𝟭. In the Admin, go to [Settings] > [Customer Settings]. Switch on the toggle for "Member Profile Completion Reward".
𝟮. Find "Reward criteria" > "Subscribe to specified promotion notification", and check the subscription channels you want (multiple selections allowed).
𝟯. Select the reward type and notification type (multiple selections are allowed). Once done, click Update to save the changes.

✅ How to delete messages in Message Center?
Step 1. Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Message Center] and click the "Shop Message" or "Instant Message" tab.
Step 2. Enter the customer's conversation and hover your cursor over the message you want to delete. A "trash bin" icon will appear.
Step 3. Click on the icon, and a confirmation message will appear. Once deleted, the message will no longer be visible in the conversation.

Step 1:前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 訊息中心」點按「官網訊息」或「社群訊息」頁面。
Step 2:點入顧客對話,將游標移至要刪除的訊息旁,會顯示「垃圾桶」圖示。
Step 3:點按圖示,會再次向您確認是否刪除訊息。刪除後訊息將不再顯示於對話框內。
