Speed Up Your Workflow 📮 New "Order Broadcast" for Instant Bulk Messaging!

To reduce your order management costs, SHOPLINE Broadcast Center introduces the "Order Broadcast" feature. This update enables you to efficiently send bulk messages to selected orders, ensuring fast and accurate customer communication!

📍 Step 1. Create a new order broadcast message from either Broadcast Center or Message Center.

  • Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Broadcast Center].
  • Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Message Center].

📍 Step 2. After selecting the orders, click the "More Actions" drop-down menu and select Create Order Broadcast Message.

You can use the search or filter features to select multiple orders or all orders across pages.

📍 Step 3. Confirm the Broadcast message information and fill in the Message content, then click Save to send the broadcast message.

  • Broadcast message title (required): For internal management only. Up to 30 characters.
  • Message content (required): The content you want to broadcast to customers. Up to 1000 characters.
  • Image (optional): Supports uploading one image within 5 MB in JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.

⚠️ Remarks

  • Sending order broadcast messages does not require authorization from customers. However, please make sure the message is order-related rather than promotional to avoid any regulatory violations.
