📮 How to create and send a LINE broadcast?

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a LINE livestream. Then, select the "Broadcast" icon on the left menu.
Click Add broadcast.
Set up the target population, content, and send time. Upon completion, click Send.

📍Note: You must have a verified or premium LINE Official Account to select "All LINE contacts" as the target population.

👤 Customer receives LINE broadcast

The customer will then receive the LINE broadcast as illustrated below:
