Breaking News! SHOPLINE supports Facebook's Offline Conversions API!


You can integrate POS data and online store data with the Offline Conversions API, simultaneously optimizing ad performance, precision, and efficiency 🎯

💡 How Offline CAPI works?
Merchants can send purchase events, customer data, and physical store addresses to Facebook for analysis to push ads for physical stores near the customers' location.

With the Offline Conversions API, you can easily achieve the following effects 👇


Online/offline data integration

Merchants with online and offline stores can better understand customer profiles.

✅ Precise ad targeting

By capturing customer purchase records and physical store addresses, Facebook can recommend the nearest physical store to customers.

Remarketing or increased exposure

Maintain the momentum after offline sales by reaching customers who have visited physical stores online, achieving effective remarketing.


⚙️ Let's learn how to set it up

Step 1. Go to [Admin] > [Channel Integration] > [Facebook], and find the "Conversions API" section within the "Ads Marketing" tab.

Step 2. Click Update CAPI and select the customer data delivery rules for Facebook. Then, click Confirm.
