💵 Customize Rewards

To entice customers to repurchase or upgrade their membership, you can set up your Reward Campaign for all members or specific membership tiers and customize credits for every tier 🥰

🛍 Select Suitable Products

Select from all products or highlight specific featured items based on campaign themes.

  • Choose best-selling featured products to plan rewards and skyrocket your revenue
  • Choose slow-moving items to plan rewards and clean your inventory

⏰ Set Campaign Schedule

Set Campaign schedule to drive short-term performance and strategize long-lasting initiatives like Monthly Member Days with Double Rewards. Cultivate a loyal customer base for sustainable business growth!

📣 Note

  • If you have previously enabled the "Order Reward Credits" feature and set up related conditions, once you turn on the "Reward Campaign" feature, the section [Customer Management > Store Credits / Membership Tier > Order Reward Credits] will be hidden. The "Reward Campaign" feature will replace the previous feature "Order Reward Credits."
  • If there are multiple Reward Campaigns at the same time when the customer checks out, the system will apply all campaigns that meet the criteria, without selecting the best or choosing only one.
  • Imported orders, sub-orders of split orders, and manual orders in the Admin are not eligible for Reward Campaigns.
