Why choose between promotions and profits when you can have both? With the "Online Store Credit Redemption" toggle, you can still run exciting promotions while disabling credit redemptions to keep your profits at their peak 🤭

𝟭. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Store Credits], enable the "Store Credits Toggle", and begin configuring the rules for applying store credits.

𝟮. The "Online Store Credit Redemption" toggle is enabled by default, allowing credits to be applied during checkout. You can also further configure:

• Apply credit condition & redemption limit
• Allow customers to determine applied amount
• Exclude "Products Not Applicable to Discounts"

• Orders created in the Admin
• Orders placed on the storefront
• Manual order in Message Center
• SHOPLINE Live orders
