Precise Remarketing with Customers' All-inclusive Social Account InfoπŸ„β€β™‚οΈ

Upgrade highlights:

  1. Enhanced social account sign-up, binding, and subscription process βž” When creating or binding a social account, the system will perform various checks on the customer's LINE ID, email, and phone number!
  2. Updated "Social information" sections in storefront and Admin.

βœ” Clear overview of binding status between store customers and their social accounts.
βœ” Precise social information for enhanced marketing and remarketing.

βœ… Improved Customer Details page in Admin

Go to [Customer Management] > [Customers], and you will see the following information about a customer:

  1. Facebook/LINE registered account: Displays the Facebook / LINE info used to sign up as a member.
  2. Subscription status: Displays the subscription status to receive Promotion and Order notifications.
  3. Bound social accounts (Facebook, LINE, Instagram, WhatsApp): Displays the social accounts bound to the store customer from the Message Center.

  1. Customer Group: Added two new filter conditions, "Facebook-registered ID" and "LINE-registered ID".
  2. Customer/Customer Group report: Added two new fields, "Facebook-registered ID" and "LINE-registered ID".

Customers can go to [Member Center] > [Profile] > [Subscription] to modify the subscription status for Promotion and Order notifications.

  • When deleting the customer profile, the bound social accounts will also be disconnected.
  • To streamline the checkout process, the original "Order Status Update" section on the checkout page will be moved to the "Order Confirmation" page. Customers can subscribe to notifications on this page.
