SHOPLINE Payments 個人戶店家也可以為消費者開啟「信用卡分期付款」選項囉!

開啟分期付款選項不僅為消費者多提供一種交易選項,也能幫助消費者更彈性運用資金,提高消費意願及結帳金額!現在就到後台開啟功能,讓結帳率和業績都 up up!

✅ 分期付款適用銀行與期數

  • 支援的銀行:中信、國泰、玉山、台新、永豐、聯邦、凱基
  • 支援的期數:3、6、9、12、18、24 期

✅ 如何開通信用卡分期付款

  1. 前往「SHOPLINE 後台 > 付款設定」,點按「增加」。
  2. 付款方法選擇「SHOPLINE Payments」、「信用卡」後,打開「啟用分期付款」開關即可勾選分期期數(可複選),並可設定結帳金額條件。 最後點按「增加」即大功告成!

💡小提醒:結帳頁面的付款資料會顯示支援的銀行和可支援的期數喔!

⚠️ 注意事項

  • 若您的商店有販售「預付型商品」,則無法開通信用卡分期付款功能。

We are excited to announce that SHOPLINE Payments now supports Apple Pay. Add this safe and convenient checkout option for your store and customers. Check out the advantages of using Apple Pay and how to set it up >>>

🅠 Benefits of using Apple Pay❓

  • Customers can link multiple credit and debit cards for payment.
  • Quick and secure card number-free payment authorization with Face ID or Touch ID.
  • Instant access to a large base of iPhone users for instant transactions.

🅠 How to set up Apple Pay❓

  1. Go to your SHOPLINE Admin Panel > [Settings] > [Payment Options]. Click the "Add" button to add the payment option.
  2. Select "SHOPLINE Payments" > "Apple Pay" for the SHOPLINE Payments method.
  3. Complete domain verification in [SHOPLINE Payments] > [Account Settings] > [Domain Setting].

📌 Note: Please confirm that the domain verification is successful before showing "Apple Pay" on the storefront. Incomplete verification will cause payment failure.

Remarks 📣

  • If your SHOPLINE Payments account is not yet verified, please refer to this article for instruction.
  • [TW stores only] The payment rate for Apple Pay with domestic and foreign credit cards is 2.2% (tax included).
  • This feature only supports payments on Apple devices and is limited to the Safari browser.
  • The timeout for Apple Pay transactions is 6 hours. The order will be cancelled by the system if the payment is not made within the time limit.

如何開啟 LINE 通知型訊息?

申請且開通此功能後,前往訊息中心 > LINE 通知型訊息設定頁面,開啟「LINE 通知型訊息」功能開關。

您可勾選在哪些訂單狀態、訂單付款狀態、訂單送貨狀態要發送此通知訊息。

顧客接收的 LINE 通知型訊息

注意事項 ⚠️

  • 若顧客是首次接收 LINE 通知型訊息,需先認證電話號碼,後續不論是否同一商店發送 LINE 通知型訊息皆無需再次驗證。
  • 若您已開啟「訂單狀態通知」及「LINE 通知型訊息」兩個功能,且該筆訂單同時符合這兩個功能的發送條件,則系統僅會透過 LINE 官方帳號發送訂單狀態通知。
