Now, customers can retain the information they input on the checkout page when reinitiating payment. 🛍 This simplifies the checkout process, leading to an improved user experience and higher conversion rates. 🎉
⏰ Applicable scenarios
The input information will be retained after redirecting from the following pages:
- Failed payment page.
- Expired payment page.
- Third-party payment page after cancelling the transaction (excluding clicking the go back button in the browser).
✅ Fields where input info will be retained
- Customer Info: Information input by the customer in all fields, including custom ones.
- Remarks for Shop.
- Delivery Detail: Recipient Name, Recipient Contact Number, Address, and Pick Up Store.
- Payment Detail: The selected payment method.
- Customer receipt settings.
- Opt-in consent for shop updates, promotions, and marketing information.

- The customer needs to re-select the delivery date and time.
- The customer needs to re-enter their credit card number if they choose to pay by credit card.
