Too Many Abandoned Orders? "Restrict" Feature to the Rescue 🚫

Concerned about abandoned carts? Don't worry! Use our "Restrict" feature to prevent live customers, who have a history of abandoning carts, from adding products with keyword comments. Streamline your livestream operations and reduce costs effortlessly. 🎉

✅ How to restrict order placing?

Go to Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter an ongoing or finished livestream backstage. Then, click on the "â‹®" icon next to the customer's comment to enable the "Restrict" feature for that customer.

Scenario: 
3 days after the livestream ends, you can enable the "Restrict" feature on customers who haven't completed payment.

🚫 What is the restriction scope?

Restricted customers will be unable to:

  • Add live products to the cart by commenting product keywords.
  • Participate in any livestream events by commenting event keywords.
  • Add products to the cart by commenting product keywords on social posts.
  • Participate in any lucky draw events on social posts.

🛎 Remarks

  • Once the customers have been restricted, you can still edit their shopping cart and create an order from the livestream and Social Post Selling backstage.
