First, complete the livestream setup and start the livestream on Facebook Group. Then, return to Admin and click "Connect to Group Live".

🧑💻 How to set up?
Step 1. Go to Admin > [Customer Management] > [Customers], click Import Report, and choose Bulk Update Customer Tags.
Step 2. Click Download template and fill in the customer information as instructed.
Step 3. Return to Admin and upload the edited file to complete the process. ✨
✅ How can I check if the update was successful?
Go to Admin > [Report & Analytics] > [Bulk Action Process] to check the task status. If the upload fails, click Download Failure Report to see the reason.

Step 2. Click on the icon to mark the message as To-Do. Click it again to cancel.
