💡 Feature overview

When customers switch languages, the "Language in URL for SEO" automatically adds the corresponding language path to the URL, creating a clearer URL structure.

This helps search engines accurately identify different language versions of your store, building SEO value and improving search rankings!

  • This feature does not affect your existing SEO or page loading speed.
  • Original URLs remain valid and accessible. The new URL structure is applied only when customers switch languages on your site.

SmartPush x Meta 🔥 Sync Segments to Custom Audiences!

Are you up to speed with the latest SmartPush x Meta update? In addition to "Lead Ads", you can now sync segments to "Custom Audiences" to boost targeting precision and campaign performance ⚡️

⚙️ Step 1

In the SmartPush Admin, go to [Apps] > [Integrations]. Click Authorize in the Meta Ads list.
If you have already authorized and linked your Meta account, click the "⋯" icon and select Set up.

⚙️ Step 2

In the "Select the data to sync" step, select the "Custom Audience" block, and click Next step.

⚙️ Step 3

Select an "Ad account" and click Add connection. In the pop-up window, select a SmartPush customer segment and a Meta custom audience to connect. Then, click Add to complete 😉

⚡️ Tip: Combine automation, segment filters, and customer lifecycle to create segments, then sync them to Meta with ease!

📣 Remarks

  • This feature is only available for merchants on paid SmartPush plans.
  • SmartPush can only be linked to one Meta account, but it can connect to multiple audiences within that account, with up to 50 connections allowed.
  • The number of contacts in a SmartPush segment must be greater than 100 and less than 500,000.
  • SmartPush only syncs valid contacts to Meta. A valid contact refers to a contact who has subscribed to receive promotion notifications (via email or SMS).

⚙️ 步驟一

前往 SmartPush 後台「應用程式 > 應用程式整合」,若您尚未授權,於「Meta 廣告」點選「授權」,依系統指示完成串接;若您曾授權完成,則點選「⋯」圖示,再點選「設定」。

⚙️ 步驟二

選擇「自訂廣告受眾」區塊,再點選「下一步」。

⚙️ 步驟三

選擇欲使用的廣告帳號,並設定要將哪個 SmartPush 分眾群組對應至哪個 Meta 自訂廣告受眾。點選「完成設定」後,系統將自動同步名單 😉

⚡️ 小提示:搭配使用自動化任務、分眾群組篩選條件、顧客生命週期等功能建立分眾群組再同步,輕鬆又高效!

📣 注意事項

  • 此功能僅支援使用標準版或以上版本的店家使用。
  • SmartPush 僅能與一個 Meta 帳號連結,但可與該帳號中多個受眾連結,最多可新增 50 個連結。
  • SmartPush 分眾群組名單人數須大於 100 並小於 50 萬。
  • SmartPush 僅同步有效聯絡人至 Meta,有效聯絡人指有訂閱優惠宣傳(電郵或簡訊)的聯絡人。

⚙️ 如何啟用/切換繳款方式

1️⃣ 在「服務費用及繳款」頁面中,點選「設定自動繳款」按鈕,系統將顯示繳款方式彈窗。

2️⃣ 選擇「SHOPLINE Payments 餘額繳款」或「信用卡繳款」,授權 SHOPLINE Payments 扣繳或輸入信用卡資訊,即可完成自動繳款設定 😎

💡 小提示:餘額自動繳款 X 保留可用餘額

搭配使用 SHOPLINE Payments 自動提款功能時記得一定要設定「保留可用餘額」,在自動提款同時,也保留足夠餘額扣繳服務費用。提款、繳款全面自動化,助您彈性地管理資金運用!

📣 注意事項

SmartPush's Spin Wheel Pop-up now supports custom prizes 💎 Surprise your customers with physical rewards, go beyond coupons, and drive more engagement immediately!

⚙️ Step 1

Go to [Pop-ups & Forms] > [Template Library]. Select "Drive repeat purchases" under the "Goal" section, and choose the "Spin wheel (Pro)" template.

⚙️ Step 2

Click the "Wheel of Fortune" block to open the tab. In this tab, click Prize settings to set the prize title, prize type, winning probability, and prize image for each result.

⚙️ Step 3

You can click the "Result page" drop-down menu to customize three views: "Won (Discount code)", "Won (Other)", and "Not won".

📣 Remarks

  • The "Spin wheel (Pro)" template is only available for stores on the paid plan.
  • This feature is only available for the "Spin wheel (Pro)" template. Other "prize wheel" templates are not supported.
  • For the "Won (Other)" result page, the image block will automatically display the prize image you set. You'll need to replace the {Prize Name} placeholder to update the default text.

⚙️ 步驟一

前往「彈窗表單 > 模板庫」,於「目標」勾選「促進回購」,選擇「轉盤彈窗(升級版)」模板。

⚙️ 步驟二

點選「轉盤區塊 > 轉盤獎勵設置」可設定轉盤選項名稱、獎品類型、中獎機率、中獎結果的獎品圖片。

⚙️ 步驟三

點選「結果頁面」下拉選單,支援自訂「中獎頁(折扣碼)」、「中獎頁(其他)」、「未中獎」三種不同呈現畫面!

📣 注意事項

  • 此功能僅支援使用標準版或以上版本的店家使用。
  • 自訂獎品功能僅支援「轉盤彈窗(升級版)」模板,其他「轉盤彈窗」模板不支援此功能。
  • 「結果頁面:中獎(其他)」圖片區塊將自動填入您設定的獎品圖片,預設文案{實體獎品名稱}則須自行輸入您設定的獎品選項名稱。

📣 "Regular Price" Field Is Now Required When Adding/Editing a Product

When adding or editing a product in SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products] > [Quantity & Pricing], please note the following updates:

  • You must enter a value in the "Regular Price" field to successfully add or save changes. This applies to both single-variation and multi-variation products.
  • If the "Hidden Price" feature is enabled for a product, the system will automatically set the "Regular Price" to $0.

  • 無論是單一規格/多規格商品,皆須填寫原價格方可新增/編輯。
  • 若該商品已啟用隱藏價格功能,系統將自動設定原價格為 $0

Balancing attractive offers with healthy profits isn't easy. That's why we've upgraded the "Promotion Minimum Amount Settings", helping you protect your margins while keeping customers happy.


Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Promotions & Reward] > [Promotions] > [Promotion Settings] > "Promotion minimum amount settings".

📍 Gift Promotion – Minimum Amount Settings
2 available settings:
- Free gift for order over a minimum amount
​- Free gift for selected products/categories over a minimum amount

You can now decide exactly how the minimum amount is calculated for entire orders and selected products/categories to qualify for a free gift.

📍 Free shipping for minimum amount
2 available settings:
- Free shipping for order over a minimum amount
​- Free shipping for selected products/categories over a minimum amount

Similarly, you can decide how the calculation works for entire orders and selected products/categories to qualify for free shipping.

💥 Remarks

  • Retail Store: The minimum amount calculation does not support "Custom Discounts" (these will not be deducted from the calculation).
  • Smart OMO: Not currently supported.
  • POS App: Requires iOS v1.61.0 / Android v1.32.0 or above.
  • Check the image below for the new promotion calculation logic.
