Build Even More Precise Segments with "Member Point Expired in N Days" Filter 🔎

"Customer Group" allows you to segment customers accurately with various filters and export reports to formulate the best marketing strategies.

To make your segmentation even more powerful, we have added a new "Member Point Expired in N Days" filter.

Here's a quick overview of how it works:

  1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Customer Group] and click Create group.
  2. Find the "Include" section.
  3. Select Profile > Point Expired in N Days filter.
  4. Select the number of days (Supports 1-30 days).

🙌 Advanced Applications

Once customer groups are created, you can use the "Broadcast Center" feature to send broadcast messages to each segment. Broadcast channels include: Email, SMS, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp, and SmartPush.

  1. Find the target customer group to send broadcast messages to.
  2. Click View List to enter the group page.
  3. Click the "Actions" drop-down menu.
  4. Select a broadcast channel based on your needs.
