Segment logic restructured with individual customer groups, along with recommended operational strategies 💗

The segment adjustments are as follows:

  • Added "Inactive Top Shopper" segment
  • Redefined "Top Shopper" as "Core Top Shopper"
  • Redefined "Active Shopper", "Ready-to-Repurchase Shopper", and "Sleeping Shopper"
  • Removed "Loyal Customers" segment

📈 New comparison mode

Select custom analysis ranges to calculate growth rates for key metrics. Thoroughly track segment growth trends and easily evaluate marketing performance!

✍️ New fields for report exporting

New and optimized report fields include Phone, Customer ID, LINE registration ID, and Facebook registration ID, allowing you to view complete data.
