Use "Preorder Limit" to Maximize Orders without Overselling ✅

Want to boost sales without overselling? Merchants using the "Advanced Pre-Order" Module or "All-in-one OMO" Plan can set the "Preorder Limit" for all products! Manage restocking flexibly and accept orders even with negative inventories!

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 ☝️ Enable Preorder Limit

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products], and click Edit or Add. Products with/without variations have respective routes to enable the feature.

Without Variation: Go to [Quantity & Pricing] and enable the "Preorder Feature".
With Variation: Go to [Variations] and enable the "Preorder Feature".

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 ✌️ Feature customization

You can choose unlimited supply or limited supply for the preorder limit. Please note the Online Store available inventory = Online Store inventory + Preorder limit quantity (Max negative inventory)

Without Variation: Enter the preorder upper limit for the option "The preorder product is NOT available for an unlimited supply".
With Variation: Go to "Variant List" > "Preorder Limit" and enter the upper limits.

🚨 Remarks

The feature is only available for HK merchants using the "Advanced Pre-Order" Module or "All-in-one OMO" plan subscribed on / after Apr 2024.
Once the feature is enabled, the system will automatically make the following adjustments:
