📍 3 steps to duplicate, apply, & publish

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Promotions & Reward] > [Promotions] > [Promotions / Free Shipping / Bundle Promotions / Reward Campaign]. Find the promotional campaign you would like to duplicate.

2. Click "Edit" and select "Duplicate". The system will automatically duplicate the content and direct you to the settings page.
   ​
3. After settings, click "Preview", then click "Confim" to publish the campaign.

📍 Remarks

• Promotions of different types support applying and importing different fields. Please refer to the corresponding FAQs.

• The system defaults the start time to the nearest hour on the hour at the moment of duplication and defaults the end time to null.
  For example, you click "Duplicate" on 2024/8/9 at 04:40 pm. The start time will be 2024/8/9 04:00 pm and the end time will be null.
