Maximize Sales for Big Livestream Events with "Product Set" ❤️‍🔥

Exciting News! "Product set" now covers more features across livestream and social commerce backstage 😎

Get started now and make the most of this new feature to maximize your event sales! 🤑

⚠️ This feature is available for merchants who use the "Social Commerce" system and own the "Store Management" or "Advance Store Management Tools" module.

🗣 Where can you select a product set?

You can select "Product Set" when editing a customer's cart or manually creating an order in the following:

  • Shop Message tab in Message Center
  • Instant Message tab in Message Center
  • Comment Management tab in SHOPLINE Live
  • Message Management tab in Social Post Selling

How to add product set to the livestream

⚠️ Currently, the product set is only supported in Facebook Live and SHOPLINE Live synced to Facebook Page.

  1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a Facebook Live backstage.
  2. Click Add live products and select "Select Live Product Set".
  3. Add the product set.
  4. Set the keywords for the product set.

Customers can leave a keyword on the livestream and the respective product set will be added to their carts.

Set keywords for product set

  1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [Product keywords].
  2. Click Add > Select Product Set.
  3. Add the product set.
  4. Set the keywords for the product set.

Once you set a keyword for a product set, the system will automatically apply it to that product set for future livestreams, so you won't have to set it up again.
