SHOPLINE's Customer Group now offers scheduled sending for credits & points. Send it immediately or schedule it any hour on the hour starting 2 hours later. Enjoy improved efficiency and reduced manpower with this feature 😉

Step 1. Go to Customer Group, click [View List] > [Actions], and select Add Credits / Add Points.

Step 2. In the "Estimated Sending Time", set the time to at least 2 hours later on the hour, or check "Send Immediately".
Ex. If you are adding credits/points at 6 pm:
・Scheduled sending: Earliest at 8 pm the same day.
・Send immediately: Send right away after creation.
🔔 Remarks
- To view the sending status of credits/points, you can go to [Customer Management] > [Customer Group] > [View List] > [View] > [Activity List].
- You cannot cancel sending credits/points within 2 hours before the scheduled sending time.
- Only supports scheduling for the next 2 hours on the hourr; otherwise, an error prompt will appear, and you will be unable to click "Create".
- If the list within the customer group has been created for more than 1 year, exporting the customer report will be unavailable. You can still view the related statistics.
