Reduce COD Losses with "COD Blacklist" to Keep Your Store Running Strong 💪

Tired of uncollected COD orders? With the new "COD Blacklist" feature, you can restrict the Cash on Delivery payment option for specific customers, reducing operational risks without losing the sale 🤝

🔎 How to enable the "COD Blacklist" feature

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Customers]. Click the View button next to the customer you want to blacklist.

2. In the "Customer Details" section, click Block. Select "Block cash on delivery (COD)" in the pop-up window and click OK.

💸 Storefront display

Once the setup is complete, blacklisted customers will not be able to see the COD payment option at the storefront checkout page.

📦 Supported delivery options

• Non-integrated: Custom COD, Shop Pickup COD.
• Integrated: 7-11/Family Mart Pickup, T-Cat, Family Mart Freeze Pickup, HCT Logistics, and other COD options.
