Simplify Your Shipping β Merge Multiple Orders with Order Merger π§

Ever had a customer place several orders in a short time? Managing separate shipments can drive up costs and complicate your workflow π£
Now with SHOPLINE's "Order Merger" feature, you can combine multiple orders in one clickβsaving on shipping and streamlining your operations π
β οΈ Please follow the instructions below and in the Admin to install and purchase the feature.
π Step 1. Install Order Merger
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store] to install the "Order Merger" feature.
π Step 2. Pairing rules for merging orders
Go to [Order Management] > [Merge orders], click Advanced Rule Settings, and select the pairing rules for merging orders.
- Merge orders with the same recipient address and delivery method (default): Orders with the same purchaser, recipient address, and delivery method can be merged.
- Merge orders with different recipient addresses: Orders with different recipient addresses but the same purchaser and delivery method can be merged.
- Merge orders with different delivery methods: Orders with different delivery methods but the same purchaser and recipient address can be merged.
- Merge orders with different delivery methods and recipient addresses: Orders with different recipient addresses and delivery methods but the same purchaser can be merged.
π Step 3. Merge order
Go to [Order Management] > [Orders], and check the orders you want to merge. Then, click the "Bulk Actions" drop-down list and select Merge orders. The system will then automatically pair the orders based on the pairing rules.
Upon completion, orders with the same delivery methods and recipient addresses are ready to be merged. Otherwise, you will need to confirm them in advance before merging.
π£ Remarks
- Orders with different payment methods, such as "COD" and "Non-COD" (e.g., bank transfer), cannot be merged, even if the purchaser, delivery method, and recipient address are the same.
- You need to issue invoices for merged orders manually. Automatic invoice issuance is currently not supported.
- If you enable the "Multi-Attribute Products Order Checkout" feature, a new cart number will be generated upon merging.
