天小工具「線上對話」登入會員,便會觸發系統發送歡迎訊息!

🏄‍♂️ 顧客使用「線上對話」與您互動

顧客於網店前台點按聊天小工具按鈕,可選擇「線上對話」與您聯繫。

系統將檢查顧客是否已登入會員:

  • 已登入:直接開啟與店家的對話視窗。
  • 未登入:跳轉至網店會員登入頁面,顧客登入後開啟與店家的對話視窗。

Remember our powerful "Chat Widget" feature?

⏰ Time for a refresher:
Customers can reach out to you through Facebook, Instagram, or other social channels while browsing your store.

But that's not all 🤩 Now, they can also contact you directly through "Online Conversation". It's an additional channel on top of the existing social channels 😎

📣 Enable "Online Conversation" channel

Step 1. Go to [Message Center] > [Customer Assistant] > [Chat Widget].

Step 2. In the "Conversation channel" tab, switch on the toggle for "Online Conversation".

📍You can also enable and customize the "Welcome message"

If enabled, customers will receive a welcome message when they log in to the store by selecting the "Online Conversation" channel.

🏄‍♂️ Customers chat with "Online Conversation"

Customers can click the "Chat Widget" button and select "Online Conversation".

The system will then check their login status:

  • Logged in: Displays the conversation window with the customer.
  • Not logged in: Directs customers to the login page. Once logged in, the conversation window will appear and customers will receive the welcome message.

Save time and effort—easily manage promotions! The "Bulk Update Products" feature supports "Product Promotion Labels" and "Product not applicable to discount" fields, allowing you to quickly adjust promotional information and boost efficiency 🙋🏻‍♂️


⚙️ Setup steps

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click open the "Import" dropdown list and select "Bulk Import/Update".

2. Click the "Export Product Bulk Update File" button, and a download link will be sent to your inbox.

3. Download the bulk update file and edit the "Product Promotion Label" and "Product not applicable to discount" columns. Then, upload the completed file to proceed. Below are the field descriptions:

🏷️ Product Promotion Label

  • Supports inputting special characters, and emojis, e.g., !@#$%^& 😍✔.
  • The input is limited to 20 characters.
  • Leaving the main product field blank is considered removing the label.

📝 Product not applicable to discount

  • Please use Y/N to set, Y= applicable to discounts, N = not applicable to discounts.
  • Leaving the field blank is considered applicable to discounts.

🔔 Remark

  • Please click "Export Product Bulk Update File" again to download the latest version. Using the old version may cause update failures.

省時省力,促銷活動輕鬆搞定!「批次/大量更新商品」即日起支援「商品促銷標籤」與「不適用折扣商品」欄位,讓您快速調整商品促銷資訊,提升效率 🙋🏻‍♂️


⚙️ 設定步驟

1. 前往「SHOPLINE 後台 > 商品及分類 > 商品」,在「匯入商品」下拉選單中點選「 大量匯入/更新商品」。

2. 點選「匯出商品更新檔」按鈕,系統會傳送下載連結至您的信箱。

3. 下載商品更新檔後,在新增的「商品促銷標籤」、「不適用折扣商品」欄位編輯,再上傳編輯完成的檔案。以下為欄位填寫說明:

🏷️ 商品促銷標籤

  • 可以輸入特殊符號、表情符號。e.g. !@#$%^😍✔︎
  • 標籤不可超過 20 個字元。
  • 欄位留空,則視為移除促銷標籤。

📝 不適用折扣商品

  • 以半形 Y/N 表示是否適用折扣,Y = 不適用折扣商品,N = 適用折扣商品。
  • 欄位留空視為可適用折扣。

🔔 注意事項

  • 商品更新檔全面改版,請重新點選「匯出商品更新檔」下載最新版本,使用舊版可能導致更新失敗。

Get a Handle on Your Annual Sales Data! Export Order Reports for Up to 366 Days 😍

It couldn't be easier! Now you can export order reports for up to 366 days, generating annual reports with just one click. Be prepared for major sales events with data analysis, and watch your sales soar 🚀

👣 How to export the order report?

Step 1. Go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export], and click Order Report (New).

You can also go to [Order Management] > [Orders], and click More Actions > Export Order Report.

Step 2. Choose the order date range. You can export up to 366 days 🔅

Step 3. Select the data fields you want to export.

Step 4. Download the report from your email 📮

📁 How to check the export progress?

Go to [Report & Analytics] > [Bulk Action Process] to view the status of your task.

If the date range exceeds 31 days, the report will be split into monthly files 🗓️

🚨 Remarks

  • If a single month export fails or remains in "Pending" status, while other months export successfully, you only need to re-export the failed month.
  • If you use the "Select All Customers Across Pages" feature to export the order report, the file will not be split.
  • This feature currently supports only online orders.

👣 如何匯出訂單報表?

Step 1. 前往「報表及分析 > 報表匯出 > 銷售表現」,點選「訂單報表 (新) 」。

您也可以至「訂單管理 > 訂單」,點選「更多動作 > 匯出訂單報表」。

Step 2. 選擇訂單日期範圍,最多可匯出 366 天 🔅

Step 3. 設定需要匯出的資料欄位。

Step 4. 至您的電子信箱下載訂單報表 📮

📁 如何確認匯出進度?

前往「報表及分析 > 大量作業進度」確認執行狀態,若匯出時間大於 31 天,報表將按月份拆分匯出 🗓️

🚨 注意事項

  • 若單一月份執行失敗/持續顯示「待執行」,其他月份正常執行,僅需重新匯出失敗月份報表。
  • 若您使用「顧客跨頁全選」功能匯出訂單報表,則不會拆分檔案。
  • 目前此功能僅支援網路訂單。
