Shopper App Now Supports Live Streaming with the "Live Floating Action Button" ❤️‍🔥

Your SHOPLINE livestreams and replays can now be displayed directly in the Shopper App, allowing customers to easily watch on their phones or tablets!

Showcase your products in real time and capture every sales opportunity 👏🏻

📺 SHOPLINE Live setup

1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] to create a livestream.

2. Select the "SHOPLINE" broadcast channel and complete the required setup.

3. Once the livestream starts, click Shopper App Live and enable the "Display the livestream on your Shopper App" toggle ✅

📱Shopper App setup

1. Go to [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Simple Template] and click Set up to enter the app page editor.

2. Click Live Floating Action Button in the left panel to set up.

⚠️ Remarks

• The Shopper App platform version must be updated to v1.16 or above to use this feature.
• "Live Floating Action Button" and "Floating Action Button" cannot be enabled at the same time.
• This feature is only available for the "SHOPLINE" broadcast channel.
