There are three cybersecurity statuses: weak, moderate, and strong.
The system evaluates your cybersecurity status based on the following four categories. A check mark indicates completion.

Blog now supports the "Related Products" feature! You can seamlessly insert one or more products at the end of your articles, increasing customer dwell time and order rates 💫
⚙️ How to Set It Up
Step 1. Go to [Online Store Design] > [Blog] and add a new article or edit an existing one.
Step 2. In the "Related Products" section, select up to 8 products.
Step 3. Once added, you can adjust the order or delete products as needed 📝
🚦 Remarks
部落格支援「相關商品」功能,您可以在文末靈活導購,置入單個或多個商品,提高顧客的停留時間和下單機會 💫
⚙️ 設定步驟
Step 1:前往「網店設計 > 部落格」,新增文章或編輯既有文章。
Step 2:在「相關商品」區塊選擇最多 8 件商品。
Step 3:新增成功後,您可以調整排序或刪除商品重新選擇 📝
🚦 注意事項
SHOPLINE system security upgraded! "Google Authenticator 2FA" is now enabled for adding staff members to better protect your store from cyberattacks!
1️⃣ Staff members & security settings
Go to [Settings] > [Permission & Security]. Click the "Add" button.
2️⃣ Two-factor Authentication
Enter the 6-digit verification code and complete the Google Authenticator 2FA.
3️⃣ Add staff member
Once completed, you can enter a new email address to add a new staff member for you store.

SHOPLINE 系統防護機制即刻升級!將先前推出的「Google Authenticator 雙重驗證」應用於新增管理員操作,與您共同守護資安、加強防駭。
1️⃣ 管理員及安全設定
前往商店後台「設定 > 管理員及安全設定」,點選「增加」。
2️⃣ 兩步驟驗證
輸入 6 位數驗證碼,完成 Google Authenticator 兩步驟驗證。
3️⃣ 新增管理員
完成驗證後,即可憑電郵地址為商店新增管理員。
🚧 注意事項
為進一步強化商店安全,並有效防範潛在風險,即日起「顧客姓名欄位」停止支援輸入部分特殊符號 📣 為您打造更安全及穩定的商店營運環境。
📝 錯誤提示
當輸入內容不合規時,將出現錯誤提示「姓名格式錯誤,內容包含系統不支援的符號」,請嘗試移除特殊符號後再試一次。
📌 注意事項
Security upgraded! To better protect your store and prevent potential risks, special symbols can no longer be used in the "Username" field 📣 Enhance safety and stability for your store.
📝 Error message
If the input does not meet the required format, an error message "Invalid name: The input contains unsupported symbols" will appear. Please remove special symbols and submit again.
📌 Remarks
🎉 Good news! You can now choose whether to automatically apply eligible discounts when using the "Manual Order" feature. Enjoy greater flexibility and efficiency in managing different sales situations.
📣 How to disable auto-applied discounts?
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Manual Order]. Enter customer information, add products, and set up logistics & payment options.
The system will automatically apply discounts eligible for this order in the "Order Summary" section below. Switch off the "Apply discount" toggle to disable the auto-applied discounts.
Once disabled, the "Coupon code" button will not be available. However, you can still apply a discount manually to the customer.

📣 如何取消自動套用優惠?
前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 創建訂單」頁面,填寫顧客資訊、添加商品、送貨&付款方式等資訊後,在右下方「訂單資訊」區塊,系統會自動帶入適用該筆訂單的所有優惠,若您不希望加入這些優惠,可關閉右側「套用優惠」開關!
關閉後,下方加入「優惠碼」的按鈕也將無法點按。但是,仍支援加入自訂折扣呦!
