Free Cybersecurity Check In "Security Center" – Protect Against All Cyberattacks 🙌

To protect your store against the ever-changing cyberattacks, SHOPLINE introduces the Security Center, giving you access to check your security status any time, anywhere!


👨‍⚕️ Steps for cybersecurity check

  1. Go to Admin > [Settings] > [Permission & Security].
  2. Find the "Security Assessment" section.
  3. Click the "Security Center" hyperlink, or the "Go to Security Center" button at the top right corner.

🚥 Cybersecurity status

There are three cybersecurity statuses: weak, moderate, and strong.

The system evaluates your cybersecurity status based on the following four categories. A check mark indicates completion.

🏅 SHOPLINE cybersecurity qualification

SHOPLINE has obtained multiple cybersecurity qualifications and has enabled multiple cybersecurity protection specifications, ensuring the benefits of merchants and customers.

👨‍⚕️ 免費資安健檢路徑

  1. 前往 SHOPLINE 商店後台「設定 > 管理員及安全設定」。
  2. 找到「安全評估」區塊。
  3. 點選文案內的「安全中心」連結,或右上角藍色框框「前往安全中心」。

🚥 資安狀態說明

商店資安狀態共有薄弱、尚可、穩健三種層級。

系統以四大資安設定細項作為判斷依據,打勾圖示即已完成:

已獲得多種資訊安全資格認證,並預設啟用多項資安保護規範,保障商店/顧客權益、與您並肩防駭。

Blog now supports the "Related Products" feature! You can seamlessly insert one or more products at the end of your articles, increasing customer dwell time and order rates 💫

⚙️ How to Set It Up

Step 1. Go to [Online Store Design] > [Blog] and add a new article or edit an existing one.

Step 2. In the "Related Products" section, select up to 8 products.

Step 3. Once added, you can adjust the order or delete products as needed 📝

🚦 Remarks

  • Hidden or unpublished products will not be displayed on the storefront.
  • If you have enabled the Layout Engine editor, please adjust the code according to this document or contact the Online Merchant Success Team to enable this feature.

部落格支援「相關商品」功能,您可以在文末靈活導購,置入單個或多個商品,提高顧客的停留時間和下單機會 💫

⚙️ 設定步驟

Step 1:前往「網店設計 > 部落格」,新增文章或編輯既有文章。

Step 2:在「相關商品」區塊選擇最多 8 件商品。

Step 3:新增成功後,您可以調整排序或刪除商品重新選擇 📝

🚦 注意事項

  • 隱藏或下架商品不會展示於前台。
  • 若您有開啟 Layout engine 編輯器,請依照此份文件調整代碼,或聯繫您的線上顧問以啟用此功能。

Cybersecurity Level Up 🚨Google Authenticator 2FA Enabled for Adding Staff Member

SHOPLINE system security upgraded! "Google Authenticator 2FA" is now enabled for adding staff members to better protect your store from cyberattacks!


1️⃣ Staff members & security settings

Go to [Settings] > [Permission & Security]. Click the "Add" button.

2️⃣ Two-factor Authentication

Enter the 6-digit verification code and complete the Google Authenticator 2FA.

3️⃣ Add staff member

Once completed, you can enter a new email address to add a new staff member for you store.

🚧 Remarks

  • If the staff member has previously been an administrator for other SHOPLINE stores, they won’t need to set up a new password to manage the new store. New staff members will, however, need to set up a password before they can start managing the online store.
  • If you haven't enabled Google Authenticator, a reminder pop-up window will appear.

SHOPLINE 系統防護機制即刻升級!將先前推出的「Google Authenticator 雙重驗證」應用於新增管理員操作,與您共同守護資安、加強防駭。


1️⃣ 管理員及安全設定

前往商店後台「設定 > 管理員及安全設定」,點選「增加」。

2️⃣ 兩步驟驗證

輸入 6 位數驗證碼,完成 Google Authenticator 兩步驟驗證

3️⃣ 新增管理員

完成驗證後,即可憑電郵地址為商店新增管理員。

🚧 注意事項

  • 如新增的電郵地址已是其他 SHOPLINE 商店的管理員,無需設定密碼即可轉換網店;首次成為 SHOPLINE 商店管理員者,需先設定密碼,方可開始管理網店。
  • 若您尚未啟用 Google Authenticator 雙重驗證功能,系統將彈出視窗提醒。

資安防護升級 🔐 顧客姓名不支援部分符號

為進一步強化商店安全,並有效防範潛在風險,即日起「顧客姓名欄位」停止支援輸入部分特殊符號 📣 為您打造更安全及穩定的商店營運環境。

📝 錯誤提示

當輸入內容不合規時,將出現錯誤提示「姓名格式錯誤,內容包含系統不支援的符號」,請嘗試移除特殊符號後再試一次。

📌 注意事項

  • 既有的顧客姓名不會影響,僅當新建立的顧客 或既有顧客要更新名稱時不支援部分符號。
  • 支援符號包含各語言的字母、數字、表情符號、空白與常見符號「.、-、@、/」,及部分語音或拼音用的修飾符號。
  • 不支援符號包含但不限於「$#*&<>! 」,實際不支援的符號範圍,請以系統顯示錯誤提示為準。

Security Update 🔐 Username Rules Adjusted

Security upgraded! To better protect your store and prevent potential risks, special symbols can no longer be used in the "Username" field 📣 Enhance safety and stability for your store.

📝 Error message

If the input does not meet the required format, an error message "Invalid name: The input contains unsupported symbols" will appear. Please remove special symbols and submit again.

📌 Remarks

  • This adjustment does not affect existing usernames, but only applies when creating a new user or updating an existing username.
  • Supported symbols include letters, numbers, emojis, spaces, and common symbols such as ., -, @, and /.
  • Unsupported symbols include but are not limited to $, #, *, &, <, >, and !. For the actual range of unsupported symbols, please refer to the error message when entering a username.

"Manual Order" Upgraded 🎉 Apply Discounts Your Way!

🎉 Good news! You can now choose whether to automatically apply eligible discounts when using the "Manual Order" feature. Enjoy greater flexibility and efficiency in managing different sales situations.

📣 How to disable auto-applied discounts?

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Manual Order]. Enter customer information, add products, and set up logistics & payment options.

The system will automatically apply discounts eligible for this order in the "Order Summary" section below. Switch off the "Apply discount" toggle to disable the auto-applied discounts.

Once disabled, the "Coupon code" button will not be available. However, you can still apply a discount manually to the customer.

好消息~~現在使用「創建訂單」功能時,可自行決定是否自動帶入適用該筆訂單的優惠 🎉

操作彈性且便利,讓您面對各種銷售情境更加游刃有餘 (๑•̀ω•́)ノ

📣 如何取消自動套用優惠?

前往「商店後台 > 社交電商 > 創建訂單」頁面,填寫顧客資訊、添加商品、送貨&付款方式等資訊後,在右下方「訂單資訊」區塊,系統會自動帶入適用該筆訂單的所有優惠,若您不希望加入這些優惠,可關閉右側「套用優惠」開關!

關閉後,下方加入「優惠碼」的按鈕也將無法點按。但是,仍支援加入自訂折扣呦!
