Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click the "Import" drop-down menu and select Bulk create products. Please refer to the FAQ for detailed steps.

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click Export and select the export range. Please refer to the FAQ for detailed steps.

🙋 Upload Updated Files

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Click the "Import" drop-down menu and select Bulk update products.
2. Upload the updated .xls / .xlsx files and click Import.

"Customer Group" allows you to segment customers accurately with various filters and export reports to formulate the best marketing strategies.

To make your segmentation even more powerful, we have added a new "Member Point Expired in N Days" filter.

Here's a quick overview of how it works:

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Customer Group] and click Create group.
2. Find the "Include" section.
3. Select Profile > Point Expired in N Days filter.
4. Select the number of days (Supports 1-30 days).

🙌 Advanced Applications

Once customer groups are created, you can use the "Broadcast Center" feature to send broadcast messages to each segment. Broadcast channels include: Email, SMS, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp, and SmartPush.

1. Find the target customer group to send broadcast messages to.
2. Click View List to enter the group page.
3. Click the "Actions" drop-down menu.
4. Select a broadcast channel based on your needs.

SHOPLINE has launched the "Membership Benefits Banner" 🤩 By using text and images to showcase exclusive perks, you can effectively highlight sign-up incentives and demonstrate the value of your membership program to new visitors!

🎨 Customize your Membership Benefits Banner

1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Customer Settings].
2. Find the "Membership benefits banner" section.
3. Configure the Text content and Image content.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update to save your settings.

✍️ Text Content

This text appears on the member login page. The default setting is "Display system default message".

• Do not display: No text will be displayed.

• Display system default message: If you have enabled Welcome Credits / Birthday Credits / Membership Tiers / Member Points, the system will automatically generate a copy to promote these benefits.

• Display custom text: Customize the text you wish to display. Special characters are supported. (Limits: 50 characters for the title and 200 characters for the content.)

🖼️ Image Content

This image appears on both the registration and login pages. The default setting is "Do not display".

• Do not display: No images will be displayed.

• Display custom image: Upload 1 image. Supports JPG/PNG files under 10 MB. For best results, use a 16:9 aspect ratio.

This feature is currently not supported on the Shopper App or the old version registration page.

🎨 打造專屬宣傳版位

1. 前往商店後台「設定 > 顧客設定」
2. 找到「會員權益宣傳版位」
3. 設定欲呈現的文字和圖片內容
4. 下拉至頁面底部點選「更新」儲存

✍️ 文字內容

顯示於會員登入頁，預設選項為「顯示系統預設提示」。

• 不顯示：會員登入頁不顯示文字提示。

• 顯示系統預設提示：若您有啟用新加入會員購物金／生日購物金／任一會員分級優惠／消費集點，系統將自動生成文案為您宣傳該福利。

• 顯示自訂文字：自訂您欲顯示的文字提示；支援輸入特殊符號，標題最多 50 字元、內容最多 200 字元為限。

🖼️ 圖片內容

顯示於會員註冊／登入頁，預設選項為「不顯示」。

• 不顯示：會員註冊／登入頁不顯示宣傳圖片。

• 顯示自訂圖片：上傳您欲顯示的一張宣傳圖片，支援 10 MB 以下的 JPG／PNG 檔案，圖片比例為 16:9 時顯示效果最佳。
