Say goodbye to default fixed time! Now, you can customize the sending time of certain "Custom Notifications" to fit your store/customer needs. 🫢🏻

πŸ“ Which notifications can be customized?

  • Membership upgrade/downgrade notification
  • Store credit expired notification
  • Birthday credits notification
  • Coupon valid/expire notification

πŸ’‘ How to set up?

step 1. Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Custom Notification] and click Edit.

step 2. Select the time from the dropdown menu under the "Details" Section, then click Save at the top right corner.

πŸ“Œ Remarks

  • The setup will take effect the day after the new sending time is saved.
  • In some cases, notifications may not be sent or sent twice.
