Make Your "Product Promotion Labels" Pop with Color 🎨

Bring more life to your store by customizing the background and text colors of your "Product Promotion Labels". Attract customers' attention and achieve your sales goals with visually engaging designs. Build an aesthetic shopping experience that shines through the smallest details.

🪄 Customize label colors

  1. Go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [Pages].
  2. Select the Advanced Page you want to edit.
  3. Go to [Store Settings] > [Color].
  4. Select "Product Promotion Labels" to customize the color.
  5. Once completed, click "Save" and "Publish".

📌 Remarks

  • For Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, and Philia theme templates, please refer to the steps above.
  • For Sangria and Bianco theme templates, go to [Online Store Design] > [Design], find your template, and click the ⚙️ icon to customize the theme colors.

透過自訂「商品促銷標籤」背景、文字顏色,使顧客受網店視覺設計吸引,進而達成銷售目標,從小細節開始落實美感行銷!

🪄 自訂標籤顏色

  1. 前往商店後台「網店設計 > 網店分頁」
  2. 選擇您欲編輯的進階分頁
  3. 進入「店面級別設定 > 色彩」頁面
  4. 點選「商品促銷標籤」自訂顏色
  5. 完成即可「儲存 > 發佈」

📌 注意事項

  • 使用 Ultra Chic、Kingsman、Varm、Philia 商店版型時,請參考上述說明。
  • 使用 Sangria、Bianco 商店版型時,請前往「網站設計 > 設計」找到該版型,點選「⚙️」圖示自訂主題顏色。

With Shoplytics' "Industry Benchmark Comparison", you can review your store's recent performance against key metrics from businesses of the same category and size. Gain insights, refine your strategy, and stay competitive 📊

⚙️ Step 1

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Reports & Analytics] > [Shoplytics]. On the homepage, click the benchmark tag.

⚙️ Step 2

A pop-up window will display the industry benchmark comparison for key metrics, categorized as "Lagging", "Fair", "Good", or "Outstanding".

⚙️ Step 3

Switch between tabs to view performance by channel. Use the date picker in the top-right corner to adjust the analysis range and select a different time frame.

📣 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for Taiwan/Hong Kong stores.
  • This feature is only available for stores with the "Shoplytics (Pro)" module
  • For details on grouping logic and store restrictions, please refer to the FAQ.

⚙️ 步驟一

在 SHOPLINE 後台,前往「報表及分析 > Shoplytics 數據分析中心 > 首頁」,點選標籤按鈕。

⚙️ 步驟二

點選該標籤後,將彈出視窗顯示重點指標的產業基準比較,表現分為「待加強、中等、良好、優異」。

⚙️ 步驟三

支援調整分析區間,以查看對應區間資料;或調整通路頁籤,以查看對應通路的指標表現。

Let Customers Explore Products in Full Detail with Zoom & Swipe 🤳✨

Customers browse on every device, not just desktops. Now your product images are easier to explore than ever. Pinch to zoom, swipe through, and use quick gestures to catch every detail, whether on mobile or desktop.

  1. Zoom Icon:
    Tap/click the top-right "zoom" icon on mobile or supported desktops to enlarge images.
  2. Pinch-to-Zoom:
    On mobile, use two fingers to zoom in or out.
  3. Swipe Left/Right:
    View other product images by swiping on mobile or clicking arrows on the desktop.

📣 Remarks

  • This improvement is only supported for SHOP Builder store templates.
  • For the Varm and Philia theme templates, zoom icons are supported on the desktop display.
  • If you are using the Layout Engine editor, please refer to the documentation for code adjustments or contact our Online Merchant Success Team.
  • Supported image resolutions: Mobile 1280p, Tablet 1920p, Desktop 2560p.

在行動裝置不離身的現代社會,顧客的消費主場不再侷限於電腦,為此我們優化了商品頁的主圖瀏覽功能,增加放大/縮小快捷手勢,並支援左右滑動查看商品主圖,讓您不論使用手機、電腦都能輕鬆購物。

  1. 放大圖示 :
    支援手機及部分電腦介面,點選右上角放大圖示可放大圖片。
  2. 縮放快捷手勢:
    僅支援手機介面,使用兩指縮放手勢可快速放大/縮小圖片。
  3. 左右滑動:
    支援手機及電腦介面。電腦點選圖片左、右,可查看其他商品圖;手機向左右滑動,可查看其他商品圖。

📣 注意事項

  • 以上優化僅支援適用 SHOP Builder 的商店版型。
  • 套用 Varm、Philia 商店版型時,支援於電腦介面顯示放大圖示。
  • 若您有開啟 Layout engine 編輯器,請參考說明文件調整代碼,或與線上顧問聯絡。
  • 不同裝置可顯示的圖片解析度為:手機 1280p、平板 1920p、電腦 2560p。

UTM parameters are tags added to URLs, allowing you to track customer sources in both Google Analytics and SHOPLINE reports.

🕹️ The SHOPLINE system has added the following UTM parameters:

🤔 How to use these UTM data?

When customers click links in email or SMS notifications, you can track where they came from.

This helps you evaluate the performance of each marketing channel and refine your store’s marketing strategy.

  • Customers must subscribe to email and SMS promotions to receive these notifications.
