To provide more accurate customer purchase data, "POS return orders" will now be excluded from the "Order Count" in the customer list. This update allows you to track actual customer purchase behavior, making customer group creation and data analysis even more precise!
🔍 View Customer Order Counts
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Customers]. In the "Customer List" section, you can find the "Order Count" column to view the total number of orders for each customer.

After the update, the system will automatically exclude POS return orders regardless of their order status (including previously created orders). You can then review your updated order counts.

SHOPLINE's new "Advanced Menu" feature is here! With versatile layouts and flexible multi-level settings, you can now create customized quick navigation. Build a more intuitive and eye-catching storefront experience in just a few clicks!
🎨 Step 1. Create or apply advanced menu
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Online Store Design] > [Menu Navigation], and click Create advanced menu. Once created, you can "Apply" or "Edit" the menu design.

🎨 Step 2. Select a layout in Menu Builder
Click Edit to enter the Menu Builder. You can choose from 4 advanced menu layouts based on your store's needs:

🎨 Step 3. Edit menu settings and save the design
Hover the cursor over an L1 menu to find the "Edit", "Add Submenu", and "Delete" icons. Click the "+" icon to add L2 and L3 submenus accordingly.

Ensure you save all the settings for each menu. Then, click Preview Page > Publish.

🎨 步驟一:新增/套用進階目錄
前往商店後台「網店設計 > 網店目錄」,點選「新增進階目錄」。新增後,則可「套用」或「編輯」設計。

🎨 步驟二:於 Menu Builder 選擇佈局樣式
點選「編輯」進入 Menu Builder ,可依照網店需求選擇欲新增的進階目錄佈局樣式,共分為四種:

將游標移至 L1 目錄元件上方,即可進行「編輯/新增子目錄/刪除」;點選「 + 」圖示可依序新增 L2 與 L3 子目錄。

確認所有樣式設定皆已「儲存」後,即可點選「預覽商店 > 發佈」。

1 .前往「社交電商 > SHOPLINE Live」新增直播。
2. 選擇「SHOPLINE」直播渠道,完成相關設定。
3. 開始直播後,點選「Shopper App 直播」按鈕,開啟「將直播展示在 Shopper App」功能 ✅
📱Shopper App 設定步驟
1. 前往「Shopper App 管理 > App 設計 > Simple 版型」,進入 App 頁面編輯器。
2. 點選左側元件庫的「直播懸浮元件」進行設定。

📺 SHOPLINE Live setup
1. Go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] to create a livestream.
2. Select the "SHOPLINE" broadcast channel and complete the required setup.
3. Once the livestream starts, click Shopper App Live and enable the "Display the livestream on your Shopper App" toggle ✅
📱Shopper App setup
1. Go to [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Simple Template] and click Set up to enter the app page editor.
2. Click Live Floating Action Button in the left panel to set up.
